„Brought my family of 8 to stay in this amazing apartment. Rooms were spacious and had ensuite toilets. Super clean and there was cleaning service every day. Felt so comfortable it was like we were in our own homes. There was even a projector and a huge living room where all of us could hang out. View was spectacular. Bathtub was right beside a huge window so great to relax in. We were on the 49th floor. Location was amazing, we walked to tai Koo li everyday. Had food options nearby. Ordering didi was super convenient. Wished we stayed here longer. Honestly for this price, it was so worth it. Super responsive on WeChat as well even during the early mornings and late night. Very warm welcome from the management team. The apartments are quite true to the photos. The only slight difference is that the kitchen isn't meant for cooking, so there's no crockery provided. However, it is equipped with an electric kettle, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Apartment 2021 on the 20th floor, where I extended my stay. Magnificent view. Spacious apartment. Very quiet. Very comfortable bedding. Living area. Very pleasant when you need to spend time in the apartment. Large projection screen. Washing machine with detergent provided - so useful. Large bathroom. W całym domu znajdują się urządzenia marki Siemens i Panasonic oraz centralna klimatyzacja marki Daikin. Regulacja temperatury jest bardzo dokładna, a poziom hałasu niski. 3. Dobra atmosfera. Ogólnie bardzo wygodne! Spędziłem tu trzy noce z rodzicami i zarezerwowałem apartament z dwiema sypialniami. Takie rodzinne spotkania są o wiele przyjemniejsze niż pobyt w dużym hotelu! 4. Dobra obsługa. Obsługa klienta była uważna i entuzjastyczna. Na dole znajduje się wiele restauracji. Obsługa klienta poleciła nam śniadanie. Istnieje kilka opcji i wszystkie są bardzo dobre. „Great stay in a great location!
Right next to Taikoo and in front of the 3D Panda display, which is where all the designer boutiques have their stores in traditional buildings, like the Dior Cafe and Louis Vuitton design temple, all surrounding a temple.
There are a lot of shops and good restaurants nearby.
Also about 5-10 mins (depending on how fast you walk) away from IFS Mall and the IAMHERE panda climbing the mall. The IFS Mall is across the street to the airport shuttle bus and panda breeding center/museum sightseeing shuttle bus.
We got a free upgrade to a suite with a view, arrived late at night, and the hotel staff / building manager was easy to communicate with and check in with the next day to verify our IDs.
All the suites here seem to have a separate living room with kitchenette and projector TV in addition to the bedroom that has another TV and walk in closet.
Laundry machine ensuite too.”

„The location is excellent. The room is modern derocated and clean. It is located in the Atrium residence building, closed to Taikooli. Our family spent a good time here.
However, it is took time to waiting for elevator during peak time(around 10 am., lots of people used it and have to wait around 15-20 min to get in). So please prepare time during that peak time.
We love to stay here and will recommend to other friends.”

ZZhen-JirapaOverall, I had a great stay at Gerzin Hotel. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was well equipped with amenities, including air conditioning, hot water, and a washing machine. The staff were polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay.
The location is also very convenient. It is close to the metro, making it easy to travel to many tourist attractions around Chengdu. There are also convenience stores, restaurants, and plenty of bubble tea shops within walking distance.
One thing to note is that if you’re a light sleeper, you may occasionally hear noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. Also, if you plan to check in late at night, it’s a good idea to contact the hotel in advance.
Overall, I think the hotel offers excellent value for money. It’s a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay without spending too much.

GGuest UserI must commend Xiao Lin at the front desk! She proactively helped me with my luggage upon check-in and even kindly recommended nearby popular food streets. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft, making for an incredibly comfortable sleep. When I checked out, they even gave me some local snacks. Throughout the entire experience, the service was warm and attentive. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely choose this place again!

QQi·yuanI had a very satisfying stay! The apartment is right next to Eastern Suburb Memory Park, and the transportation is incredibly convenient. The subway station and a parking lot are right downstairs, which is great for those traveling by car. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were excellent. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive. They even offered complimentary luggage storage. Nearby, there's Longfor FanCheng Tianjie and Vanke Plaza, so you have everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. This place offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu for leisure or business!

Traveling with a child, convenience is key, and this hotel delivered. It's super close to the subway, and there are tons of great food options right downstairs. Getting to attractions by taxi was also easy and affordable. The front desk lady was very kind. We stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping staff kept our room impeccably clean every day, restocking everything we needed. My child absolutely loved the large projector. Honestly, it was great! 👍

It's right in the city center, making transportation incredibly convenient with buses, subways, and taxis all easily accessible. Nearby attractions are just a 2 yuan bus ride away. Qingyang District is the downtown area. The room size is generous. I booked a twin room on Ctrip, but the front desk attendant, seeing I was alone, offered to switch me to a king room for the same price. She explained that the twin room had two beds, while the king room had one bed but also a three-seater sofa and a coffee table, with the same square footage and amenities otherwise. I checked it out and it was great! 👌🏻 If I return to Chengdu in the future, I've decided this apartment hotel is where I'll stay. Excellent value and highly recommended.

TTingfenggezhuAbsolutely fantastic! The location is just perfect. From our room, we could directly see the high-speed rail tracks. Downstairs, there's an underpass that leads straight to the high-speed rail station. We had two large 28-inch suitcases and thought we'd have a long walk, but from the B2 level tunnel, we walked directly to the parking lot, then just 50 meters straight across to the hotel's elevator. So incredibly convenient!
The room was quite spacious, about 30 square meters, with plenty of chairs, making it very comfortable and convenient.
The laundry room truly deserves a shout-out. It's available on three different floors, perfectly meeting the needs of guests staying at various heights. These are washer-dryer combo machines with pulsator technology. The drying effect isn't as good as separate units; after two hours, clothes still weren't quite ready to wear and needed a bit more air-drying in the room under the AC. If you're short on time, it might be best to skip washing. Even with that minor flaw, it's free laundry with drying – what more could you ask for?!
Breakfast was decent. They had several types of congee, croissants, donuts, as well as stir-fried dishes and fried rice. For a three-star hotel, this level of service is already very good.
My phone got a bit wet in Huanglong earlier, so the photos look a bit foggy.
All in all, a great experience!
