With random possibility, the tram might be passing by near 8m to your bed, wish you luck on not getting tram-sided room. If you are sensitive about hearing, please put on ear-plugs while sleep. You will also get a nice free eco-bag with minimalism design, high quality Chocolate and Tea set. And wine shop and grocery store is connected right after your room.”

„Don’t ever book this on Trip! If you want to stay here, book it on its official website instead because there is no front desk as you will receive a code for you to check in instead. I had to make a roaming international call to get my PIN code because Trip didn’t send it to me and it cost me €16 to make that call, not to mention the confusion and hassle. Management should also take blame for this and ensure that if the bookings are made through third party apps, that the customer properly gets the information required. The room itself was very clean and tidy and the location was great as well. There’s a nice Chinese restaurant called Nanking and some other nice bookstores, cat cafe, *** friendly bar etc in the neighbourhood.”

„Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you”

„2024年11月に2泊しました。 部屋のタイプはシングルルームです。 全体的に綺麗なホテルです。 部屋にはテレビ、デスク、ベット、冷蔵庫、ハンガーラック、1人掛けのソファーなど必要な物は揃っています。 コンセントはデスク横とテレビ下にありました。 トイレ、浴室にはドライヤー、大小タオルがありました。コンディショナーはなかったです。 共用キッチンには電気ケトルや調理器具などがありました。（確かオーブンとかコーヒーマシンもあった気がします） 屋上に展望台みたいな所もあり眺めは良かったです。 サウナもあります。 立地的にはヘルシンキセンター駅からトラムに乗り、トラムの駅から徒歩3分で合わせて20分もあれば着くので立地も良いです。 手荷物の預かりをチェックイン前、チェックアウト後共にお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれました。（無料です） 事前にオンラインチェックインのメールが来て、それを入力すればホテルで記入する必要もないので、それも良かったです。 値段もリーズナブルで朝食も付きホテルの従業員も親切だったので次回もまた泊まりたいなと思いました！”

„Me and my mom needed an apartment to be able to visit family member who was in hospital. We needed a kitchen and a washing machine. The room had both and no problem with those. I suspected kitchen knife would be dull and it was, but I brought a knife sharpener and got it sharp. Otherwise everything in kitchen was okay but stove wasn't that powerful. The building's main door's lock wasn't functioning and we informed about it and it was fixed but only after about a week. Our apartment's lock worked all the time without problem. Also one lamp was broken. Mom said it was cold there and it wasn't exactly warm there, good enough for me and blankets were really thick. I complained about coldness and a serviceman came there to do something to radiators but it didn't really change anything. We were there in very early spring. It was 0C outside at night and 5-10C at daytime. There was some communication errors but nothing major and I was able to get hold of someone quickly and easily with the online chat. It was quite clean there except if you take bedclothes off you might enjoy the sight on pillow and blanket. All and all I was quite pleased of the room and stay.”

„Struttura a pochi km da Helsinki, facilmente raggiungibile con i servizi Bolt, ecc. Camere ben disposte e con una buona pulizia. L'unica nota negativa è il servizio di cech-in, non ci è stato dato il codice di ingresso ed è stata dura entrare nella struttura. Sol grazie alla gentilezza e professionalità di Trip.com siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema, parlando con un ragazzo nella nostra lingua e molto bravo”
