„This location is very convinient and this is the area that i would stay next time. But i dont think i can go to this Prestige Kiara River View again. Unless the host can improve these: 1) no wifi 2) no day curtain only blackout curtain 3) toilet are not scrubbed and has dirty unwashed stains all over the toilet. It has grimes all over the toilet. Pls improve.”

„Location wise is good. Only one of the units got slow internet. Not enough utensils but the owner was cooperative. The rest should be ok. Troika management should keep up on their maintenances. Lift was out of order and only 2 functioning. Took so much time since we were given different level during family’s vacation. Waiting for lift took so much of our time.”

„Indeed, it is a convenient place to stay and explore Kora Bharu. Designated parking space available makingbit easier for us to drive around town. Excellent place to stay for couples, friends and even families. Will stay again in the future.”

„Overall, everything was good, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. There was no wiping cloth provided for the sink area, which was inconvenient. Also, the current coffee/toast burner or whatsoever they called, the setup is not practical especially if you want to reheat food. Replacing it with a small microwave would be far more useful. That aside, the service was excellent. Response times were impressively fast, likely due to the use of an AI platform for handling customer enquiries.”

„The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés.”

„Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.”

„Overall of the apartment was great but just the allocation of this room apartment is confusing and have to walk a journey from gourd house only will reach the room . The flow of the building construction of the 2 wings building was not so convenience . We have to go to P floor to move to another Wing and to take another Lift from another corner to another end only will reached the room . It will be not so convenience if have guests which with small kids or elderly ppl. The rest was great.”
