„The location is excellent. The room is modern derocated and clean. It is located in the Atrium residence building, closed to Taikooli. Our family spent a good time here.
However, it is took time to waiting for elevator during peak time(around 10 am., lots of people used it and have to wait around 15-20 min to get in). So please prepare time during that peak time.

„Great stay in a great location!
Right next to Taikoo and in front of the 3D Panda display, which is where all the designer boutiques have their stores in traditional buildings, like the Dior Cafe and Louis Vuitton design temple, all surrounding a temple.
There are a lot of shops and good restaurants nearby.
Also about 5-10 mins (depending on how fast you walk) away from IFS Mall and the IAMHERE panda climbing the mall. The IFS Mall is across the street to the airport shuttle bus and panda breeding center/museum sightseeing shuttle bus.
We got a free upgrade to a suite with a view, arrived late at night, and the hotel staff / building manager was easy to communicate with and check in with the next day to verify our IDs.
All the suites here seem to have a separate living room with kitchenette and projector TV in addition to the bedroom that has another TV and walk in closet.
Laundry machine ensuite too.”

„On the first day I arrived at Chunxi Road, I got lost. It was very cold and I couldn’t find the entrance to the building. I kept walking around in circles and started to feel discouraged.
But my effort finally paid off when I met the Chinese staff member who takes care of the apartment. He was incredibly kind and spoke fluent English. Hhe gave very helpful directions and was genuinely concerned about me, trying to contact me several times. Unfortunately, my WeChat wasn’t working, so it was difficult to communicate.
He was extremely polite and even lent me a winter jacket for my trip to Mount Siguniang and Bipenggou. My BF used it throughout our trip and returned it after we finished traveling. Sadly, I didn’t get a chance to see him again when I brought the jacket back.
If I visit Chengdu again, I will definitely stay here. Once you know the way in and out of the building, the location is very close to the metro. The staff are so kind and thoughtful that it almost makes you feel embarrassed by their generosity. Thank you so much for lending me the jacket — otherwise I might have frozen in the mountains!

Sim Yip HowNot to sound exaggerated, but Grand ParcVue Hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Having travelled to many countries and stayed in different types of hotels, I would rank the overall experience and service here among the top tier. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 3 days and 2 nights and was already impressed upon arrival. I checked in at around 1am and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff before being assigned a room on the 23rd floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell in the room, possibly coming from the kitchen, but it wasn't a major issue as I could close the doors to prevent it from coming in. I bought an air freshener myself, and what impressed me was that the manager came personally the next day to check on the situation and even provided an air purifier.
The breakfast was another highlight. I enjoyed trying the local dan dan noodles, and I noticed many international guests from Korea, Japan and Western countries. The dining hall staff were all friendly and professional. The gym on the 6th floor was also surprisingly well-equipped, with a good selection of dumbbells and machines for a full-body workout. Even more impressive was the Relaxation Room on the 7th floor, where guests can enjoy several massage chairs 24 hours a day. There is also a Business Lounge on the same floor, which is a great place for meetings, conversations or simply getting some work done.
The hotel is also directly connected to Yanlord Mall, so you will never have to worry about finding restaurants or shops. Do note that it is a high-end mall, so food there can be relatively expensive. One thing I particularly appreciated was the hotel's hospitality even after checkout—I was offered access to the Business Lounge on my final day so I could conduct my online classes comfortably before heading to the airport.
Overall, I had an excellent stay at Grand ParcVue Hotel. The combination of great facilities, convenient location and, most importantly, genuinely attentive service made this stay memorable. I would have no hesitation booking this hotel again if I return to Chengdu. **Highly recommended!**

Guest UserThe location, though a bit hard to find the reception on the first day ( its on the 18*th floor) is great for checking out Chengdu. There are lots of places to eat near by. Line 1 is only a short walk away or there are serveral buses near by you can catch. If your into walking.... Its only a couple of kms to lots of places. I liked the area as its not as full on as staying in Chunix Rd area. The apartment itself was big and very comfy with a great bed and view. My shower did take forever to drain away and the washing machine door, yes you have your own washing machine in the room, was broken so it took a bit to figure out how to get it open but other than that it was good for the price. USD$24, AUS$33, EURO€20. Also the person on reception was very helpful

The room was okay. Besides the bedding and towels, it wasn't very clean. Some things in the room were broken, but the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the washing machine in the room (fundamental if you visit Chengdu in summer!). The location is good, right in front of Eastern Suburb Memory, where you can have a nice evening stroll, and near the mall and the subway station. Through subway you can reach the most important attraction in about 40 minutes. Overall, especially compared to the price, it's not bad.

Carrie KLCI had a great stay at SilkStay Apartment near Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley, with plenty of food, shops, and attractions nearby.
The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short or medium stay. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear, which made the whole process easy even for first-time visitors to Chengdu.

Great hotel and great stay overall. The room is very big and spacious - probably the biggest room I have stayed in China. The value for money is also very good. Location is great. Situated right in the city centre, a close walk from many attractions but also not too caught up in the Chengdu traffic. Having a washing machine and dryer is very convenient and shower items provided were very useful too. Check in is quick and easy, although it would be nice if there was a sign to hang outside the door to indicate whether I wanted to the room cleaned or not. A couple times I was woken up by the cleaners when usually hotels have ways to easily avoid that. Nonetheless, I would still definitely stay here agai

The room also has a fridge, washing machine, and induction cooker. The washing machine was a lifesaver, and they even thoughtfully provided a drying rack and laundry detergent. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy, with great air-conditioning and heater, thoughtfully equipped with smart gadgets that made our stay so convenient.
The staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly — we especially appreciate the lovely aunty who went above and beyond to help us carry our heavy luggage and prepare delicious breakfast each day. The food was simple, tasty and generous — absolutely wonderful!
We loved the location — surrounded by many eateries and all within walking distance. It’s easy to get around by Didi or taxi, and just 10 to 15 minutes’ drive to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area.
Service like this is truly excellent. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us and being such wonderful hosts. We would love to come back and highly recommend you to everyone!
