I reached out to them via WeChat with a few questions, and their response was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They provided all the information I needed and made me feel welcome even before stepping foot in the hotel. Upon arrival, the warm hospitality continued. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a modern yet cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I could need, including a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and public transport. Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!”

„The hotel location is great near a mall also its near hankou railway station. The hotel is clean,spacious and very comfortable with a great view from the window. The hotel is great for stay with your friends or couples. Would recommend”

„The room was so clean, the view just waouh 😍, the service : perfect the staff were kind and Fulfilling all my needs. Party’s also are allowed, just do not make a lot of noise. I think I’ll go back there soon. In any case, I give them a score of 4/5 Because it's a little expensive for not offering food even not breakfast otherwise I would have given a score of 5/5. I was not desappinted”

„The suits are spacious, clean, very well equipped, and with a great view. We enjoyed the stay very much! English communication was possible via Wechat and they were very helpful, especially when we forgot something and then were so kind to send it to our next hotel. „This apartment is for *** ***** Stand. Even tho it’s pretty big and have a kitchen it’s Not good for business travelers, or families, or friends. Kitchen didn’t have any kitchenware, the administrator (which was good, he tried his best it seems) gave us his own dishes and pan (we were thankful at least for this, but generally it shouldn’t be like this). There is laundry but no iron, mind that. Generally, experience was 3/5. Was pretty hard to find the place in that area.”

„Guests need to have WeChat account in order to communicate with hotel as it is a self check-in which is in Chinese. Hotel will text you the security code for your room. Each room has own washing machine but hangers are limited. Less than 500 meters from metro station, can take metro to airport with one change of metro line”

„It was a wonder ful experience and service was also very good. All necessary amenities were available in a room. It's located on a better place near Wuhan railway station and near to subway station Line 4. Recommended”
