This hotel has very spacious of room size and also has plenty of amenities such kitchenette, washing machine and cookwares. You can find the Starbucks coffee or McDonald nearby this property. If you don’t want to stay in the city area, this place was recommended to stay.

A great place to stay in Xi'an metro station is about 10-15min walk with some convenience stores around.
However the kitchen is not equipped so either buy your own pan if you want to use it.
The gym on the top floor is nice too but is an extra 30 RMB.

The hotel is very new with stylish decor. The facilities and amenities are modern and clean. It's not far from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just two bus stops from the south gate of Everbright City. We bought tickets for 'Xi'an Romance Park' through a reliable travel agency recommended by the lovely front desk staff. Highly recommend staying here!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which was a bonus.
However, there’s no daily housekeeping provided, and there is a delay with returning my 100 yuan deposit. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t offer any food options. But delivery services are available , so Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location was convenient for my travel plans, making it a decent choice overall.

Pokój był bardzo dobry. To była moja pierwsza rezerwacja. Przeszukałem online wiele apartamentów hotelowych w Xi'an i ostatecznie wybrałem Citadines. Dobrze jest zostać! Pokój jest przestronny i wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia. Śniadanie jest również bardzo dobre. Hotelowa siłownia posiada kompletny zestaw sprzętu i może być również wykorzystywana do ćwiczeń.
Najbardziej satysfakcjonujące jest to, że pokoje hotelowe i rodzaje pokoi są bardzo przestronne. Można tu bardzo wygodnie gotować i prać ubrania. Gorąco polecam pobyt tutaj, jeśli zabierasz rodzinę do Xi'an.
Dodam też, że na dole jest wiele lokali gastronomicznych, co jest bardzo wygodne. Istnieją również duże supermarkety.

Właściciel był bardzo gościnny. Szybko się z nami skontaktował i z wyprzedzeniem przechował nasz bagaż. Poinformował nas natychmiast po posprzątaniu pokoju i przygotowaniu go do zameldowania. Pomógł nam również wnieść bagaże do pokoju i zapewnił wodę mineralną oraz szczoteczki do zębów.
Pokój był przestronny i przewiewny, ze stołem jadalnym, idealnym dla dzieci, które nie zjadły kolacji i zamówiły jedzenie na wynos.
Jedyny minus: odrobina pleśni na podłodze w łazience, prawdopodobnie z powodu słabej hydroizolacji.

Owner is very responsive & helpful. Easy self check. Location is good, lots of street foods, malls & near the metro station. Easy access to most of the places of interests. The room is spacious & provides disposable face & bath towels. The luggage storage service is very helpful due to our train departing in the evening. The service staff is friendly & helpful.

After playing in Xi'an for a few days, I stayed for a few days and the comfort was very good. Although the appearance of the homestay is not good, the room is still very good, like it. The service is also very good. The photos on the homestay on Trip.com are basically what you see and what you get.

VValarie474This covers the second half of a longer 12 nights stay split across two bookings. My first review covered the first seven nights, which were excellent, so this is about what changed at the end.
My last night fell apart. I'm somewhat tolerant of noise, so this isn't a light-sleeper complaint: someone checked into the room above and from late evening until after 2:30am it was nonstop heavy stomping, furniture dragging, banging, jumping, running, and actual screaming, sometimes sprinting in place like they were trying to come through the ceiling. I didn't call right away because I figured they'd settle down at bedtime, but the intensity only increased after midnight. It didn't let up until after 2:30am, and I had an early start.
The real problem was that I couldn't get help. The listing doesn't promise English-speaking staff, but trip.com is the foreigner-friendly platform, so I'd assumed there'd be some overnight path to assistance. There wasn't. The front desk could only tell me ”don't speak English,” and when I escalated to trip.com around 2:30am, even they couldn't reach anyone. Being stuck with no way to call for help in the middle of the night was the one thing that genuinely soured the stay.
Otherwise the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, even coming up to my room to help track down a misdelivered order, which there were a couple of these. One heads-up: the hotel's registered address in Alipay doesn't match its name, so deliveries WILL go astray.
I'd happily return, but only with a top-floor room to avoid the overhead-noise problem.

GGuest UserThe inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business

AAnonymous UserI feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!

AashandholThe hotel was a great location and the owner was so nice and friendly. The room was small but we only needed it as a base whilst exploring the city. Only issue was that it wasn’t overly clean and it smelt a lot of cigarette smoke.

There's nothing to cook, not kitchen utensils, if you're planning to eat at home. The washing machine is very convenient

AAngie333My son and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's an owner-run establishment, and the family is very friendly. It was very easy to reach the owner for assistance even before arrival, and he made sure our cooking area was set up as requested and helped with many other things during our stay.! I've included a photo of their fun welcome area! The location is amazing - so close to the city wall! Quiet, comfortable, safe. Thank you for a great stay!

FYI the only con is that there is only one bathroom for 4 rooms and the family living there, so there could be some wait (nothing major though!)

GGuest UserI booked this hotel when I was visiting Xi'an. It was a great deal, and the room was very nice. It had a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and more. There were also lots of delicious food downstairs, which was very convenient! I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I go out!
