Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna, blisko metra i łatwo złapać taksówkę. Pokój jest bardzo duży i przestronny, wyposażony w projektor, a łóżko jest duże i wygodne. Jest też płyta indukcyjna, lodówka i pralka – udogodnienia są kompletne i bardzo nowe. Obsługa hotelowa jest bardzo staranna, na przykład w łazience zastosowano antypoślizgową powierzchnię, a sprzątaczki są bardzo profesjonalne i sumienne, bardzo miłe osoby. Jedynym drobnym minusem jest to, że czystość pościeli mogłaby być trochę lepsza, choć i tak jest już bardzo dobrze.

The accommodation is in a great location. Our room was on the 19th floor and overlooked a lovely courtyard, so it was very quiet and we slept well. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day, which was much appreciated. The receptionist was helpful and responded quickly to all our requests. It was easy to communicate with her. We recommend it. :)

Bardzo zadowolony! 1. Dobra lokalizacja. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, tuż przy Taikoo Li, tuż na dole. 2. Dobre wyposażenie. Cały budynek ma około 40 pięter. Jest to bardzo ekskluzywny hotel w stylu apartamentów, pięknie urządzony, z dobrym wyposażeniem i udogodnieniami. W całym domu znajdują się urządzenia marki Siemens i Panasonic oraz centralna klimatyzacja marki Daikin. Regulacja temperatury jest bardzo dokładna, a poziom hałasu niski. 3. Dobra atmosfera. Ogólnie bardzo wygodne! Spędziłem tu trzy noce z rodzicami i zarezerwowałem apartament z dwiema sypialniami. Takie rodzinne spotkania są o wiele przyjemniejsze niż pobyt w dużym hotelu! 4. Dobra obsługa. Obsługa klienta była uważna i entuzjastyczna. Na dole znajduje się wiele restauracji. Obsługa klienta poleciła nam śniadanie. Istnieje kilka opcji i wszystkie są bardzo dobre. Pokój również był bardzo dobrze posprzątany! Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jestem bardzo zadowolony! Nie ma na co narzekać, rozważę ponowny pobyt w tym miejscu następnym razem!

Nie jest źle. Skontaktuj się z nimi tutaj lub przez WeChat, a oni podadzą Ci kod i instrukcje do apartamentu. Nie był super czysty, ale zdecydowanie powyżej średniej jak na Chiny. Ręczniki wymieniane są codziennie. Jest lodówka, mikrofalówka i pralka, więc jest bardzo wygodnie.

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był udany. Główna sypialnia jest całkiem spora, ale druga jest bardzo mała. Drzwi do pokoju nie otwierają się całkowicie z powodu łóżka. Łazienka jest ładna, pralka bardzo przydatna, a stół do mahjonga jest genialny. Nie korzystaliśmy z projektora. Kuchnia nie istnieje – jest tylko czajnik. Brakuje jednak kubków. Lokalizacja jest dobra, w pobliżu znajduje się piękny park nad rzeką, a stacja metra, restauracje z makaronem i bary są w pobliżu. Windy są okropne i trzeba na nie długo czekać. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, udany pobyt. Prawdopodobnie nie spieszylibyśmy się z powrotem.

The room has a great big window and a comfortable bed. The washing machine not only washes but also dries the clothes, which is very convenient. The location is great and the staff very helpful. Some things could enjoy a little renovation, but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Great stay in a great location! Right next to Taikoo and in front of the 3D Panda display, which is where all the designer boutiques have their stores in traditional buildings, like the Dior Cafe and Louis Vuitton design temple, all surrounding a temple. There are a lot of shops and good restaurants nearby. Also about 5-10 mins (depending on how fast you walk) away from IFS Mall and the IAMHERE panda climbing the mall. The IFS Mall is across the street to the airport shuttle bus and panda breeding center/museum sightseeing shuttle bus. We got a free upgrade to a suite with a view, arrived late at night, and the hotel staff / building manager was easy to communicate with and check in with the next day to verify our IDs. All the suites here seem to have a separate living room with kitchenette and projector TV in addition to the bedroom that has another TV and walk in closet. Laundry machine ensuite too.

On the first day I arrived at Chunxi Road, I got lost. It was very cold and I couldn’t find the entrance to the building. I kept walking around in circles and started to feel discouraged. But my effort finally paid off when I met the Chinese staff member who takes care of the apartment. He was incredibly kind and spoke fluent English. Hhe gave very helpful directions and was genuinely concerned about me, trying to contact me several times. Unfortunately, my WeChat wasn’t working, so it was difficult to communicate. He was extremely polite and even lent me a winter jacket for my trip to Mount Siguniang and Bipenggou. My BF used it throughout our trip and returned it after we finished traveling. Sadly, I didn’t get a chance to see him again when I brought the jacket back. If I visit Chengdu again, I will definitely stay here. Once you know the way in and out of the building, the location is very close to the metro. The staff are so kind and thoughtful that it almost makes you feel embarrassed by their generosity. Great location. Very well served by public transport, and within walking distance of several attractions. Easily and quickly accessible from the train station. Very warm welcome from the management team. The apartments are quite true to the photos. The only slight difference is that the kitchen isn't meant for cooking, so there's no crockery provided. However, it is equipped with an electric kettle, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Apartment 2021 on the 20th floor, where I extended my stay. Magnificent view. Spacious apartment. Very quiet. Very comfortable bedding. Living area. Very pleasant when you need to spend time in the apartment. Large projection screen. Washing machine with detergent provided - so useful. Large bathroom. Very clean. Very friendly cleaning service. They can clean the room daily and provide two bottles of water every day. The Wi-Fi had some ups and downs, but improved as the stay progressed. In short, an address I would gladly return to for its value for money.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The cleanliness was generally good, though I did notice a few minor areas that could be improved. While there was no breakfast offered, it didn’t really affect my stay. Overall, it was a nice experience, though there are a few small areas that could be refined. I’d still recommend it for those looking for a comfortable place to stay.
