I just love how spacious and clean the place. The place was very easy to find and checkin instructions are clear and easy to follow. I love that the appliances that I needed was available specially the washing machine. If I ever get back to Nagoya, I'll rebook this place. Highly commend!

とても綺麗で快適でした。名古屋駅からも近く、便利でした。 ただ洗面所にタオルかける場所がなかったり、エアコンがつかなかったのは少し残念でした。それ以外の設備アメニティなどは完璧でした。いい宿でした。

Station Ai is located one stop from JR Kanayama Station, accessible via Chubu Centrair International Airport. It's about a 5-minute walk from Tsurumai Subway Station and JR Station, providing convenient access to Nagoya Station, Sakae Station, and Nagoya Castle. Tsurumai Park is right outside the station, perfect for a stroll. The room was spacious and clean, fully equipped, with a separate toilet and bathroom. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of a bathtub in the bathroom, making it unsuitable for a soak after a long day of sightseeing; also, the TV only supported online streaming and did not receive local channels. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nagoya.

家族で利用しました。内装外装等は、すごく綺麗でした❢❢チェックインなど全て機械で行う感じで、チェックイン時トラブルがありましたが受付の方が在住しており、淡々と説明。融通はあまり効かず、部屋は凄く綺麗でした。ただ小さなお子さんとの旅行での利用はおすすめしないです。3ベッドあり、幼児用のベッドは無く、親自身が枕等でベッドから落ちないようにするしか無く、壁などに引っ付いてないタイプなので落ちるかヒヤヒヤしましたが夜中に案の定ドンッ❢と共に泣き声...ベッドの柵なとがあればお子様連れでも凄くおすすめするのですが添い寝だと少しベッドが狭いので微妙でした。大人だけの旅行なら全然十分です。

第一次住民宿，感覺幾好，衛生情況良好。入住前比較多手續需要自己搞，例如網上交passport資料，之後入住當日早上先收到密碼開信箱攞鎖匙🔑。checkout前一晚因為驚唔識搞，所以搵咗trip CS幫忙，Trip CS值得一讚，回覆快又方便。原來業主又係會check out前一晚send email 叫我擺返條鎖匙🔑落信箱就可以。另外附近係民居，比較安靜。如果揸車要泊附近街邊停車場。成個住宿體驗都唔錯

總共三層樓，一樓有兩間雙人房（兩張單人床）；三樓有榻榻米 也是兩張單人床墊；二樓是公共空間（廚房/浴室/客廳） 環境很好很安靜 但是因為要爬樓梯，有帶老人家可能要斟酌

2人で利用しましたが、広くてよかったです。 電子レンジなどの設備もありがたかったです。

Anyway, the location was difficult to understand. I was very lost. I think the amenities were good with a solid feeling!

The location is convenient, but the sound of cars and ambulances is noisy. I think foreigners are difficult to understand the separation of garbage. I thought it was a little tough, such as confirmation of the stayer (the presentation of the identification is the driver's license NG) and confirmation of the visitor. I thought the rule that the bed used was one for each person and not touching other beds was also strict. Other than that, I stayed generally satisfied.
