Zamiast luksusowego apartamentu dali nam apartament standardowy, po moim skarga została zmieniona, ale po wielu naleganiach.

這是我在西西里島最滿意的一個酒店了，位置非常市中心，但又是鬧中取靜，樓下有幾家餐廳也都不錯。首先房間是複式的，樓頂是露台和廚房，晚上開燈，真的很有氛圍，房間佈置也很漂亮，設施非常齊全。房東小姐姐也很熱情。介紹的很仔細。唯一的不足就是這房門鑰匙有點難用。

Es esta ocasión nos alojaron en unos de sus apartamentos, que si bien son más amplios, en mi opinión están más expuestos al ruido de los vehículos, lo que resta encanto a nuestra estancia. El desayuno continúa siendo variado y sabroso. Y la atención de 10! La única pega es que la cama no era tan cómoda como en otras ocasiones.

Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Katanii. Idealne na moją podróż – byłem w ostatnich dniach prawie trzytygodniowych wakacji i po prostu szukałem wygodnego miejsca, stosunkowo blisko atrakcji turystycznych, żeby się zrelaksować. Byłem tam w okresie Bożego Narodzenia i w dniach po nim, więc apartament był idealny. Mogłem gotować, odpoczywać, a wszystko, co chciałem zobaczyć, było w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Polecam ponownie w 100%.

I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani.
First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes.
As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant.
The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room.
To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention.
In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.

The junior suite was very basic. The coffee machine is in the reception area not in the apartment. There is no kettle in the apartment.
On arrival they gave us a set of keys. You cannot separate the keys. One of the keys is for all electric in the apartment including the air conditioning.
it is advertised as an air conditioned apartment.
However with the temperature for the last 4 days being around 36c. You have to take the keys out to lock the apartment so the air conditioning is not on. When you return the apartment was very warm. you have to put the key in for the electricity and get the air conditioning working. It then takes 2 to 3 hour to get it cool.
You are paying for an Air condoned apartment. It should be up to you when the air conditioning is on.
A separate key should be given to leave the air conditioning on.
It really does spoil a vacation having to wait for the apartment to get cool.

MMax LyLocation surrounding is crap. I went by navigator with a suitcase from central railway station about 15 min because the roads are not for suitcases, cracked pavement everywhere. It’s better to take a car or tram 1 for 2 stops from railway. It’s really apartment in a crap residential building. 3rd floor (like 4tth) without a lift with narrow stairs with no lighting in the evening. You don’t see where insert 3 keys in locks (3doors to enter). My room faced the noisy busy road. There 2 rooms inside, looks nice, no microwave, but clean. Area looks dangerous in the evening. Owner lady is nice and helpful. She tries to do her best!

This was perfect for my trip- I was in the final days of a nearly 3 week holiday, and just wanted somewhere comfortable and relatively close to sites to relax. I was there during Christmas and the days after, so having an apartment was perfect. I was able to cook, relax, and everything I wanted to see was a short walk away. I would 100% recommend again.

The location was good and close to the beach, although the beach was full of seaweed. Of course, this was out of the owner's control. Very new, very clean, very large but well taken care of. The staff was attentive (thank you, Andrea!) and the entire experience for my 5 days here was amazing! Really enjoyed my time here and would love to stay at other Planeta hotels in the future.

MMonika101Great place close to town. We spent around 350£ for a 7 day stay. It really is unbelievably great value out of season. Everything was close by and I highly recommend for everyone . Unfortunately you have to be aware that the shops around are incredibly expensive.

First, this hotel is not a hotel in the strict sense, and there is no 24-hour front desk (which caused us a lot of inconvenience later)
Second, we booked the most expensive room type in this hotel, but it is very far from the sea and the volcano! It is on the mountain! It is very inconvenient to go to the beach or any check-in point, and it takes a long time to drive a winding mountain road to get there! In our opinion, the sea view and volcano view are completely gimmicks.
Third, there was a sudden power outage at 11 o'clock in the evening. We didn't have time to wash up, and we called the staff on WhatsApp and sent messages for a long time without receiving a reply! It was only after 2 hours, at more than 1 o'clock in the morning, that we received a reply, and it was after the water and electricity were restored to normal. We waited for a long time in vain, and all our electronic devices needed electricity, but unfortunately we spent this night in a very worried and bad mood, which undoubtedly affected the mood of the trip. Although the hotel can check in early and provide champagne service upon request, I don't think this is what the staff let us recall as a ”benefit” on WhatsApp. The power outage and water outage are not your fault, but I think your attitude is not very sincere, just superficial. No matter what you say, you should know it in your heart. To be honest, I didn't see the hotel's symbolic compensation for such a long power outage, because it really affected our mood at the time. But anyway, this hotel is not recommended. If you have a car and you don't have high requirements for sea views and volcano views, if you don't want to go to the beach and can get there quickly, you can book this hotel.
