We had an extraordinary stay at the Radisson Medina. It truly felt like a five-star luxury experience from start to finish. The hotel was beautifully designed, and the breakfast spread was absolutely outstanding—so much variety, with both local and international options. Every staff member was attentive and so helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Radisson for anyone looking for a premium stay in Medina!

If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, Shaden Resort is a top choice. Nestled in an ideal location, it’s not only incredibly clean but also conveniently close to all the major attractions. The combination of these factors makes it an excellent choice for both relaxation and exploration. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous attention to cleanliness and detail. The rooms were immaculate, and the resort’s overall ambiance was both welcoming and sophisticated. The proximity to local attractions was a game-changer, allowing me to effortlessly explore the area without the hassle of long commutes. In summary, Shaden Resort offers the trifecta of location, cleanliness, and convenience, making it a perfect base for any traveler. Highly recommended!

Am so glad I choose Cloud 7 Residence. I am a solo traveler to AlUla and I don't drive. Prior to my trip, i notice that quite a number of hotels/B&Bs do not offer meals and there are no restaurants nearby. Cloud & Residence has its own restaurant and therefore, it saves the trouble of looking for food. All staff there are very friendly and super helpful. Wifi works well. Hope I can visit again.

Good location, close to all the points of interest in the city of Yanbu. However, it is a little bit far away from industrial area. A very typical Ibis hotel, very convenient.

Opłaty w hotelu są nieuzasadnione: przeciętne spożycie posiłku na osobę wynosi 500 RMB, a butelka coli w minibarze kosztuje 70 RMB. Dojazd z hotelu do Maraya zajmuje 5 minut i kosztuje 230 RMB. Goście zatrzymujący się w sąsiednim Banyan Tree mogą skorzystać z bezpłatnego wstępu. Nie zatrzymałem się w Banyan Tree, ale poszedłem tam tylko na posiłek. Mogliby mnie odesłać do Habitats za darmo. Najbardziej niewiarygodne jest to, że gdy hotel przenosił moją walizkę na półkę, gdy mnie nie było w pokoju, mogli od razu podnieść walizkę z podłogi, a zamek błyskawiczny się zepsuł. Jednak gdy z nimi negocjowałem, powiedzieli, że zamek błyskawiczny mógł się zepsuć sam z siebie i nie uległby uszkodzeniu podczas przeprowadzki. To nie jest wielka sprawa, po prostu mam wrażenie, że ich podejście polega na przerzucaniu winy na kogoś innego, a nie na szczerych przeprosinach. Jeśli mieszkasz w sąsiednim Banyan Tree, proponuję, żebyś przyszedł do tej restauracji, zjadł posiłek i po prostu popatrzył na basen. Zjadłem dwa posiłki w Banyan Tree, było naprawdę pysznie

The hotel provided a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were complete and thoughtfully prepared. Staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of food options. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would happily recommend it to family and friends.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey). A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks. Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.

For a business trip stay, it is nice and cozy. The food and services were great.
