City Hub Rotterdam jest oddziałem różniącym się jednak od pozostałych. To bardziej przypomina budynek z kilkoma piętrami, ale nie ma w tym nic złego, o ile mają windy. A widok na ulicę z łazienki z prysznicem jest całkiem ładny. Zespół zarządzający mógłby lepiej informować gości o tym, co powinni, a czego nie powinni robić podczas pobytu, tak aby wszyscy wiedzieli i mogli to śledzić. Inną rzeczą jest to, że na trzecim piętrze znajduje się 5 żeńskich łazienek z prysznicami, ale trzy z nich były przez cały czas zamknięte, a tylko dwie były dostępne. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nadal bardzo lubimy City Hub i mamy nadzieję, że następnym razem będziemy mogli cieszyć się naszym pobytem.

A beautiful new modern designed hotel with if you are lucky a great view and truly delicious breakfast!! Location is perfect next to tram, metro and not far from the highway.

The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.

hotel location is good. next to old harbour with scenic view from hotel room' window. hotel is clean but front desk counter seems to asking to fill too much details in the registration form. Not far from Markthal and the yellow cube house. Very windy in Rotterdam, Overall is rated good.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Jest bardzo blisko stacji metra i dworca kolejowego. Można do niego dotrzeć pieszo. Jest to idealne miejsce na podróż służbową lub turystykę. Jest to także bardzo dogodna lokalizacja do jedzenia i robienia zakupów Wszędzie łatwo jest dojechać. Przy następnej wizycie rozważę ten hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic—it was so easy to get around and explore the city. The best part, though, was the peaceful atmosphere. I slept incredibly well, which is always the most important thing for me when I travel. The staff was also top-notch, always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The staff are very polite, respectful, and professional. It was a calming and relaxing experience with staff after a day to forget at the airport.

以往住都是紙杯，這次升級不是紙杯了～早餐基本都是冷盤，好玩的是pancake自動化，房間景色優美，放眼都是綠色的。前台服務生多了，以前衹有1個人～停車不要錢～開車過去Ams機場40分鐘，鹿特丹市區30分鐘，gouda廣場15分鐘。

Sam hotel jest doskonały — wszystko było idealne, a lokalizacja jest świetna, z supermarketem w pobliżu. Zazwyczaj wystawiam pełną ocenę za pobyt, ale tym razem nie mogłem, ponieważ napotkałem poważny problem z obsługą recepcji. Przyjechaliśmy o 13:30 i zostaliśmy poinformowani, że zameldowanie jest o 15:00, co w pełni rozumieliśmy. Ponieważ padał deszcz, cierpliwie czekaliśmy w holu. Jednak w tym czasie zauważyłem, że kilku gości, którzy przybyli po nas, mogło się zameldować od razu. Kiedy ponownie podszedłem do recepcji, powiedziano mi, że nasz pokój nadal nie jest gotowy. Dopiero po tym, jak zapytałem, dlaczego inni goście mogli zameldować się wcześniej, personel niechętnie nam pomógł, okazując wyraźne zniecierpliwienie. Tego rodzaju podwójne standardy są niezwykle rozczarowujące. Czy to dlatego, że jesteśmy Azjatami? Takie traktowanie nie powinno mieć miejsca w tak znanym hotelu i sprawiło, że nasz pobyt był bardzo nieprzyjemny. Mam nadzieję, że hotel potraktuje tę sprawę poważnie i poprawi jakość swoich usług.

A very nice hotel, great location and access, room felt cozy, jacuzzi was kind of a highlight, it could've been cleaner though. Fridge was a little dirty and one of the mugs had coffee residue, which was kind of gross honestly. Water cooker still had some water inside.
