服務一般，房間沒有水壼，我向服務人員借，他不同意，衹能在大堂裏燒開水，然後再端到二樓房間，很不方便，建議每個房間配備一個水壼，也不是很貴，應該以方便客人為中心

酒店不錯。價格比國內四五星高，但是當地酒店價格都偏高。員工很好。很有禮貌，熱情！在伊拉克，你能感覺到大家對中國人的熱情。衞生也很不錯。當時選擇它就是因為剛裝修。市中心很多老酒店。早餐有本地食物，但也適合中國人口味。周邊環境一般，離市中心Karada大概半小時，因為這裏堵車～這是美中不足吧。我們是商務入住，希望酒店乾淨，安全。所以覺得位置okay！衹留了一張早餐的照片～

I had a very good experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests.

Rzadko piszę recenzje, ale ten hotel jest naprawdę dobry i zasługuje na miano pierwszego wyboru dla przyjaciół podróżujących do Iranu! Lokalizacja jest bardzo wygodna, z pełnym zapleczem wokół. Trzy chińskie posiłki są serwowane każdego dnia, co w pełni zaspokaja mój chiński żołądek. Pokój jest wygodny i ciepły. Personel hotelu jest bardzo ciepły i troskliwy. Zawsze mogą zaspokoić moje potrzeby w pierwszy raz. Hotel jest tuż naprzeciwko. Jest duży parking, zadowalający, bardzo polecam!

由於工作原因，我經常來回巴格達，對這裏的酒店早已不抱太高期待——不是房間太小，就是餐食不合胃口，服務更是參差不齊。這次出差前，偶然在攜程上發現了新上線的TAJ皇冠酒店，抱着“試試看”的心態預訂，沒想到竟成了我在巴格達住過最舒心的一次！
酒店大堂不算寬敞，但裝修風格現代，一進門就被淡雅的香氛包圍，瞬間緩解了長途飛行的疲憊。前台小哥英語流利，辦理入住高效順暢，完全不需要反覆溝通。更貼心的是，一位年長的本地行李員主動幫忙提行李，一路引領我到房間，熱情又周到。
推門瞬間就被驚喜到了—房間格局合理，面積約40㎡，在巴格達絕對算“奢侈級”空間。空調是提前開啟的，一進屋就涼快舒適。床品觸感細膩，床墊軟硬適中，對於常年出差的人來説，能睡個好覺比什麼都重要。最讓我感動的是那張寬大的辦公桌（國內很多酒店現在都縮水了），配上迎賓水果和歡迎信，商務人士的剛需被精準拿捏！
入住不到10分鐘，一位中國經理特意上門問候，添加微信並表示隨時可聯繫—這種主動服務意識，在海外酒店實屬罕見。後續無論是諮詢出行建議，還是簡單閑聊，回覆都迅速又親切，恍惚間有種“住在國內高端酒店”的錯覺。
由於行程原因，衹體驗了晚餐和早餐，但菜品豐富度令人滿意，口味也很正宗（終於不用靠泡麪續命了）。
在巴格達能遇到這樣的酒店實屬幸運——空間寬敞、服務細膩、餐飲對口，甚至比國內同價位酒店更注重細節。 TAJ皇冠酒店讓我住出了“回國感”。

LlanyishaaI rarely write reviews, but this hotel is really good, and it is worthy of being the first choice for friends going to Iran! The location is very convenient, the surrounding facilities are complete, and three Chinese meals are provided every day, which completely satisfies my Chinese stomach 😋. The room is comfortable and warm. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, and they can always meet my needs in the first time. There is a large parking lot opposite the hotel. I am satisfied and highly recommended!

When they are there they make the environment feel home and takes extra measure for our safety as well as comfort.

GGuest UserDue to work reasons, I often go back and forth to Baghdad, and I have long stopped expecting too much from the hotels here - either the room is too small, or the food is not to my taste, and the service is even more uneven. Before this business trip, I accidentally discovered the newly launched TAJ Crown Hotel on Ctrip, and booked it with a ”try it out” mentality. Unexpectedly, it became the most comfortable stay I have ever had in Baghdad!
The hotel lobby is not spacious, but the decoration style is modern. As soon as you enter the door, you are surrounded by elegant fragrance, which instantly relieves the fatigue of the long-distance flight. The front desk guy speaks fluent English, and the check-in is efficient and smooth, without repeated communication. What's more considerate is that an older local porter took the initiative to help carry the luggage and led me all the way to the room, warm and thoughtful.
I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I pushed the door open - the room layout is reasonable, with an area of about 40㎡, which is definitely a ”luxury-level” space in Baghdad. The air conditioner was turned on in advance, and it was cool and comfortable as soon as I entered the room. The bedding is delicate and the mattress is moderately soft and hard. For people who travel for business all year round, being able to sleep well is more important than anything else. What touched me most was the large desk (many domestic hotels have shrunk now), with welcome fruits and welcome letters, the rigid needs of business people were accurately grasped!
Less than 10 minutes after checking in, a Chinese manager came to greet me, added WeChat and said that he could contact me at any time - this proactive service awareness is rare in overseas hotels. Whether it was consulting travel suggestions or simply chatting, the replies were quick and friendly, and I had the illusion of ”living in a high-end domestic hotel”.
Due to the itinerary, I only experienced dinner and breakfast, but the richness of the dishes was satisfactory and the taste was authentic (finally I didn't have to rely on instant noodles to survive).
It is lucky to encounter such a hotel in Baghdad - spacious space, delicate service, catering counterparts, and even more attention to details than domestic hotels of the same price. TAJ Crown Hotel made me feel like ”returning home”.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to Iraq, and this hotel was considered quite good there. I told the taxi drivers that everyone knew that there was security check at the entrance, so it was relatively safe. The hotel staff were also very enthusiastic, and the sockets in the room were Chinese interfaces, so there was no need to bring a converter.
