„I stayed the day before the round at Rotas Golf Lake. The whole facility feels a bit old, but it was kept clean and comfortable. Check-in was past midnight 0 o'clock, but I was grateful that you responded politely. The point I was worried about was that the refrigerator was a little weak. „Everything was great, this is my second time here. Apart from that, there's just one thing that needs to be fixed: the water from the dispenser tasted really stale. Also, the dispenser itself probably needs to be replaced because when I filled my glass yesterday, the drip tray overflowed/wasn't emptied, and the cold water button wouldn't spring back into place. Otherwise, everything was excellent! The service was the best and super fast response 👍”

„The facilities are complete, with cooking utensils, a microwave, etc. The AC is cold and the room is spacious. As soon as I entered, the room smelled good, and the bed also smelled fresh, even though the sheets and blanket were a bit faded, they were clean and fragrant. There are cleaning tools like mops, etc., since there's no housekeeping, which is standard for an apartment. The check-in process was smooth, and the admin was quite responsive. We picked up the room key from the mailbox in the lobby. There's a helpful parking attendant who assisted us with parking since it's quite tight, going down to B3. If there's no parking available, you can get free valet. Parking costs a maximum of 15k for a single entry. The location is within walking distance to Braga. There's one EV charging lot, but it's a slow 7kw charger. The TV was enhanced with an MI Stick, turning it into a Google TV. Overall, I was very satisfied staying here.”

An amazing stay! Highly recommend for families as the rooms were spacious and living room was of good size too. The rooms were clean, spacious and had enough amenities. The service was really good too. Kitchen was a plus point with its microwave. Walking distance to convenience store and street food stalls. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

strategic location, close to unpad campus and old boarding house locations. there are also many places to eat / sell food, just walk. the bed is really big, *************, enough for 4 people. air conditioning, water heater works well. the water is also strong, no difficulty. only the bathroom is not fragrant enough. it would be better to give it a freshener or camphor next time.

Upon check in at 3pm, the room was having a very strong foul smell hence we request for a change. However they told us to wait till late afternoon then other rooms are available hence we waited. I followup 3times for the availability to exchange room via call, to no avail i went to the lobby at 5:30pm to ask again. A different receptionist attend to me and directly i got the exchange of our room. To my Dissppointment again, the room we next check in, the airconditioner was not cold. We requested again to check the aircond. As my toddler was sweating while just watching tv. However after they check, the aircond only slightly cold. Anyways hope the management of the hotel look into this issue seriously as we are not only booking one room, we took 2room. The room for my mom in law was also same issue on the airconditioner - not cold. Toilet door hinges was loosen. Toilet couldnt flush after the second day. Location wise, walking distance to Sarinah only. Breakfast was acceptable.

I quite enjoyed staying here. The location is very convenient, with a mall nearby and plenty of eateries around the apartment, making it easy to find food and daily necessities. The neighborhood is lively and comfortable without being too noisy. The unit itself was adequate for a short stay, with basic amenities that were generally well-maintained. The apartment grounds are pleasant for walking around or simply relaxing in the sunshine. The swimming pool was clean and usually not too crowded. One thing to note is that the cleanliness of the unit seems to depend on the individual unit and agent. Some units are excellent, while others are just average. However, the common areas are generally clean and well-maintained, and even the lobby toilets are clean and pleasant-smelling. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Nice serviced apartments with good location. The apartment is connected to the hotel and provides basic facilities such as swimming pool and gym. Overall was a nice experience. The breakfast and minimarket are the only matters that fell short of my expectation for such accommodation.
