Logement relativement propre et bien placé. Très bien équipé et bénéficiant d'un cadre exceptionnel avec beaucoup de service à disposition et d'installations notamment la piscine.
Les employés à l'accueil ont été très aimables et accueillantes, indications très claires. Je n'hésiterais pas à reprendre un logement si l'occasion se présente, je recommande absolument.

This time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.

Proche du centre ville Quimper, bon accueil, l'hôtel est devant la médiathèque et la cathédrale. On a passé un bon séjour. Beau jardin, bon petit déjeuner, merci.
Le petit plus est la cuisine équipée.

Hotel odnowi całą fasadę w tym czasie co było konieczne ...je obawiał się, że mój studio jest trochę stary, ale nie kasca była czysta i dobrze utrzymana ...
Personel jest mile widziany, są pralnie, czysta wodopoju i rozluźniony rogu ...
Jest duży parking na 10 pm
Obszar jest bardzo cichy i 10 minut spacerem od starego Rennes z wieloma sklepami i restauracjami

Nous sommes arrivés avec un couple d'amis à adagio.
Quand nous avons découvert notre appartement, nous avons été ravis de voir qu'il était propre, spacieux et moderne.
Tout à été pensé, billard, jeux enfants, espace d'étente non loin du salon de l'accueil....personnel agréable.
Le petit déjeuner, très bien, il y a du choix et c'est très bon.
Petit bémol nous avions réservé un créneau jacuzzi de 15 min et des gens étaient dedans mais sans avoir réservé du faite qu'ils n'avaient pas eu l'information avec le réceptionniste.
Nous avons pu le faire 30 min après notre créneau, heureusement car 15 min est déjà très court....
Sinon nous avions accès à la piscine et espace bien être pendant 45 min

Appart hotel très bien, propre et bien entretenu.
L entrée est très discrète parmi les commerces de la zone commerciale, vous arrivez au premier puis dans l chambre et vous avez une vue en pleine campagne....la conception est très originale.
Le gérant est très accueillant et très professionnel.
La chambre est bien équipée et la literie confortable.
La zone commerciale offre plusieurs services..restaurants, cinéma, centre commercial...
Une adresse a retenir.

Emplacement parfait pour accéder à la plage, architecture ok de la résidence, mais la vue sur le parking et un énorme mur (muraille?) sale entre viennent malheureusement réduire la note « extérieurs », …tout le monde n’a pas la vue « piscine » si largement diffusée.
Côté intérieur, des communs fatigués mais fonctionnels. Un appartement propre, des espaces plutôt spacieux (expérience d’un deux pièces). Bémol sur la salle de bain : baignoire ok, mais douche étroite et manque d’étageres, de rangements.

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are very new. We chose a triple room for a family trip. The three beds were not crowded. We were amazed by the kitchen in the room. The kitchen was open with two doors. It had all the facilities (dishwasher, microwave, plates, cups, even detergent and dishcloths).
Environment: The environment is very good. The hotel lobby is simple and warm. There are vending machines to buy drinks (there is no mineral water in the room). It is very close to the central city and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there.
Service: Because it is a self-driving tour, parking at the hotel is also very convenient. The parking lot is relatively large and automatic in and out.

KKris LegendeThe hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained...
The staff is welcoming, there are washing machines, a pure water fountain and a relaxation area...
There is a large car park at 10e per night
The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants
It was a rather good experience

還可以自己煮飯光線也很好，雖然大部分時間很多時候天氣不好，夜晚也睡得非常好（雖然沒有冷氣，但是八月晚上很涼）。
