Amazing hotel in a central location (connected to metro Green line) with friendly staffs. Breakfast was fantastic with lot of variety and options to choose from. Staffs made a special arrangement with a cake since we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary during our stay. Only downside is the hotel seems to be understaffed which becomes visible during the peak hours especially during Check-in and Check-out times.

Newly opened posh hotel in ...access I'd via the service road. Big hotel with good cozy rooms and huge banquet hall for food services in the ground floor. Lifts are card and wifi enabled so quiet secure place. Room Service needs improvement but overall good.Food is really tasty.

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.
