„Very convenient hotel for those travelling by train. They were really nice and prepared take away breakfasts for us at 6:30 because our train was leaving before the breakfast opens in the morning.
There is a good restaurant called Baifushun teahouse nearby to eat noodles for lunch and barbecue in the evening. Right down the hotel on the right, there is a convenience store.
I really liked the 2 paintings in the room.
I recommend this hotel who is very close to the railway and bus station.”

„Nice location close to Train Station and transport hub. Close to the market selling Winter Wormwood Fungus with a huge statue of a wormwood. Lots of food choices around. 1 Yuan bus fares to anywhere I think. Too bad it was rainy and cloudy during my stay. Construction renovations going on the building housing the Hotel so expect noise to disturb your stay for the time being or the winter months. Breakfast tickets are for the restaurant next-door which serves bao-zi and soups and noodles. You are allowed anything up to 14yuan total for breakfast. Only problem was the time it took for hot water to flow to the room. It must be a long way from the heating source. Rooms are clean and in good condition for the ratings level the Hotel has.”

„It is a nice and clean hotel. The service pretty great, they show their hospitality. However, there is only thing need to improve is the elevator. There is only one elevator in used, and another on is out of order for some reason. We need to waiting there for like 10 min to get on the elevator.
Overall, it is nice and clean hotel. If you want go to CAKA for next day. It is a good option -they are only ten min drive from hotel to CAKA.”

Most importantly, the amount of water and temperature for washing are also very good! Breakfast is also very powerful. There was no breakfast when I booked. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and efficient; check-in was quick, and they even helped carry my luggage to the room. The room's facilities were new and complete, with a fresh and elegant ambiance. The decor was simple yet cozy. Complimentary disposable toiletries, bottled water, and tea were provided. The hotel maintained strict hygiene standards; the bedding was changed after each guest, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in even the trickiest corners. Overall, everything was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining.

The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to the bus stop, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The hotel is very close to Xining Station, within walking distance, which is super convenient for catching high-speed trains. The front desk staff were very dedicated and proactive in helping with any issues. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was spacious. They also have an underground parking garage, which is great for those traveling by car. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel's surroundings have a well-developed commercial area, making shopping and strolling very convenient. It's close to Xining's shopping streets and night markets. Highly recommended!

However, the front desk and staff were very proactive in addressing the issue, and the room they moved us to next door was much better. When we checked out, the staff kindly helped us take our luggage to the car, which was a definite plus. The room had central air conditioning, and the front desk mentioned that the cold air would stop after 11 PM. It turns out that Xining's weather cools down significantly at night, so it really wasn't needed. I even had to put on a long-sleeved shirt when I went out at 10 AM the next day.

The room is very spacious, open and not cramped. It also has air conditioning, which is central but you can control it yourself, very convenient. The most pleasant surprise in the room was the humidifier, which made us first-time visitors to Xining feel very comfortable. The entire room was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were attentive and friendly, and check-in was very efficient. I'm very satisfied with this stay.

GGuest UserOn this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome.
The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats).
I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
