W porównaniu z innymi hotelami, ten hotel jest tańszy, a obsługa jest bardzo dobra dobrze. Pojechali po nas (plus samochód może podjechać do hotelu) Wejście jest bardzo wygodne) Od wniesienia dwóch dużych bagaży na trzecie piętro, a następnie dostarczenia powitalnych owoców (arbuz był tak pyszny, że poprosiłem o dodatkowy porcja hehe), było naprawdę bez zarzutu. W nocy usiadłem na tatami w pokoju i wypiłem kilka drinków, nie wspominając o tym, jak miło jest rozmawiać z przyjaciółmi, a także zapewniałem usługi pralni i ekspresowej dostawy w hotelu z początku mojej trzydziestki, który jest równie wygodny jak hotel z lat 600. lub 700. i jest tam oddany lokaj (siostra Xiao Chen jest bardzo miła i pełna entuzjazmu). We stayed in one of the Sheraton Yunda suites for our december Christmas trip to Changsha. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable with excellent amenities. Breakfast was well organized with a very good selection of local and western foods. Miss 小秦 provided us with an excellent service and was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Changsha 😊

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Changsha. The location is incredibly convenient because it’s just a few steps away from the metro exit, which makes getting around the city fast and hassle-free. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly throughout the whole process. The room was comfortable and well-kept, and I loved that I could see the river right from the window. It added a nice, relaxing touch to the stay. One of the best parts was the big projector in the room, perfect for watching TV and unwinding at night. It made the room feel modern and cozy at the same time. Overall, this hotel offered great convenience, comfort, and value. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Changsha!

Room was modern and clean with great ducted heating. Can check in early for an additional fee if you wish. Daily housekeeping provided everyday, microwave, washing machine, dryer and detergent free for guest use. Lots of good local food on both streets either side of the building. The room had floor to ceiling windows that opened to the outside hallway so you couldn’t have them open which meant no natural light. Girl at reception (day/morning time) was unfriendly and seemed annoyed anytime you asked for help.

Walking distance to the nearest metro station (~15 mins), convenient with different local eateries close-by. Breakfast was considered acceptable, not really varied but adequate by international standards. The hallway leading to the kids playroom is very dark - I understand the hotel may be energy-saving but it's really dark and considering that it's leading to a children facility, I would propose keeping the lights on.

The stay experience is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding business district is bustling. The room has plenty of space, a great view, and a unobstructed view of the river view. The interior is clean and tidy, the environment is comfortable, and the service is thoughtful and intimate. The comprehensive strength in the same price is very strong, the stay is particularly satisfactory, and I will come again next time.

Take Metro Line 6 & alight at 文昌阁 'Wenchange' station; change to metro L 1 and alight at 培元桥 'Peiyuanqiao' station; take Exit 4; hotel is on 20th floor of the Tyndall Hotel. The metro is just below the hotel. There is disposal towels, bottled water, slippers,etc. The washing machine & dryer inside the room makes it so convenient for guests; hot air fan in the bathroom-helpful for those who has yet to get used to the cold weather. The place is central to most of the touristy places.

The hotel is very nice, well situated. The owner is very nice and helpful, he upgraded us for free! The room was clean and big enough. Really recommanded!
