Super moment à deux, restaurant avec une vue sur la montagne et le centre de Ducos illuminés. Une fois le repas achevé au 8eme et dernier étage, nous nous dirigeons vers notre chambre quelque étages plus bas.Personnel du restaurant et de l’hôtel à l’écoute aux petits soins et professionnel.

Located in a very beautiful place and all staffs are super kind and helpful. The food choice was a bit limited but acceptable considering the location (island). Strongly recommend to stay there for a family vacation.

緑な囲まれたロッジ、綺麗なビーチは目の前。ホテルの方々はとても親切にサポートしてくださいました。島内にお酒は売ってませんが、レストランでは注文可能。イルデバン産のロブスターはオススメです。

Gorgeous rooms with amazing views! Very friendly staff that are happy to help. Limited options for room service and sometimes hard to get a lounge chair by the pool. It was great having the beach in front though. Nice places for dinner in walking range.

Dans l’ensemble, je pense que le rapport qualité-prix est bon. C’était même mieux que ce que j’imaginais après avoir lu les avis. En revanche, j’ai été un peu gênée par une odeur sur les serviettes de bain. Et j’ai aussi ressenti une grande différence dans l’hospitalité du personnel de la réception : certains sont formidables, d’autres moins. Quoi qu’il en soit, merci à toute l’équipe.

房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，有保險櫃，熱水壺，還有熨衣板。交通方便，在市中心，到海邊碼頭，公交總站幾分鐘步行可抵達。前台服務很好，幫助客人聯繫去機場的大巴。值得推薦。

Le Cadre du Sheraton est exceptionnel. Le personnel est chaleureux. Le buffet du pdj est bon. De nouvelles installations comme la salle de jeux est idéal pour les enfants. Plus de promo. ferait venir plus de clients.

The hotel is a bit outdated and could do with an upgrade. The rooms are pretty basic, however the rooms are clean. Good location, and nice views across from the sea (if you opt for the sea view rooms). Also good amenities, wifi, a restaurant in site & pool.
