„Booked a room through the app. When arrived, began to look for an entrance. For foreign tourists I explain: DOOR SO LOVE. The entrance and elevator are not very clean. No one met at the resepschen. The room itself is good, but it needs to be monitored: there is a melting in the toilet, the kitchen furniture also needs to be washed. Small, but the windows outside too would like to wash. From good moments - a new refrigerator and a washing machine. There are European roasters. Also, accidentally noticed that there is drinking water in other rooms that we have never been provided. When booking, a family of 4 people was indicated and a towel left only one. Having experience of renting an apartment every day, I can say that such small things and a displeasant feeling of living is made. I hope the owner of the apartment will take into account wishes and improve the service.”

A lot of eatery shops nearby . i think if the owner can provide two ventilation fans on upstair two rooms that will be great as no ventilation on that rooms . All need to depend on ground floor’s window. The rest of the other things are good. We still will come back again for this good location.”

The hotel room was spotless and incredibly spacious, with a dining table on the balcony. The hotel restaurant served homemade dishes that were absolutely delicious – authentic Northeastern Chinese comfort food you really can't find anywhere else! Enjoying dinner while taking in the night view was just fantastic. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back with my friends next time!

Our ski trip to Fenghua Lanshe was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the heart of Vanke Songhua Lake Resort, just a short walk to the ski lift entrance. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making everything super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with great floor heating. The panoramic balcony offered stunning mountain and snow views, and they even provide free ski equipment storage. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful, communicating check-in details in advance and paying attention to every small thing. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. It's perfect for both ski trips and family vacations. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Songhua Lake!
