„Cleanliness: up to my expectations. Nice and neat design. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa but I had limited time and didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. Location: wonderful, in the city center so I could reach many places by walking. The car park is confusing actually. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa but I had limited time and didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. Location: wonderful, in the city center so I could reach many places by walking. The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.”

„A good hotel. Friendly staff. Not far from the sea, 5 minutes on foot. Big parking. The pool is beautiful but cold (was the beginning of October). Breakfast is Turkish, dense, delicious.”

„The hotel itself is not bad, especially location, on one of the central streets. A comfortable room, it is true that everything is running, many small things are falling off. But the most killed was that we paid for a room with breakfast - and in the morning it turned out there was no breakfast, just no one at the hotel, no registration bar, nowhere. Waiting an hour - we left. Since then I have written a week to the hotel to return for breakfast - just no answer. By the way, before the settlement I wrote about parking - nobody answered. I have this for the first time. But if the guide reads it - then know, such behavior is not normal”

„Wonderful hotel. The forge is up there. But it was noisy after 11:00 PM. If you've been traveling and are tired, keep that in mind.”

Her anlamda memnun kaldık. Otel ekibine herşey için. teşekkür ederiz”
