Great location, nice staff and good breakfasts. Some things are a bit run down (door handle falling off, air con leaking, lukewarm water only) many rooms do not have a view or window, but they do not show these on pictures, but the stay was comfortable and the rooms are spacious and have all you need

Die Lage war richtig gut, Personal auch sehr freundlich. Die Reinigung in unserem Zimmer war sehr sporadisch und der Müll in unserem Zimmer türmte sich auf. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

とても清潔でサービスも大変素晴らしく、ビーチが綺麗！想像していた以上の幸せな滞在ができました。敷地内の系列ホテルのサービスが利用できたこともとても良かったです。食事無しのプランにしましたが、ホテルの周りはあまり施設が無く、結局ホテル内のレストランを4回利用しました。でも、ホテル内で完結できてとても良かったです。また利用したいです！

Excelente hotel, habitaciones, piscina, desayuno, etc. El único punto es que si te gusta la playa, debes atravesar una vía medianamente transitada para llegar a la zona de playa reservada para el hotel, ya que no tiene salida directa. Por todo lo demás, recomendado!

Dobry hotel jak na Kolumbie. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Dostaliśmy nawet lepszy pokój z widokiem na morze. Piękna plaża naprzeciw hotelu. Wokół wiele restauracji, barów i sklepów, niestety również dyskotek. To największy koszmar tego miejsca, bo kolumbijczycy choć są bardzo mili, to balują do białego rana. Jeśli szukasz atrakcji miejskich ten hotel jest idealny. Jeśli preferujesz spokój poszukaj innego hotelu. Jedyny minus hotelu, to brak wody pitnej i serwisu kawowego w pokoju.

JJosh HarwellThe Hilton Santa Marta was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is great! It's close to the airport and Zazue Plaza which is full of restaurants and little shops. The rooms were spacious, super clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful. We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. Room service was also very tasty. The pool on the second floor was the perfect temperature and offered an amazing view. I didn't use the rooftop pool but walked up there to see the spectacular views.

GGuest UserIt’s right inside the part with incredible view. Staff is helpful and informative. They provide shampoo towels and you can purchase water etc. As they are eco hubs there is no AC and of course you get some critters at night thought to inform people as I had no clue in advance and was caught off guard. Also on the higher rooms WiFi doesn’t work. But if you are prepared for it and going for a vacation and nature retreat and escape it’s perfect. Nice breakfast!

GGuest UserMy brother and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The service was great and the amenities were outstanding. The pool was wonderful and the wristbands they give you made paying for drinks and dinner so easy. Overall it was a great value and we loved every minute we stayed there. One thing to note is that this hotel is in the middle of a jungle, so even with doors and windows closed there were some bugs that managed to get into our bungalow.

I also appreciated the pool and lounge bar service, which were very convenient for relaxing after a busy day. SSergioThe place is amazing, I'm sure I'm gonna return. The pool and beach service was great. I only have a complain in the room service, the towels wasn't change in three days and also no any soap, only in the last day I needed to ask for shower soap and they brought it to my room. Even so, I recommend the place.
