Our family had a really pleasant stay here! 🥰 The kids absolutely loved the apartment, especially the slide and play area. In fact, they enjoyed it so much that even the living room became their sleeping area for the night! 😂 The location is great if you’re planning a trip to Legoland, as it’s just a short drive away. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a washing machine, cooking pan, utensils, plates, bowls, and cups, making it very convenient for families with young children. One small point for parents to note: the slide corner has some sharp edges, so extra supervision may be needed for younger kids. As for the surroundings, there aren’t many attractions or eateries within walking distance, so you’ll likely need to drive to places like KSL City Mall or Paradigm Mall for shopping and dining options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, family-friendly setup, and proximity to Legoland made it a wonderful choice for our family, and the kids are already asking when we can come back! ❤️

This is our first time staying here. The location is highly convenient, with shopping, food, massage, and a salon all nearby. The host's customer service responded very quickly. Everything in this condo is new, and our family is happy to stay here. The only issue is the lack of kitchen utensils—no cups, no plates, no bowls. If you order food to the condo and want to eat there, it's not very convenient. Fortunately, the place is accessible to many locations and is kept clean, so we would still like to book here again.

The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway. One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very comfortable, clean, and accessible to everything, which is why we chose it. The team was also very responsive whenever we had questions, even in the middle of the night. They were very accommodating and kind to their guests. All in all, it’s truly an excellent place to stay — not just for couples, but also for families with kids because they have lots of amenities that everyone can enjoy.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

The unit was nice, clean, and spacious. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and the host responded promptly to all my queries, making the stay smooth and hassle-free. The only downside was the indoor slide, which was much steeper than expected. My child suffered fairly bad abrasions on the first attempt, so we decided not to let the children use it for the rest of our stay. Parents with young children may want to supervise closely or exercise caution. Overall, the room was comfortable, although the loft/top level felt a little cramped. Aside from that, we had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the cleanliness and excellent communication from the host.

Our recent stay at Space Residency was an absolutely wonderful experience, and one of the biggest reasons was the incredible convenience and cleanliness of the accommodation. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the apartment was. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were tidy, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. As a family travelling with children, cleanliness is always one of our top priorities, and Space Residency exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home where we could relax comfortably after a long day of exploring Johor Bahru. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the excellent location. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. Food options were plentiful and easily accessible, making every meal something to look forward to. We especially enjoyed visiting nearby dim sum restaurants, where we had delicious breakfasts to start our day. For Japanese food lovers like us, Warakuya quickly became one of our favourite dining spots. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency. Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. We would gladly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent access to great food and services. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

Booked this hotel for a two-day, one-night stay. The hotel service was very thoughtful, making everything feel effortless. The staff were warm and attentive, always quick to help resolve any issues. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. It was also quiet at night, so I got some excellent rest.

We had a wonderful 3D2N stay at JB R&F Cove 180 Degree Seaview 1BR Unit With Balcony from 20–22 June 2026. The location is excellent—just a short walking distance from the CIQ JB custom, making it very convenient for travellers coming from Singapore. The apartment is also located right beside R&F Mall, so food, shopping, and daily necessities are easily accessible. There's even a 24-hour coffee shop right below the apartment, which came in handy for late-night snacks and early-morning coffee. The unit itself was perfect for a couple's getaway. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful sea view from the balcony. Waking up to the calming scenery and sea breeze was truly relaxing. Although the washing machine does not have a dryer function, the strong sea-facing wind allowed our clothes to dry completely overnight, which was a pleasant surprise. That said, having a 2-in-1 washer-dryer would make the stay even more convenient and save guests’ time. For those who prefer their laundry dried quickly, there is also a laundromat conveniently located right below the apartment near the 24-hour coffee shop, making it an easy alternative. The kitchen was well-equipped with a proper refrigerator featuring both chiller and freezer compartments, as well as a microwave oven, which was a big plus point for us. The living area also came with a Smart TV that supports Netflix and YouTube, making it perfect for a relaxing movie night after a day out. One possible improvement would be the addition of a water filter dispenser, as it would provide even greater convenience for guests during their stay. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free. A friendly staff member personally escorted us from the check-in counter to the apartment, making the entire process smooth and welcoming. We didn't have enough time to try out the condo facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, and sauna, so we're unable to comment on those. However, getting around was very convenient. We booked Grab rides to Angsana Mall for a spa massage and to X-Park for go-kart and ATV rides, and both journeys were quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable, well-located, and offered a peaceful environment for a relaxing getaway. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Johor Bahru. Highly recommended!
