Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

The location is fantastic, very close to a large supermarket, just a short walk away. This makes grocery shopping incredibly convenient, whether you're buying fresh produce or household essentials. The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove and utensils, so you can easily cook your own meals. It's a great way to ensure healthy eating and enjoy the fun of cooking to your own taste. Plus, there's a professional front desk that strictly monitors access, providing 24-hour security. You can feel completely safe and secure during your stay.

This apartment-style hotel was perfect for a family trip! The room and bed were very spacious, and the living room had an open feel. The kitchen has an oven and washing machine, which is very convenient for long-term trips. The staff were very kind and we were able to check in smoothly. Venice isn't that large, so you can basically get to the tourist spots on foot. It's also about 3 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, so it was perfect for using the water bus!

This was the best place we stayed at in Italy! Really pretty and big with all the essentials you need. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything including free snacks, juice, soda, water, tea, coffee and fruits. They also provide us we slippers, lotion that smells really good, bathroom essentials and other things we didn’t find in a lot of other hotels/airbnbs. The service was phenomenal and the people here are so friendly. We were presented with some welcoming gifts and lots of help during our stay. This hotel also has its own private dock which was very convenient for us to go to the train station with a booked private water taxi through the hotel. The taxi brings us right to the side in front of the station and we didn’t have to carry our luggages up the stairs and across the bridge had we gone on a public water taxi (the price is pretty close). Definitely recommend and would come back again next time in Venice!

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to everything — the arena, the main square, bars, and restaurants — so the location is very convenient for sightseeing. I was also upgraded to a one-bedroom room! The staff were all very kind and friendly. The amenities were great as well: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tea bags, coffee powder, and more. Toothbrushes seem to be available upon request.

Clean, warm, and cozy room with hot water and air con keeping my warm all night. There was no loud noise at night. The hotel is very close to the bus stop. The staff is super nice! Very kind and helpful.

While the accommodation was fine the checking in process left a bit to be desired. We booked the Cannaregio II Apartments but actually stayed at the Venice Apartments. I don’t know if we ended up in a better standard of accommodation but it was closer to restaurants, etc. Notwithstanding it wasn’t the accommodation we thought we were booking and as a result I left my travelling companion at the wrong location while I checked us in and we had to walk further than was needed. I also felt like I got a bit of attitude from the reception staff when I was checking in.

Excellent property. Spacious apartment, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is on another island from the tourist attractions of Venice. On this island there are cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance, but to get to Piazza San Marco, you will need 15-20 minutes by vaporetto. There is no reception in the apartment, so the check-in process is done by sending personal data by e-mail. After a dozen warnings from the booking system not to send personal data by e-mail, I was a little nervous when the hotel staff asked me to do so.

On the first day, I bought a mobile phone card and the communication was convenient. In Europe, this pattern and size are definitely luxurious. 🔸 Degree of decoration: It looks very new, the walls, floors, and bathrooms are very new, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the glass is very clean, there is no water stain The hotel is called the Monkey Hotel. The long-tailed monkeys of various forms on the wall of the room are very interesting and vivid. 🔸 Home appliances and furniture: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, Bluetooth stereo, TV, daily needs 🔸 Private: one ladder and two households, the room is very soundproof, there are stairs and elevators 🔸 Service: Valentina, the front desk staff, is a warm, polite and considerate girl. Knowing that I have many meetings in the room, I will send new coffee capsules every day to refresh myself.
