Właściciel był bardzo gościnny. Szybko się z nami skontaktował i z wyprzedzeniem przechował nasz bagaż. Poinformował nas natychmiast po posprzątaniu pokoju i przygotowaniu go do zameldowania. Pomógł nam również wnieść bagaże do pokoju i zapewnił wodę mineralną oraz szczoteczki do zębów. Pokój był przestronny i przewiewny, ze stołem jadalnym, idealnym dla dzieci, które nie zjadły kolacji i zamówiły jedzenie na wynos. Jedyny minus: odrobina pleśni na podłodze w łazience, prawdopodobnie z powodu słabej hydroizolacji.

This hotel has very spacious of room size and also has plenty of amenities such kitchenette, washing machine and cookwares. You can find the Starbucks coffee or McDonald nearby this property. If you don’t want to stay in the city area, this place was recommended to stay.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel during our family trip. The room was incredibly spacious, more than enough for the four of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The facilities were also very complete. One thing we really appreciated was the availability of a laundry service, which was extremely helpful when you're traveling and trying to pack light. Around the hotel, there were plenty of convenience stores within walking distance, making it easy to grab anything we needed. Plus, finding halal food wasn’t a problem at all—there were several halal vendors nearby, many of which were already open early in the morning for breakfast. The front desk staff were warm and very helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they were always ready to assist us whenever we had questions. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the lack of a bath mat in the bathroom, which made things a bit slippery after showering. Also, the room wasn't soundproof, so we could hear some noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. Overall though, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend it—especially for families.

Excellent place, evey clean and nice environment if you wanted to stay away from the people. My room was in 25th floor with a great view. I got there early in the morning and they let me do early check in plus late check out as my flight is around 5 pm. Staffs is very friendly. Recommended

Owner is very responsive & helpful. Easy self check. Location is good, lots of street foods, malls & near the metro station. Easy access to most of the places of interests. The room is spacious & provides disposable face & bath towels. The luggage storage service is very helpful due to our train departing in the evening. The service staff is friendly & helpful.

The hotel is very new with stylish decor. The facilities and amenities are modern and clean. It's not far from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda, just two bus stops from the south gate of Everbright City. We bought tickets for 'Xi'an Romance Park' through a reliable travel agency recommended by the lovely front desk staff. Highly recommend staying here!

位置超讚，真心推薦的一家高性價比酒店！房間空間比預想中大，衞生打掃得十分細緻，洗漱用品齊全好用。實施齊全，沙發茶几一應俱全，交通便利，臨近商圈和地鐵站，周邊配套完善。服務周到不敷衍，細節處盡顯用心，這個價位能住到這樣的品質，真的太划算啦！周邊吃飯逛街都方便。房間乾淨，服務熱情，價格合理，性價比拉滿，體驗好！！

Pokój był bardzo dobry. To była moja pierwsza rezerwacja. Przeszukałem online wiele apartamentów hotelowych w Xi'an i ostatecznie wybrałem Citadines. Dobrze jest zostać! Pokój jest przestronny i wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia. Śniadanie jest również bardzo dobre. Hotelowa siłownia posiada kompletny zestaw sprzętu i może być również wykorzystywana do ćwiczeń. Najbardziej satysfakcjonujące jest to, że pokoje hotelowe i rodzaje pokoi są bardzo przestronne. Można tu bardzo wygodnie gotować i prać ubrania. Gorąco polecam pobyt tutaj, jeśli zabierasz rodzinę do Xi'an. Dodam też, że na dole jest wiele lokali gastronomicznych, co jest bardzo wygodne. Istnieją również duże supermarkety.

Amazing Stay with Excellent Service! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Xi’an! Even though I arrived before check-in time, the staff welcomed me warmly and gave me a clean, comfortable room right away. The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. What impressed me most was their kindness in allowing a late check-out due to an emergency. They were very understanding and accommodating, which made my stay even better. Everything was perfect—clean rooms, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Arrived at midnight but there was no one at service desk to open the door, went in with the help of other hotel guest who came back from outside, then managed to check in after contacting staff via WeChat. Will advise to inform staff of late arrival to ensure smooth check-in. The apartment is quite old, but cleanliness is fine, and housekeeping service is available daily. The location is outside the tourist spots, however, with close proximity to the metro station and away from crowds. There are eateries and convenience stores near the hotel.
