Few bugs passed on the foyer, other than that it was clean. The rooms were freezing, however reception managed to work the heating and gave a blanket, The food was sent the best, but was food and I was hungry. Service was really good though, no issues. The roof top bar was closed, would have been great if it was open to watch the storm. The pool looked great but didn’t use it,

Great hotel and location. Has everything you need within walking distance. Restaurants bars and casino just downstairs. Pool was lovely. More restaurants and Pac Fair mall just across the street. 5 min walk to the beach. We even walked to Draculas Cabaret for some evening entertainment one night. Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was clean. Would stay here again. The only down side was having to pay extra for parking. It’s $20 a day.

The service staff is very good. There is a shuttle to the bus station. Traveling into the city is convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop. Breakfast is provided. But every evening each day there will be a different meal served. The rooms are clean, fragrant, and the mattresses are very soft.

Very nice room with good layout and spacious enough. Near pool and restaurant, I'm glad it was a quiet Monday night and not a weekend otherwise noise could have been an issue. Good service and tasty food. The place had a nice atmosphere, great to meet friends or family and enjoy the ambience.

Accommodation was great, good mattress, amenities and space as well as bathroom was great and clean ! Make me feel very comfortable staying there, the only thing is I believe was too expensive for just one night staying but overall staff was very friendly:)

Overall was a good stay however, we were given a room that had a shower which kept flooding the bathroom. We alerted reception of this issue twice on separate days and all they could offer us was extra towels because our stay was too short. On the first day maintenance was sent to our room but they completely missed the issue causing the bathroom to flood, missing the massive pile of towels on the floor and instead replaced a seal that didn’t need to be fixed? That night when we got back and used the shower, the flooding was worse and spread beyond the bathroom almost reaching the bed and once again we were just offered extra towels. Not sure how long this has been an issue but you can tell it has been on going as the floorboards around the bathroom are all creaky. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay. The location is good, 10 minutes drive to Airlie beach with 50c bus stop close by, 45 minute walk along a nice boardwalk. Restaurant is good, nice pool and air conditioned gym. Also important to note that there is no house keeping for shorter stays.

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, świetnie się bawiliśmy! Gdy próbowałem się zameldować, powiedziano mi, że nie wiedzą, bo nie są pracownikami na pełen etat, co trochę mnie zaniepokoiło, ale udało mi się wejść bez żadnych problemów, gdy tylko pokazałem im ekran! Wieczorem imprezuje mnóstwo ludzi i hałas jest bardzo słyszalny! Ale lokalizacja i części wspólne były świetne!

We enjoyed the stay, the apartment was clean and had good facilities including washing machines, dryers and dish washer. It is in walking distance to waterfront, supermarket and good restaurants.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and clearly recently renovated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage safely in a locked baggage room. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with clean and very attractive pool areas surrounded by lush plants. In the early evening, you can even see fruit bats flying over the property, which adds a special touch to the atmosphere. The hotel is a bit further away from the city centre, but only 15min from the airport.
