„Удобно расположенные апарты с возможностью позднего заселения. До медины 20 минут пешком, до сада можераль 15, до авто и ж/д вокзала 15-20 минут пешком. Рядом два магазина Нам достался спартанский номер без тумбочек у кроватей, без шкафов и вешалок, с отвалившимися крючками в ванной. Мы не стали качать права и требовать переселения так как были в отеле 3 неполные ночи. И так как забронили его за 3 часа до заселения, потому что нашу предыдущую бронь отменил хозяин на букинге.”

„The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! They tried to solve any problems they had, thank you. The apartment was spacious and clean, odor-free, and the bed was comfortable. The location was quite convenient: a 20-minute walk to the train station and the medina, 10 minutes to the Majorelle Garden, and there's a grocery store next door. Nearby is a cemetery, a prison, and a construction site 😂 That's where the positives end. There were plenty of negatives. At first, we were greeted by a broken lock on the door, and we couldn't open it. On the second day, we were offered a room change; it turned out to be basically the same, but without a window in the bedroom, so we stayed in the first room and learned to open the door ourselves. The apartment had poor lighting in the living room and bedroom, making it dark. There were just a single bulb hanging from a cord with a cold light, and there were no bedside lamps like in the photo, making it very uncomfortable. The bathroom is spacious, but the sink (or maybe the faucet) was leaking, creating a puddle under the sink. The shower is missing a curtain, and there's a gap between the floor and the partition—as a result, there's a lot of water on the floor after showering. Toilet paper, soap, and shower gel are available, but there are no trash bags anywhere. There's a rag in the kitchen and dishwashing detergent missing. On the second day, the internet stopped working for a day. It then worked again, but it was extremely unstable on the third floor. This is important for tourists! Overall, the entire apartment feels old, tired, and in need of a proper renovation, not the ”good enough” look it has now. On my last night, at four in the morning, I was awakened by noise: my bedroom window overlooked the terrace of the neighboring room. The door was open, and I could see many men with naked women. I knocked on their door, and they fell silent, but they didn't open the door. But soon, the noise resumed. I contacted the administrator via WhatsApp, but received no response or even an apology after reading my message. However, immediately afterward, the neighbors closed the balcony, and half an hour later the women left. It became quiet. Draw your own conclusions. I understand this isn't an expensive hotel, and I didn't expect five-star service. But there are basic requirements that should be met. Therefore, I don't recommend this hotel, especially for longer than a night.”

„Ma famille et moi avons passé 2 nuitées dans ce très joli appartement. Tout était au rdv: propreté (et Dieu sait qu’on est très difficile sur ce point là), design et l’hospitalité à la marocaine. Bien qu’il soit en centre ville, l’appartement est insonorisé: on n’entends ni les bruits extérieurs et ni les voisins (pourtant la résidence était complète). Présence de climatiseurs central et d’appoint (dans chaqu’une des chambres). On a pas senti les 40 degrés de l’extérieur. Dans la cuisine, on y trouve frigo, machine à laver, bouilloire, cafetière, plancha, four à micro onde et table de cuisine. Et tout ça en état irréprochable. Pour la voiture, un garage en sous-sol est dispo, plus un parking privé. Je remercie tout particulièrement Khawla pour son accueil et son joli sourire et Houcine qui est d’une serviabilité extraordinaire. Ils feront de votre expérience un séjour inoubliable. Mention spéciale au proprio qui est un monsieur humble et courtois. Je recommande à 1000%.”

„All the staff members at this hotel were wonderful and helpful, however the hotel did not live up to my expectations. It was located near a construction site and I did not feel safe venturing out after dark to look for food. So I skipped dinner and paid an additional fee for breakfast, which made me feel queasy the rest of the day. The TV did not work and the light switches were confusing. After breakfast, my room key stopped working and I couldn't get into my room. Luckily there was a maid in the hallway and she left me in. My room had a kitchenette with a sink and cabinets but wasn't even stocked with a plate, utensils or even a glass. I bought some crisps and a soft drink in the convenience store on site, it would have been nice to have a plate and glass. The hotel where I stayed for the previous two nights was much better appointed, in a better location and much cheaper. Getting a taxi to and from there was challenging and frustrating.”

„Pierwotnie zarezerwowałem ten apartament, ponieważ był to nowoczesny apartament z windą, więc nie musiałem ręcznie dźwigać bagażu jak tradycyjny riad, ale przeżyłem tutaj horror windy. Po wejściu do windy nie reagowały żadne przyciski po wejściu na górę łącznie z przyciskiem alarmu. Co więcej, wnętrze windy jest małe i duszne i może pomieścić tylko jedną osobę i jedną sztukę bagażu. Nie pozostało mi nic innego jak walić w drzwi i wołać o pomoc. Na szczęście ktoś usłyszał dźwięk i wyszedł. Natychmiast udałem się do recepcji, ale powiedziano mi spokojnie: W windzie trzeba złączyć trzy palce i kostki. **! Po przebyciu tylu miejsc, kiedy po raz pierwszy zetknąłem się z przyciskami windy, potrzebowałem specjalnego szkolenia! Tym, którzy są nieśmiali, radzę nie wybierać tej restauracji.”

„Zatrzymałem się tu na dwie noce. Pokoje są przestronne, basen był dobry, a ponadto atmosfera jest naprawdę dobra. Przyjazny personel jest główną atrakcją.”
