„This hotel is located in a walkable distance to metro stations, and shopping mall. The facility is nice with view of racecourse, top floor swimming pool, and fitness gym. I have a nice stay and experience from checkin through checkout.”

„Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box”

„It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options”

„Amazing hotel in a central location (connected to metro Green line) with friendly staffs. Breakfast was fantastic with lot of variety and options to choose from. Staffs made a special arrangement with a cake since we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary during our stay. Only downside is the hotel seems to be understaffed which becomes visible during the peak hours especially during Check-in and Check-out times.”

„Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.”

„The hotel is nice & clean. I got room with race view which is nice. Swimming Pool is on the top of second building which have main restaurant, spa and fitness in that building too. Spa and salon here is using outsource which is great too. R-Bar for evening cocktail also great with variety of beer, wine and whisky.”

„I would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay. From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management. There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control. A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights. Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit. Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus. The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong. Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste. All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.”
