Hotel znajduje się w centrum miasta, ale ulice są dość zaniedbane, z typowym dla większości ulic Kairu zgiełkiem. Nie spodziewałem się wiele, ale po zameldowaniu zobaczyłem, że pokój został całkowicie odnowiony i miał designerski akcent. Kolorystyka była ciepła i przytulna, a pokój nieskazitelnie czysty. Pościel i ręczniki były miękkie, a toaleta i umywalka nieskazitelnie czyste. Był mały balkon, idealny na herbatę, kawę lub papierosa. Śniadanie było serwowane na najwyższym piętrze. Najważniejsze informacje: Okna balkonowe od podłogi do sufitu były podwójnie szklone, co skutecznie redukowało hałas, co było dużym plusem. Recepcja i personel byli bardzo przyjaźni. Ważna sugestia: Butelki z żelem pod prysznic i szamponem nie były oznakowane, więc najlepiej je rozróżnić. W całym hotelu jest tylko jedno połączenie Wi-Fi, a sygnał w pokoju był bardzo słaby.

I caught the early flight to the airport. I had a few simple breakfasts and went to the lobby. After waiting for the arrival of the shuttle bus, I found that I accidentally left the passport bag and there was cash in the restaurant bag. After a while, the staff helped me deliver it very much. But later, when I got off the plane and exchanged money, I found that the cash inside must have lost the cash banknote of 250💶. The whole passport bag in Egypt was with me all the way. I lost almost ten minutes at this moment, and then unfortunately I had to end my trip to Egypt. I have left a message to the hotel to adjust the monitoring, but I don't know if there is any feedback and whether it can be found. At present, people have been to Tunisia to play, and the cash euros for the hotel are not enough！ 赶早班机去机场，简单吃了几口早餐去大厅等接送大巴到时后，发现不小心遗落护照包在餐厅包里有现金，不一会儿有工作人员帮忙送了过来很感谢，但是后来下飞机换钱的时候却发现里面的现金定丢失了现金纸币250💶。整个护照包埃及全程都在身边，就这一会儿丢了差不多十分钟，然后很遗憾得结束了埃及之旅。 已经给酒店留言调监控但是不知道有没有反馈，能不能找回来。目前人到突尼斯 玩了，付酒店的现金欧元都不够了，晕😵💫！

Hotel przestronny, rozległy, na pierwszy rzut oka robi dobre wrażenie. Wiele restauracji położenie przy samym Nilu. Natomiast sam pokój szału nie robił. Brudna wykladzina przy łóżku, poplamiony podnóżek przy fotelu, w łazience jedynie wanna z deszczownicą. Niby wszystko OK ale za taką cenę jest niedosyt. Przy check in musieliśmy czekać ok 20 min ma pokój choć meldowaliśmy się po 15. Przy check out Czekaliśmy ponad godzinę na przywiezienie naszych bagaży z pokoju. Przy basenie stare leżaki. Mogło być dużo lepiej.

The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel also provides complimentary airport drop-off; since we departed from Terminal 2, this service was convenient. However, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in at midnight.

사장님 진짜진짜 친절하심 물이랑 간식 같이 사러나가주심 숙소 아주 깔끔함 고버스 정류장이랑 가까워서 1박 안하고 씻고 쉬다갔음 자기에 적합한 숙소는 아닌듯 밖에 경적소리가 너무 시끄러움 하지만 깔끔하고 사장님이 너무 좋아서 별 다섯개

Fabulous! After a busy few days staying elsewhere in Cairo it was wonderful to reach the sanctuary of the Ramses Hilton. We were upgraded to an Executive room and spent a great afternoon just admiring the view and the Nile from our high balcony, and relaxing by / swimming in the (almost-hot!) pool. The room had everything we could ask for and the bed was super comfortable. Service was impeccable, and our dinner and a few beers were good value. Highly recommended 👌

This hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport and is definitely one of the best mid-Price options in the area for a long layover or short stay. The location is NOT great if you want to see the pyramids or museums but great for being near the airport. The pool area is quite nice with a bar next to it and spaces to sunbathe. The restaurants are decent quality and the flavors are a 7/10. We got the Cesar salad, mixed grill plate, and shrimp soup! The shrimp soup was awesome and everything else was just OK! The wifi wasn’t strong unfortunately but if you sign up for the ALL benefits you can get faster wifi for free too. There is a convenience store and souvenir shops in case you forgot a gift for someone too.

This stay was absolutely perfect. Not only was the accommodation exceptionally clean throughout, but the surprise of a complimentary room upgrade was also a delight. The thoughtful airport pick-up service added a sense of security and convenience to the entire trip, earning us top marks! The hotel's airport pick-up service was particularly considerate. In the unfamiliar environment of a foreign country, the service eliminated the hassle of finding transportation, language barriers, and route planning. We didn't have to wander around the airport with our luggage, nor did we have to worry about safety or exorbitant fares. It instantly dispelled the fatigue of landing, making travel truly worry-free and reassuring – an indispensable guarantee of peace of mind for any traveler. The guest room and bathroom were impeccably maintained. The marble walls were spotless, the metal bathroom fixtures were gleaming, the countertop basin was sparkling clean, the mouthwash cups were crystal clear, and disposable slippers were provided. Shoes were individually sealed, and towels and bath towels were snow-white, fluffy, and neatly arranged. Every detail reflected high standards of hygiene, making the stay exceptionally safe and comfortable. The hotel thoughtfully upgraded the superior king room to a deluxe king room free of charge, providing a more spacious and comfortable room and significantly enhancing the stay experience. Even more surprising was being able to enjoy authentic Chinese seafood hot pot in a foreign land. Plump and bouncy prawns and tender and flavorful squid, paired with spicy and fragrant Sichuan seasoning, perfectly replicated the hot and spicy atmosphere of hot pot back home. Every bite was filled with the familiar taste of home, warming both the stomach and the heart. The overall experience was impeccable.

I spend wonderful 4 days, Everything was amazing, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful specifically Mohammed and maddona in room service and all the guys in reception, and it was a great experience for me as a honeymoon.. The only thing that made me upset was the sounds of renovations work..other than that it was perfect

Everything was perfect, the place is marvelous, the staff is extremely nice. We stayed in multiple different bedrooms because of us booking last minute, from dorms to private, but any kind was a great stay. Thank you again for your help, this is the real spirit of hosting.
