5-Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely impeccable stay! This place is super brand new, spotless, and unbelievably classy from the moment you walk in. Huge space with a big balcony overlooking the awesome sea view! It made us all smile waking up to it! The home is simple yet beautiful and immaculately clean down to every detail. The toilet? Super classy and hotel-level luxe. In fact, one of our kids said, It’s like a classy hotel in a homestay!” and they were 100% right! If you want space, style, and that five-star feel without the hotel price tag, BOOK THIS NOW! My family and I can’t wait to return and will definitely book this again, and check out all their 3- 4 bedrooms units! Definitely a gem! Don’t miss it!

Helpful and kind front desk receptionists. Requested for the highest floor away from lift and traffic noises so they really gave me a nice unit facing city view, but the neighbour next door was quite noisy but that’s ok didn’t affect me much. Room was spacious but not clean, found strands on hair on the floor and in the bathroom. The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned properly too. As someone who is a cleanliness freak, it really affected my stay. TV has both local and singaporean channels and can also connect to Netflix, but the wifi was quite weak and slow but the maintenance came to fix that. Room amenities such as floor slippers, towels and dental kits were provided, however I found a small stain on the bath towel but that’s ok as there was a spare. The Airbnb is close to many nearby eateries and within walking distance to KSL, which was what I appreciated. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and peaceful sleep. Will revisit again on my day off! Kudos to the front desk staff for excellent guest services! 😍

The Best!! Place was huge, amazingly clean and everything is in place. Bed was comfy too, bedsheets are clean. Love the master bedroom. The only thing is the shower on the second bathroom, the water is very small and slow. Other that that, i definitely will keep recommending this to my friend. Especially the customer service was excellent, they were helpful and friendly... keep up the good work... thanks for the lovely stay

This Space Residency is a new building that hasn't been built long, so it's clean and quiet. The owner is kind and responds quickly. You can also use amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, karaoke, and dance room on the 12th floor. KSL City Mall and many food courts are nearby, you can easily find shops, beauty, and spas around this building. However, CNY is approaching, so the sound of fireworks is often heard from morning until late at night. If you stay at this accommodation during a major holiday, you should be able to tolerate this kind of noise.

All the staff was helpful there from check in to check out. Especially Samuel who is of great help. Meanwhile as the bldg is still new, there will be some noises here and there from the renovation in other units, which is beyond their control. Earplugs provided is a plus point. Will stay again for my next trip with them.

I didn’t managed to take much photos however the stay was not too great. The location is near the highway and it’s pretty noisy in the middle of the night. We didn’t really had a good sleep. The toilet door handle was faulty. The hair shampoo and body soap made our skin itchy, it felt like hand soap. There wasn’t any local channels to watch, only from streaming platforms. The bed was sunk in and the pillows were too soft. The bedsheets also had some old stains. The customer service was very responsive and helpful so that’s okay. I wouldn’t really recommend staying in this room. Maybe higher floors are better.

We recently stayed for two nights at the Country Garden Seaview Suite by Nest Home. While the unit was clean and neat, there were several issues that affected our comfort: - The water heater was not working, which made showering inconvenient. - The sofa and cushions were wet upon arrival. Although a cleaner came and attempted to dry them with a hairdryer for about 10 minutes, the sofa remained soggy and had an unpleasant smell. - The room’s location facing a busy traffic junction made it difficult to rest. Noise from ambulances, car horns, and traffic persisted throughout the night, resulting in poor sleep quality. On a positive note, the room itself was tidy and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the combination of maintenance issues and noise disturbance significantly impacted the overall experience. We hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future guest stays.

Overall is clean, and they provide v clear instruction on checking in the apartment so is quite seamless. They have a room with 2 queen size bed and a portable kind of bathtub, and the other room is a double bed. Also provide 2 mattresses. The bed abit soft already but still ok for 1 night stay. They provide shower n shampoo dispenser style, alot of toothbrushes, coffee, tea, towels.

Convenient location to go eateries and short distance walk to KSL. Plenty of parking space and quiet environment. Located at level 56 and a good view of the neighbourhood. The unit comes with a water purifier/dispenser, so there is no need to buy drinking water when staying there. It also provides a washing machine at the service yard but you will need to bring your own washing powder/detergent. Bring a pair of slippers/hotel slippers along if plan to go service yard for the washing. Feels grainy for the floor in some areas, would be good to have a mop in the unit. Do note that there is no Netflix but you can watch local free channels. Before we check in, we were informed in the morning that there is a fibre maintenance by the building management and the free wifi for the unit ended with no internet connection during the stay. Hopefully the internet service has resumed after the public holiday. 4G & 5G signal for my Hotlink mobile service was intermittently slow when staying in the unit and disconnected at times. Generally, it is a nice unit for family and friends to stay.
