Staying at this Best Western in Kutaisi was such a breeze, exceeding my expectations! For my trip to Kutaisi, I chose this Best Western right in the city center, and overall, I was really happy with my stay – I just had to share! The location was the biggest and most pleasant surprise! It's right in the heart of the Old Town. Just a short walk brings you to the White Bridge, and an evening stroll along the river is incredibly relaxing. If you need to grab some water or snacks, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so no need to go out of your way. Getting to the cable car or the Galaktioni statue was super convenient, whether on foot or by a quick taxi ride – we didn't waste any time commuting at all. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly welcoming. When we first arrived, we had a lot of questions about sightseeing routes, and he patiently explained everything, even recommending some delicious local restaurants. It felt very thoughtful. The room itself was clean, the linens had no strange smells, the WiFi connection was stable, and there was no noise from the air conditioning at night, so getting a good night's sleep was no problem. The most unexpected bonus was the small rooftop bar. Going up there in the evening to enjoy the breeze and chat created a fantastic atmosphere. Of course, there were a couple of minor downsides: the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, so after two days, it got a bit repetitive. Also, the standard room we booked wasn't huge; after opening our 28-inch suitcase, we had to be a bit careful when walking around. However, for those driving, rest assured the hotel offers free parking. You might have to wait a bit between 8 PM and 10 PM, but it's generally not an issue. If you're visiting Kutaisi for sightseeing, I highly recommend this place. The location and service are top-notch, and it offers great value for money. I'd very likely choose to stay here again next time!

Hotel ma doskonałą lokalizację, z restauracjami, supermarketami i centrum miasta zaledwie kilka kroków od hotelu. Chociaż udogodnienia są nieco przestarzałe, oferują wszystko, czego potrzeba, w tym klimatyzację, ciepłą wodę i śniadanie. To hotel godny polecenia.

Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację. Za oknem widać Fontannę Złotego Runa. Higiena jest przeciętna, wyposażenie pokoju jest przeciętne i stare, podejście obsługi jest dobre, ale szkoda, że ​​nie ma wtyczki konwersyjnej. Przyjaciele w Chinach powinni pamiętać, żeby zabrać ze sobą własną.

Провели прекрасные два дня в этом отеле. Жили в центральном корпусе, номера чистые, удобные кровати, есть диван, столик, холодильник, чайник, стаканы, чай/кофе. Чистая бутылизированная вода для каждого гостя. Вся сантехника исправно работает. Завтраки проходят в ресторане на 1 этаже, каждый сможет найти для себя что-то вкусное. Очень красивая территория отеля, есть зоны отдыха с гамаками и качелями, выход к реке. Игровая зона для малышей. Несколько бассейнов, сауна и хамам. В бассейн так же приходят гости ”из вне”, поэтому народу много до самого вечера. Хотя, возможно у нас так было, из-за выходных дней. Ужинали на территории отеля, в ресторане в виде квеври, готовят быстро, вкусно. В общем, остались довольны местом на 100%.

It is said that the house is a remodeling of the former residence of historical figures, so there is no elevator, and it takes a hard time to carry luggage. The hotel's own restaurant, Doli, is delicious and can go.

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

Good hotel without inconvenience to use good accommodation, recommended ~~~

Хороший отель. По расположению немного далековато от центра, но в целом это не критично. Номер просторный, чистый, в номере есть всё необходимое. Нас заселили в номер в балкончиком и с хорошим видом, что нас очень порадовало. Каждый день проводилась уборка, меняли полотенца и туалетную бумагу, добавляли воду, чай и кофе. Завтраки вкусные и достаточно разнообразные. На крыше есть терраса с баром, кальяном, музыкой и красивым видом. Но мы ею так и не воспользовались. Решили заглянуть туда уже перед отъездом из отеля чисто посмотреть что там и были приятно удивлены. У нас был вечерний вылет, поэтому после чекаута мы решили оставить багаж в отеле и забрать его вечером. Отдельной комнаты для багажа в отеле нет, мы оставили багаж на ресепшене, но всё прошло хорошо, когда мы вернулись, багаж лежал на своём месте, ничего не пропало. Единственным минусом номера могу назвать неудачное решение душа, а именно зазор между порогом и стеклянной перегородкой, через который во время купания проникала вода и затапливала ванную комнату. В остальном всё в порядке.

Тоже все как обычно - соотношение цены и качества топ. Кухня - отлично. Основной плюс = это речка. Теплая и чистая. Можно заселится с собакой, что тоже очень хорошо.
