Jest to dość nowe i modne miejsce w pięknym przekształconym starym baraku. Miał do niego ”głośne” uczucie, i jest wygodnie w odległości spaceru zarówno od stacji, jak i centrum miasta. Pokój był w większości dobry - wszystko było bezpłatnie czyste, łóżko było wygodne, a kawa i koc miły miał. Jednakże, był duży zestaw schodów, aby dostać się do nich, więc sprawdź z personelem podczas rezerwacji, jeśli masz jakiekolwiek problemy dostępności, i to zrobiła północ loo podróż dość przygody! Co do kwestii z pomieszczenia, po pierwsze prysznic nie był wielki. Miał dwa oddzielne gorące i zimne krawaty zamiast mieszarki, więc było trochę trudno uzyskać odpowiednią temperaturę. Wąż prysznic był również dość nowy i sztywny, więc głowa prysznica ciągle kręciła się do ściany. Pozycjonowanie Aircon jest również trochę dziwne - jednostka jest na górze częścią nad łóżkiem, ale termostat jest w znacznie schłodzonym na dole drzwiami, więc obudziłem się w środku nocy z gorącym powietrzem wybuchniętym na mnie!

We specially enjoyed the bath tube in the room we stayed. The location was also great, as you can connect directly to the shopping district. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Mooi hotel, in het centrum op de rand maar toch gemakkelijk te bereiken, parking vrijdagmarkt op boogscheut. Heel ruime kamer, groot bed, mini bar, koffie faciliteit, badkamer met bad en douche, mooi uitzicht op het water. Vriendelijk personeel bij het onthaal, bij het ontbijt iets minder. Toffe ontbijtruimte op het 3e verdiep met zicht over Gent en het water. Ontbijtbuffet goed maar niet luxueus. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader!

Pokój jest bardzo skuteczny, środowisko jest spokojne i wygodne, może odpocząć spokojnie. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, transport jest bardzo wygodny, bardzo oszczędna podróż. W pobliżu jest wiele sklepów z jedzeniem, wybór jedzenia jest bogaty, jedzenie jest szczególnie wygodne. Hotel wyposażony jest w kompletne wyposażenie i jest w stanie zaspokoić wszystkie potrzeby. The location is about midway between Ghent and Bruges. The parking is free. Not much in the way of things to do locally. The hotel price is right if you have a car and can commute into Bruges where just about everything is a little on the high side.  The front desk is very helpful. The room was spotless.

Location and the property are very nice nearby all the highlighted spots. House keeper is very helpful. (Room entry card was not working, I got a big help from her.) I deducted 1 point from the service of reception once she ignored my request of small spoon. Overall is great.

TTak ChiGenerally the cleanliness of lobby floor public areas and room were above average 👍🏻👍🏻 Need to be careful when driving into that expo , ikea and the hotel zone as they located along with each others and shared the same directory board which the indicator bit small you might miss the hotel car park entrance The front staff he is super friendly and helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I would say the amenities is worth for the price 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It's located right in the heart of Ghent's scenic riverfront, a World Heritage site, one of Europe's top ten design hotels, and on the list of the world's top 100 hotels! Staying here, it truly lives up to its reputation. It's incredibly well-designed, opulent, a genuine antique with a strong sense of culture and history. The classic Baroque style is evident, and the furniture and decor are all traditional European. It exudes the luxurious feel of an ancient European palace! The breakfast was also excellent, especially the breakfast restaurant, which has fantastic views!

GGuest UserLocation is geared more toward those who intend to take quite a bit of daily intercity train trips like us. It's very, very near the ghent st Peters station. Hence, there is not much night activity or eateries around the area. But it's an easy bus ride toward the town centre thus its not too much of a hassle to travel within the city. Service at the main desk was professional and friendly. I stayed 4 nights there, and on the last day of my stay, the cleaning lady did not bother to clean the room or take out the trash. I complained about this to the front office lady, and she was apologetic and waived my city tax payment. Overall, I would still stay there if I need to go on daily intercity train trips as the price is actually quite reasonable. I only ranked the service as 4 stars due to the lapse of cleaning service on the last day.

FFionaLin的貓咪The hotel is one stop away from Ghent's central station. Some trains pass through Ghent and then reach this station in one stop. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the station. You can take a bus, ride a bicycle or walk to the old town of Ghent (each has a different experience). There is a bus terminal and a Carrefour near the hotel (but the quality of fresh food in this Carrefour is not very good, I recommend Albert Heijn in the city center) The hotel has a parking lot, and the lobby is shared with Ibis style (the price is similar, the rooms here are larger and have a small kitchen). The small kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, kitchen utensils and tableware) You can take a train from Ghent to Bruges, Antwerp and Brussels (the one-way train journey is less than 1 hour). At night, you can also enjoy the beautiful night view of the ancient city of Ghent. It is highly recommended.

GGiles LawrenceThe room was fine. We needed extra bedding and 2 nice staff came immediately and made the extra bed for us. However! We arrived with a reservation confirmation of 2 adults 1 child. Their confirmation had 2 people therefore the room they had was too small. They did have another room for 3 they said we could have but it would be 30 euros extra. At the time we simply agreed and paid as there was a big queue behind us and the amount was small. Buttons seemed like a con to extract more money from us, it wasn't our mistake as we had confirmation for 3 people at the designated price. It's a shame as I really liked Ghent and will certainly return but there are other hotels to choose from.
