Κάπως μικρό δωμάτιο, δεν είχε καθόλου ηχομόνωση η περιοχή είναι okay κοντά στο λεωφορείο για να πας βενετία αλλά το βράδυ είναι λίγο επίφοβα.
Καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής εξυπηρετικός ο κύριος που μας υποδέχτηκε είναι μία καλή επιλογή εκτός βενετίας

Wspaniały hotel. Czysty, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, toster, mikrofalówka, garnki, talerze, sztućce, ekspres do nespresso, toster. Poza tym żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka do włosów. Okolica typowo biznesowo przemysłowa, w pobliżu McDonald's i duży piętrowy supermarket Interspar i wieża z barem i pięknym widokiem na 18 piętrze. Bardzo blisko dworca Wenecja Mestre i dosłownie w ciągu 10 minut można dotrzeć do Wenecji. W recepcji przemiła pani zawsze uśmiechnięta i służąca pomocą. Za 5 euro można skorzystać z pralki obok recepcji i za dodatkowe 5 euro z suszarki. W pokoju był też balkon. Polecam jednym słowem.

Situato in una zona industriale un po' lontano dal centro, auto necessaria. La struttura è nuova, pulita e molto funzionale; tutto funziona con un codice che viene fornito al check in, c'è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare in garage inclusa nel prezzo.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

The apartments are located in the center of Venice, close to all the attractions and the market. A spacious bedroom and a kitchen with everything you need. The only downside is the smell of sewage in the bathroom, but this is a common problem in many apartments in Venice. I want to thank the hotel owner for the excellent instructions, including links, photos, and the access code, which were sent to me the day before my trip. A special thank you for the recommendations of places to eat—we used them and were so glad we did! This authentic Italian food is delicious and inexpensive! Your links to the water company and the supermarket were also helpful...they were truly valuable recommendations.
By the way, a modern television was a big plus for my granddaughter!

La limpieza del apartamento en la recepción OK pero mejorable. Ojo, que piden igualmente tasas de limpieza.
Los apartamentos están generalmente bien, el problema es la zona donde estan ubicados, no hay mucha seguridad y se respira intranquilidad por la calle. (Problema generalizado en Messe)
Si esto no te incomoda, este es un buen sitio debido a su precio economico y la buena conexión que tiene con Venecia a traves del autobus.

Один из немногих пунктов размещения в Вероне с адекватным ценником и недалеко от исторического центра. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для того, чтобы с комфортом проживать в течение любого срока: прекрасно оборудованная кухня, балконы, качественная мебель, стиральная машинка, кондиционеры и многое другое. Всё как дома. Очень любезный персонал. И самые низкие цены в автоматах, которые мы встречали за последние поездки)) С удовольствием вернемся!

The hotel parking lot is spacious enough, the inside and outside of the building are clean and good. Especially because it's a family of four, I mainly sleep on the sofa bed, which is the most comfortable of the capital sofa beds so far. The daily cleaning is very clean and the breakfast quality is good. It is located between Verona and Venice, so it is a good location to explore both places. The outdoor swimming pool is also comfortable and worth using.

HHave to travelAlomost perfect but “Check in Guide”
As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests.
Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room.
The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel.
BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good.

The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove and utensils, so you can easily cook your own meals. It's a great way to ensure healthy eating and enjoy the fun of cooking to your own taste.
Plus, there's a professional front desk that strictly monitors access, providing 24-hour security. You can feel completely safe and secure during your stay.

The room and bed were very spacious, and the living room had an open feel. The kitchen has an oven and washing machine, which is very convenient for long-term trips. The staff were very kind and we were able to check in smoothly.
Venice isn't that large, so you can basically get to the tourist spots on foot. It's also about 3 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, so it was perfect for using the water bus!

GGuest UserThis was the best place we stayed at in Italy! Really pretty and big with all the essentials you need. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything including free snacks, juice, soda, water, tea, coffee and fruits. They also provide us we slippers, lotion that smells really good, bathroom essentials and other things we didn’t find in a lot of other hotels/airbnbs. The service was phenomenal and the people here are so friendly. We were presented with some welcoming gifts and lots of help during our stay. This hotel also has its own private dock which was very convenient for us to go to the train station with a booked private water taxi through the hotel. The taxi brings us right to the side in front of the station and we didn’t have to carry our luggages up the stairs and across the bridge had we gone on a public water taxi (the price is pretty close). Definitely recommend and would come back again next time in Venice!

GGuest UserGood location with easy access to most major attractions. The apartment is well maintained, with good reception to provide any assistance if needed. Bed mattress is comfortable for a good night sleep. Slippers and bottled wates are provided for convenience too.

NNIGarden-style apartment hotel, very good, like it very much. You can cook, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The room is big enough, and there is a loft for a family to live in. To the attractions, you can walk, not very far. Very nice hotel apartment!

SSunnyfurlifeAllegro Marin is situated next to the train station. Though it maybe convenient if you are planning to travel elsewhere by train, you cannot avoid dragging your luggage across a bridge, unless you hire a luggage porter. The attractions are quite far away if you don’t travel by ferry, at least 20 minutes walk away.
Other than my thoughts on location, I find the hotel staff friendly and hospitable. When having breakfast, I only need to find my table and be seated. It came with complimentary freshly made bacon and eggs and a charcuterie board! No complaint about the service.

GGuest UserWhile the accommodation was fine the checking in process left a bit to be desired. We booked the Cannaregio II Apartments but actually stayed at the Venice Apartments. I don’t know if we ended up in a better standard of accommodation but it was closer to restaurants, etc. Notwithstanding it wasn’t the accommodation we thought we were booking and as a result I left my travelling companion at the wrong location while I checked us in and we had to walk further than was needed. I also felt like I got a bit of attitude from the reception staff when I was checking in.

The accommodation is on another island from the tourist attractions of Venice. On this island there are cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance, but to get to Piazza San Marco, you will need 15-20 minutes by vaporetto.
There is no reception in the apartment, so the check-in process is done by sending personal data by e-mail. After a dozen warnings from the booking system not to send personal data by e-mail, I was a little nervous when the hotel staff asked me to do so.
