„Nikko Station hotel Classic located at a strategic location:-👍 (a) opposite its hotel ( cross the zebra crossing) is the entrance of JR Nikko Station 🚉 ( JR Nikko line 💚) -5-8mins walk (2) clean n neat modern Japanese bed with rather big bathroom (3) morning breakfast is at level one with 24hrs coffee n tea vending machine besides for hotel guests . Hotel guests can enjoy their slow slipping of coffee ☕️ n private chats at private area besides. (4) hotel breakfast is simple but its sufficient for both of us. We simply love to enjoy a big warm bowl of curry rice with hard boiled eggs 🥚 🥚 n some bread 🍞 n toasts. (5) Simply falls in love with its Sukura restaurant its Tempura Don. very delicious 😋👍 although its small . (6) Hotel is conveniently located along a long stretch of shopping streets with another Railway station ( Tohoku station 🚉) nearby. (7) Hotel is very near to Local bus-stop , local buses ,tourist heritage buses n stations.”

„新しい事もありますが、本当に素晴らしいホテルで、スタッフの皆様の対応も気持ちよく利用出来ました ただ、浴室のキャパが狭過ぎて、特に女性側はいつも混雑していて入りたい時に入れなかったのだけが難点でした 時期的なものも有るとは思いますし改善も難しい所ですが、別棟の大浴場とかあったら最高です リアルタイムで混雑状況を確認出来るシステムは素晴らしいと思います 勝手な要望ばかりですみません ほんとは満点つけさせていただきたい素晴らしいホテルです。ありがとうございました”

„The hotel is great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities like karaoke, a game center, and more. I visited with my family, a total of 14 people, and they were able to arrange a private room for us for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were buffet-style and absolutely delicious. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the view from the onsen was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the Kinugawa River. However, there was one issue: when we checked in, the reception took our passports for photocopying. Unfortunately, they missed returning one of the passports to us. It wasn’t until after we checked out and reached our next stop that we realized one passport was missing. We had to go back to the hotel to take it. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel.”

„This appears to be a new hotel only 11 minutes walk from the train station. It was probably the tallest building in town. The room was very clean as well as the facilities. We arrived at 2:00 and were hoping they would let us check in early but we could only check in, but had to wait until 3:00 to go to the room. They made others wait as well. They did have free alcohol from 6:00-9:00pm in the lobby. The breakfast was okay but not much variety. The room was nice, but probably the smallest I have stayed in while in Japan. It was a quick train ride to Ashikaga Flower Park which was nice since that was the reason we came here. The bed wasn’t soft but it wasn’t terribly hard either. Over all, a decent place to stay except for the size of the room.”

„first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan”

„Amazing experience out in the woods. Perfect for families and couples as you can go into onsen together. Women typically wear a towel in the mixed onsen, while men use a small towel for modesty while walking between baths. Lunch is available in the main hall. Stunning breakfast and dinner in dining room. Waterfall right next to the outdoor baths, great view.”

„親子で宿泊しました。まだホテルが出来てから7年と新しいホテルであることもありますが、ロビー、お部屋、お風呂、レストランもよく清掃されていて綺麗でした。 アメニティも充実していて、クレンジング、洗顔、フェイスローション、フェイスミルクのボトルもお部屋にありました。DHCのホテル用アメニティで使い心地も良かったです。 飲み物も、緑茶、ほうじ茶、紅茶、アップルティー、コーヒーと種類も豊富で、おしゃれなデロンギの電気ケトルも良かったです。 夕食、朝食はどちらも和食をいただきましたが、とても美味しかったですし、レストランの方達の対応も良くて満足でした。 夕食は、１つ１つのお料理は少量ずつですが、種類が多いので、女性はデザートが来るまでにお腹がいっぱいになって来ます。沢山食べる男性には少し足りないかもしれないので、おかわり出来る炊き込みご飯を食べたり、お夜食処の麺を食べたらいいのかなと思います。 お野菜もお魚もあり、体にも良さそうなご飯ですが、好き嫌いが多いお子様にはバイキングのあるホテルがいい部分があると思います。 売店のお土産は、那須のお菓子や、フルーツパーク森の風のジャム、お酒、キーホルダー、子供のおもちゃなどがありますが、最低限の品揃えという感じ。 お土産を見ることが好きな私には少し物足りなかったですが、観光中には色々なお店があるので、ホテルでは温泉やお部屋でゆっくり過ごせるようにとホテル側の意図があるのだと思いました。 温泉は、部屋から持って行くバスタオルやフェイスタオル、濡れたタオルを入れられるビニール袋や靴下も濡れても大丈夫な籠が部屋に用意されていて便利でした。 内風呂、露天風呂、様々な温泉に浸かることが出来て、気持ち良かったし、楽しかったです。 天気が悪くて、夜は星空が見えなかったことが残念でしたが、そこは運次第。 お風呂上がりには無料のアイスキャンディーやフルーツビネガードリンクが用意されていました。 評価が良くて行ったら、思っていたほどではなくてガッカリした経験がありますが、こちらのホテルは落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルで、大人には本当に最高のホテルでした。 また行きたいと思います。”

„Arriving at the train station, I found out the shuttle bus for the hotel wouldn't arrive for another 45 minutes, so we opted to walk there. It takes about half an hour but going uphill in the blazing sun was a bit torturous. The driveway is also very steep, so beware if you have a lot of baggage. Hotel has a wealth of history. It hosted a lot of famous guests in the early 20th century. Modern hotels are sterile in comparison. It's an old building, so is draughty and full of ancient furniture. This may be a turnoff for some but I found it completely charming.”
