Complete in-unit amenities The units are equipped with air conditioning, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a TV, kitchenware, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi. Many guests describe the kitchen as clean and well-equipped. 3. Satisfactory service and security • 24-hour security. • Responsive staff, for example, when guests arrive early and are allowed to leave belongings. • The cleanliness of the unit and facilities is well maintained. 4. Spacious and comfortable rooms The 2-bedroom apartment is quite spacious and comfortable for a small family (a family of 4 is suitable).  5. GGuest UserThis Grand Valore hotel/ service apartments is a well run operation with a staff that is professional and accommodating. I have stayed here many times during my back and forth itravels in Indonesia. The breakfast is ample and there is a neighboring Holiday Inn connected Next door if you want a change in menu. Two nice malls are 10-15 minutes away with money change establishments. ATMs are seconds away. The rates are extremely reasonable, the pool is great and the gym is adequate. From a business traveler who has stayed at a lot of hotels. This is a smart choice. One more thing the beds are comfortable and no rugs in the room makes it clean with no odors.

Our stay at Hotel Santika Premier Garut was delightful. The location offers stunning mountain views and refreshing cool air, while the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were warm and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a treat with a variety of delicious local and international dishes. We also enjoyed the pool, perfect for relaxing while taking in the beautiful surroundings. A great choice for both family getaways and business trips—would love to return!

AAnonymous UserI travel here with my family we spend only 2 nights. With 2 rooms in a studio apartment. I am ok with the location because it is near to hot places like Rumah Mode and it is a pick up point to go to Lembang area. But the one thing that I am not really happy the toilet condition is not really good. I am sorry but if you have other option please stay other place. But overall just an average place to stay, for me.

SSams_awThe unit provided was different from what was ordered. In terms of cleanliness, it was fairly clean; however, the amenities were very minimal. There were no towels, shampoo, or soap provided, and there was not even any drinking water. The hot water did not work properly, although the air conditioning was cold and the TV worked well. Even at that price, it is expected that the unit matches what is advertised.
