„Pokój był bardzo dobry. To była moja pierwsza rezerwacja. Przeszukałem online wiele apartamentów hotelowych w Xi'an i ostatecznie wybrałem Citadines. Dobrze jest zostać! Pokój jest przestronny i wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia. Śniadanie jest również bardzo dobre. Hotelowa siłownia posiada kompletny zestaw sprzętu i może być również wykorzystywana do ćwiczeń. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. What impressed me most was their kindness in allowing a late check-out due to an emergency. They were very understanding and accommodating, which made my stay even better. Everything was perfect—clean rooms, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The quality of Ascott hotels is consistently reliable, as always. All facilities are very complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, so you can pack fewer clothes for your trip. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. The staff and front desk personnel are warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and dining options, making it easy to get to attractions like Xiaozhai, the Bell Tower, and the Shaanxi History Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can gaze at the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance. Although it's close to the main South Second Ring Road, it's very quiet.

The inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business

I feel that this hotel had really good cp value for this price, but my friend was the one who stayed in the double room so submitting this review based on what he told me. Cutting down the rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the floor when we checked in (which was attended to quickly iirc) and further in to our stay he found a used comb on top of the mirror by the door. He also found the room to be old/ dark corner of the room (i think kitchen area of the double room) so it was kind of creepy. Also, the toilet was stuck during our stay but the staff attended to it pretty fast. Also like the family room, no mini fridge in the room (though all the rooms seems to have a kitchen area). In my opinion the stay was still of good value considering the price, so i would recommend it for budget travellers. Staff also provided great service i would say!

Yes, getting inside is quite an adventure. You need to enter a small, inconspicuous street before the main intersection, and then turn right after 10 meters. It's quite cozy, and for the price, it's a real bargain if you just need a place to stay overnight.

Everything was perfect. The reception staff were warm and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The staff are attentive and friendly. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the subway station. Excellent value for money. I’ll definitely stay here again every time I visit Xi’an.

The apartment's location is excellent, right next to Yongningmen subway station, very close to both the subway and bus stops, making travel incredibly convenient. The room is clean, tidy, and spacious, just like in the promotional pictures. All toiletries are provided, and there's a wardrobe with hangers for clothes. It also features a kitchen and dining area, a small fridge, and a washing machine, among other amenities. Supplies are replenished daily. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, contacting us in advance with directions to the apartment and even giving us detailed travel tips. We could reach out directly with any questions or needs, and responses were very prompt. Overall, the stay was fantastic, offering great value for money. Highly recommend!

Room was good, but it's directly on the market street. A lot of Noice. Tha AC can only heat up eben thout it's already really warm in the room. Cleanness is alright. On decor is a thick cover of dust. But the bed, and bathroom is clean. Just the overhead shower was working, which we didn't mind. They asked everyday around 10:30am if we want garbage take out and new amenities. Which was super nice. The response was always super fast over WeChat. They are friendly and the self-Check in was easy due to really good instructions beforehand. Also they provide Ohropax (noice canceling plugs) :)

The family owning and running the place is very kind and helpful The room is warm and comfortable, and the bathroom is kept very clean Great location: close to the city center, right next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around, ... FYI the only con is that there is only one bathroom for 4 rooms and the family living there, so there could be some wait (nothing major though!)

I booked this hotel when I was visiting Xi'an. It was a great deal, and the room was very nice. It had a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and more. There were also lots of delicious food downstairs, which was very convenient! I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I go out!
