Excelent and professional service very close to airport very close to the city of raunhaim almost everything by foot

Położenie jest bardzo blisko lotniska, więc było bardzo wygodne, gdy nadszedł czas na lot. Właśnie za nim Metro, więc mogłem się przemieszczać i zbadać części miasta, zwłaszcza Nowe Stare Miasto Frankfurtu. Za hotelem jest ogród, gdzie robiłem rano spacery. Pokój był bardzo czysty i przestronny. Nie mam żadnych skarg. Staff were AMAZING! Odpowiedzieli na wszystkie moje pytania o tym obszarze i pomogli w porady na temat jak nawigować Metro. Ogólnie ta podróż była jednym z najbardziej gładkich i relaksujących doświadczeń jakie kiedykolwiek miałem.

Ten hotel był idealnym zwieńczeniem mojej podróży po Niemczech. Lokalizacja jest cicha, mimo że znajduje się blisko torów kolejowych, i przyjemnie było nagrywać filmy. Ze wszystkich trzech hoteli, w których się zameldowałem, ten był najczystszy i miał najładniejsze wnętrze. Personel był bardzo pomocny i przyjazny, nawet późno w nocy. Mają własny bar i restaurację, idealne miejsce na relaks po długiej podróży. Zaledwie 10-15 minut spacerem, niedaleko centrum handlowego Skyline Plaza, idealnego na zakupy na ostatnią chwilę… Zdecydowanie tu wrócę.

A new hotel in perfect location which is just 3 minutes walk to the e tram station where you can take Number 11, 14 and 21 to the Main station. There is a shopping mall ‘Skyline Plaza’ next to the hotel. The room is perfect with excellent view and is spacious.

The room is not big but ok. There is no kettle but one bottle of mineral water provided, it is fine. Free shuttle bus is great. Online check-in and check-out is quick and convience. Overall speaking it is good. Next time I will still choose it to stay for one night in order to catch the flight in the morining.

Absolutely recommend this hotel 10/10. We were 3 girls, stayed for 4 nights in 2 king-sized double rooms and first of all, the rooms were amazingly spacious and pretty. Everything was clean and really enjoyed the hot showers after long day of sightseeing. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating, especially Namra and Kunal and although there were many other staff who also helped us throughout our stay, we couldn't catch all their names (sorry) but we will never forget their kindness. From borrowing us umbrellas for the day to filling our cup noodles with hot water late at night; they have been nothing but helpful and it was one of the best hotel services we had experienced in a long while. One thing we didn't realise was that there is no kettle in the room but if you ask the staff, they're always happy to provide hot water. Next, the pricing! It was the reason that we chose this hotel as it was the least expensive option around but the quality, the service and the comfort was definitely the winner. I doubt that you could find a better place than Campanile for the price. Not to mention, when we checked out at 11, we were still able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we visited the town one last time which was incredibly useful. If we are ever back in Offenbach, we will be staying here, no doubt!

Lifts are poor and waiting times long at peak times such as Breakfast. Food choices are very limited in the bar and restaurant  Service extremely poor in the bar area but one lady apologised and did her best but 30 minutes waiting time for drinks is not good enough.  Rooms comfortable and clean

I had a pleasant stay at the Dorint Hotel Frankfurt. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Parking on-site was convenient and easy to access. The location felt calm and well-suited for a short stay. I’d also recommend the Korean restaurant just across the road, a great spot for BBQ.

This hotel location is incredible, 300 meters to Main station, 300 meters to Messe. The hotel is also very clean with friendly staff. Rooms were big and clean and bathrooms are good size and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel for business travellers - specially going for any events in Messe. 

The Old Man with rough face receptionist at night was unfriendly and rude. We encountered him during our third night. We went back late at night and the way he looked at us was degrading as if we are unwanted suspicious outsiders as we enter the revolving door of the hotel. Bottled water was not replenished so went down the lobby because there was no phone in the room and had to make an international call to contact the receptionist. The Old guy was telling me that they only give water on the first night in a rude behavior. FYI in 4 nights of stay everyday water bottle gets replenished on on the 3rd day so i think the old rude receptionist is lying and just being ******! I hope the management do something about that staff.
