„We had seen a very negative review about the accommodation and were actually about to cancel the reservation, but honestly, we found it to be quite good: spacious rooms for what we usually find in China, and cleanliness was good (the bathroom grout is yellowed, but that's more from wear and tear than a lack of cleaning). The location is very good, as you're relatively close to a subway stop on Line 2, which connects to both the city center and the Northern Railway Station (Xianbei). The neighborhood is lively, and there's a very quiet park right behind the property. We had a small problem with the room access code, and they compensated us for it, so the service was good. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the clothesline area, which is too small.”

Will advise to inform staff of late arrival to ensure smooth check-in. The apartment is quite old, but cleanliness is fine, and housekeeping service is available daily. The location is outside the tourist spots, however, with close proximity to the metro station and away from crowds. There are eateries and convenience stores near the hotel.”

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

The inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business

The room is clean and tidy, comfortable to live in, and cost-effective. The most important thing is that the proprietress has a very good personality and is very comfortable to get along with. I placed an additional order on the platform, and she patiently taught me the solution. I like her personality.

I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!

Yes, getting inside is quite an adventure. You need to enter a small, inconspicuous street before the main intersection, and then turn right after 10 meters. It's quite cozy, and for the price, it's a real bargain if you just need a place to stay overnight.

This is one of the best hotel selection I ever have! The location is one of the best - just opposite subway station, and in the middle of (considered) center with tourist spots and shopping malls. Food is always everywhere. Most importantly, the counter gentleman (likely the owner) was very helpful and friendly. I have to mentioned that he even give me a free upgrade! The room is actually a residential studio, comes with a sofa, washing machine (plus detergent), and kitchen equipment. Unfortunately all cooking utilities were there, but not a single utensils provided. The cup is disposable paper cup. Luckily the owner gave me a used glass drink container. The basin and shower head water pressure is one of the strongest! How wonderful! Absolutely 6 stars, but I was allocated to a room directly opposite a saloon, and it closes late at night into the wee hour. One of night they close at about 3am, quite noisy

The family owning and running the place is very kind and helpful The room is warm and comfortable, and the bathroom is kept very clean Great location: close to the city center, right next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around, ... FYI the only con is that there is only one bathroom for 4 rooms and the family living there, so there could be some wait (nothing major though!)
