I had a GREAT stay at Mary Jane Hotel. The room is very spacious, tidy, and equipped with full amenities. It offers an unbeatable economical room rate and even offers breakfast and free coffee in the lobby. TV has all the OTT services like Netflix and Disney. Yet, what impressed me most was the service standard of the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I wish Mary Jane Hotel has branches all over Korea, especially Seoul!!!

We visited during the off peak season so many facilities were closed. We went to the hotel for the specific reason of visiting the swimming pool but it was closed, and on trip.com it wasn’t clear. Because it’s off season, though, the price is quite reasonable. Location wise you must visit by car, it’s only a 5min drive to the nearby tourist spots which is important because only 1 restaurant was open and not too cheap. The on-site convenient store was great though their selection was quite small.

Bathroom needs upgrade. Old facilities and the cleaners don’t really clean well. Family type hotel so lots of kids running around and shouting but it gets quiet around bedtime. Conveniently located to tourist attractions. Transportation and downtown area also a walking distance. Breakfast buffet really great. Staff really friendly and responds quickly. Overall I had a pleasant stay there.

very very clean, the location was quite remote, only emart is opposite and the nearest mall was a few mins drive but i didnt really mind that. The service was great, the staff were friendly and even helped to keep my luggage overnight despite me not staying there anymore. It has a huge fridge, and a washing machine. overall rly rly nice hotel!

남편과 충주여행 하느랴 숙소예약을 했어요 차량 도착하자마자 호텔관리자가 바로나오셔서 예약자확인과 동시에 발리바킹 해주셨고 숙소에 들어갔는데 시설이 깔끔하고 세련되고 사이즈도 적당하고 중요한건 침구세트가 너무 좋았어요 고데기.드라이기.롤빚까지 세심하게 준비되어있는점 다음날 제천여행이라 숙소를 똑같은 숙소(체인점)를 예약했는데 너무 비교될정도로 브라운도트 충주시청점 강추합니다!! 주차장이 많이 넓지않았는데 관리자가 바로 나오셔서 주차해 주시니 걱정없고 담에 다시 묵고싶어요

정말 지난 몇 년간 묵었던 숙소중 최고의 숙소인것 같습니다. 1. 연말을 맞아 스위스로 여행온 듯한 느낌의 경험 추운 겨울 날씨에 방문했는데 스위스 현지 호텔에 온 느낌이 들정도로 굉장히 예쁘고 이국적인 경험을 느꼈습니다. 내부 인테리어가 붉은벽돌을 중심으로 조성되어 있는데 주광색의 작은 전구와 불빛들이 많아서, 입구를 들어가는 순간부터 따뜻한 분위기가 물씬나요 크리스마스와 연말에 유럽으로 휴가를 온듯한 느낌이었습니다. 창밖으로 산과 바위들이 있고, 장작을 태우는 벽난로도 있어서 저녁에 나와 벽난로 보고있으면 진짜 스위스 같더라고요. 2. 호텔입구부터 오르막길을 차로 오르는데 엄청 크고 예쁘게 꾸며진 리조트성의 호텔이더라고요 특히 저녁에 들어올때는 길을따라 산 전체에 조명이 켜져있어서, 이벤트를 위해 산을 통채로 빌린듯한 느낌이 들정도로 로맨틱하고 매력적입니다. 3. 룸컨디션이 너무 좋았습니다. 침대, 침구, 화장실, 소파, 테이블 등 전체적으로 룸의 컨디션이 매우 깨끗하고 낡은느낌도 없습니다. 보통 지역의 5성 호텔을 가더라도 룸컨디션에서는 오래된느낌이 있고, 그 나름대로 매력적이라도 생각하며 사용하는데, 나인밸리는 정말 깨끗하고 깔끔하네요. 4. 라운지나 키즈카페, 도서관 등 이용할 수 있는 공간이 많고 넓습니다. 모든공간이 넓고 깨끗합니다. 키즈카페에서도 한참을 놀았어요. 냉난방기로 온도를 맞춰주셔서 아이들이 키카에서 놀고 어른들은 옆에서 충분히 편하게 쉴수 있었습니다. 3층라운지의 경우에도 1층에 24시 편의점이 있어서 맥주 몇캔 사서 라운지에서 마시면 연말분위기가 나서 너무 좋더라고요. 5. 그리고 호텔리어 분들도 굉장히 친절하셨습니다. 사진을 올리긴 하는데 사진이 이런 이국적인 분위기를 다 못담긴하네요. 정말 광고/할인 전혀 없이 정가로 숙박하고도 만족해서 남기는 후기입니다.

酒店介紹上説有乾洗/洗衣服務，但實際酒店裡沒有這些服務（韓國很多經濟型酒店的房間裏都有乾衣機）。房間整體不大，但有一次性用品。雖然沒有標明酒店几几年開業，但是看上去挺新的。早餐是煮雞蛋、切片吐司、拉麪、牛奶、橙汁等。周邊吃飯很多，有一家很好吃的韓牛燒烤店，也有便利店和賣麪包的咖啡店。酒店有自家的停車場，免費停車。客房的走廊上沒有空調。

좋게말하면 친절하신데 좀 부담스러운 서비스였습니다 딴에는 친절하게 서비스하려고 하신건 알지만 담배피시면서 다가와서 말거시는건 상대 입장에선 한번 더 생각하시먄 좋겠습니다 객실은 좀 된 숙소들이 그러하듯 청결을 신경써서 리모델링헷지만 어쩔수 없이 베어있는 담배쩐내가 났습니다 위치는 시청근처였는데 주변엔 죄다 술집과 유흥가였고 충주역까지 가는 버스가 그리 좋지 않았습니다 물론 이건 시에서 처리해야할 문제이긴 합니다만.. 객실에 스타일러 있는건 좋았습니다
