This should be the friendliest German apartment. Come and take the sugar bag and take the milk at the front desk. Take dishwashing, take toilet paper, take rag Will not refuse the tenant, of course, Some still need to pay But because breakfast requires extra charge We didn't use the restaurant But at the time of check out There is a large column of horns next to the front desk for the guests to take freely. A lot of tenants took the elevator and took it to the mouth. The front desk is full of smiles to add And it’s safe to go in and out here. We temporarily added another day.

We liked the fair price and the setup of the rooms with a small kitchen an separate main bedroom and sleeping sofa. We were three people and there were only towles & blankets prepared for two people, even though we booked for three. There was one spare blanket without cover in the bed frame but it had blood stains all over it.... Disgusting!!! Check in and check out was easy even though the staff was undertrained and slow The location is great! 5 minutes to the S-Bahn Station Gateway Gardens and 15 Minutes from the airport on foot. There is also a Rewe right around the corner. The Hotel advertised its own parking, but you had to reserve your parking spots beforehand for 22€a day. Right around the next corner was a much more modern parking garage and it costed only 20€ a day and there were plenty parking spots left. So choose wisely

We were three and knew going into it that one of us would be sleeping on a pullout couch. What we didn't know was that the pullout couch would be so very uncomfortable. Apparently, the hotel must have known this ahead of time, because their solution to the problem, before we even arrived, was to tuck a couple of throw pillows between the mattress and the frame of the couch. The only thing that that did was make the bed lopsided and still uncomfortable to sleep on. There were positive points, such as the friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel and location. However, for $500 a night, I was expecting a little more. Would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a room for three.

THE HOTEL FRONT DESK CLOSED AT 4 P.M. AND ALSO TAKE DAY OFF ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. ON NOV. 10TH, 2023 WHEN I ARRIVED AT HOTEL THE DOOR OF HOTEL WAS CLOSED AND SUDDENLY FOUND THE HOTEL FRONT DESK CLOSED AT P.M. THEREFORE, I CALLED TEL NO. WHICH HOTEL NOTED AT FRONT DOOR AND SPENT MORE 20 MINTUES TO FINISH SELF CHECK-IN. IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME BECAUSE IT WAS COOL AND DARK

I have previously reviewed this hotel and I am happily doing it again, because this hotel is really super. The staff is very friendly, the location is great and the rooms are in super condition, super clean and spacious. The value for money is outstanding. We love also that the Skyline Plaza is opposite and you can easily pop by to get some shopping done, get some take away etc. We have not tried the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. We come here twice in December each year since about 6-7 years, when we are on our way to Nothern Germany and we do a one-night-stop here, and we stopping here again on our way back home to Switzerland. We will certainly continue to do so. The only critical point is that the pillows are far too high. We always as for flatter ones and they are usually provided.

My daughter and I came to visit the city of Frankfurt for 5 days in December. We experienced HELL in this residence. So much so that we had to change hotels on the 3rd day, not feeling at all safe. And of course no one to answer you and no refund possible: My daughter and I arrived at 3:30 p.m. at the exit of the airport, we were quite tired and we decided to take some time to rest in the apartment that we had reserved with *********** who by the way absolutely did not manage our problems, since NO ONE in this residence does anything. We entered the apartment, an unbearable smell of tobacco floated in the room even though we did not smoke. We called customer service who told us that it was this ”room” or that we had to re-rent another one... at the same time my daughter called booking who of course dismissed them by telling us that this was due to resort of the residence. So we had to put up with that smell... but that was just the beginning. We wanted to take a nap but oh surprise the sheets on my daughter's bed were.... Dirty, visibly not changed with hair in the bed and even a trace of urine further down. We called back customer service who informed us that they would come the next day to change the sheets.... so my daughter had to sleep in loose sheets.... But it didn't end. We went out to have a bite to eat in a small restaurant next to the station. On our way back we met in the hall of the residence 3 young people who were not very clear who we learned the next day were ************* and above all pimping in the residence . I'll leave you to imagine two women alone in an unsecured residence. How did they get back? all simply by booking and this allows them to have a deal location and apartments for the ************. our night was not better...all night long doors slammed, screams and even around 4:30 a.m. the police intervened for an argument which degenerated the apartment below ours. So the next day we asked for a refund to go to a more secure place.... we received a refusal from management. My daughter absolutely did not want to stay in this ”residence” so we lost our entire reservation, i.e. 635 euros. Do not go. OR prepare yourself to live a unique experience. Management only aims to take money without trying to manage anything. I have never posted any comments from my previous trip but this is far too serious to let this pass. We reported the establishment to the tourist office

I spent 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of Frankfurt Station, which certainly is not one of the best and safest quarters of the city (smut, homelessness, drugs, crime). I have booked the hotel consciously despite the location (it has a good connection), but was very frightened and surprised by the lack of security in the hotel: any street passant can easily reach the hotel rooms progress because neither the staircase nor the train have secure access. My room was quite unpleasant (pleases on the wallpapers, very soft mattresses, no mattress savers) and simple/cheaply furnished, which is not surprising at the price, and very bright. However, I was surprised to have the lack of cleanliness: hair on the ground, thick dust layers on the footbars, light switches and Co. water spots on armatures, shower wall, dirty toilet ... Unfortunately my friendly request has been made for the The first night, cleaning the room again thoroughly, nothing brought. My experience with the staff was growing: My cleaning request was very friendly received by the morning porter. The evening porter, who was responsible for receipt and making factures, was completely unprofessional, over-charged and unfriendly. I would NOT recommend a night in this hotel, as I felt both awful and not safe at all.
