„Cleanliness: up to my expectations. Nice and neat design. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa but I had limited time and didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.”

„Kaz dağlarının havası çok güzel konum olarak yollar sıkıntılı bunu göze alarak gitmelisiniz ayrıca aracınız yüksek olsa bile bireysel olarak çevredeki şelalere vs gitmenin yasak olduğu söylendi. Otelin sağladığı olanaklar da Safari turu yapmak İstediğimizde ise yeterli sayının olmadığı tura katılımın totalde sekiz kişi olması gerektiği belirtildi. konakladığımız üç gün içerisinde sadece yakındaki köye ulaşım sağlayarak market ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladık bunun dışında konum içerisinde yapılabilecek olanak ve aktiviteler yok denilebilecek kadar az. Doğal havuz suyunun çok soğuk ve çok fazla hijyenik olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Otel içerisinde okey tavla gibi olanaklar mevcut at binme aktivitesinin alanı çocuklara uygun yetişkinler için değil. Biz dome çadırlarda kaldık oda içerisindeki olanaklar yeterliydi, ancak çadırda kalmayı düşünüyorsanız havasız bir odada kalmayı göze almalısınız çadırlara yapılan küçük delikler içeride hava sirkülasyonunu sağlamıyor ya da kapınız açık uyumayı tercih etmelisiniz veya ahşap evlerde kalmak daha mantıklı olacaktır. Bir daha gidersem kesinlikle yiyecek ve içeceği kendim tedarik ederek ve başka bir konaklama şekli tercih ederek sadece havası için kalabalık bir arkadaş grubu ile giderim. Alanda hiçbir şekilde börtü böcek yok bu beni çok mutlu etti ilaç almama rağmen hiçbir şekilde kullanmadım. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi ancak son sabah bazı ürünlerde(börekte) küf ve örümcek ağı tarzı bir şey görene kadar. Akşam yemekleri için kesinlikle orada yiyecek bir şey bulabileceğinizi sanmıyorum menüleri çok kısıtlı dışarıda başka bir tesiste yiyebilirsiniz biz öyle yaptık.son olarak tesis içerisinde tütün mamüllerinin satışı memnuniyet getirdi.”

„1) Çalışanlar ( House keeping, restoran, resepsiyon ) son derece düzgün insanlar ve otel bence onların yüzü gözü hürmetine yüksek puan alıyor. Oteli bence onlar ceviriyor. 2) Otelin işletmecisi olduğunu varsaydığımız Demet hanim özelinde iletişimde sıkıntı var. Tarz ı iyi bir işletmeciden çok uzak. Sanki mekan onun evinin salonu edasıyla hareket ediyor. Karşılaştığımız sorunları ve Demet hanım ın yaklaşımlarını anlatacağım. Hava Ayvalıkta ben kaldığımda 38 derece idi. Birinci sorun;Otelin tek ortak alanı olan restoranda KLIMA yok. ( Gecen sene varmış, bozulmus, bu sene yok). Burası kahvaltı-öğlen-akşam yemeğinizi yiyebildiğiniz alan. Ördeklerin yüzdüğü su kenarında bir mekan burası. (restoran sürgülü camlarla kapalı bir alan, sabahları camları açıyorsunuz, hava geliyor güneş dönmediği için ). Ancak eğer otelde kalmanız gerekiyorsa ( ki ben LAPTOP umla çalışmak zorunda idim, 2-3 günümü otelde full geçirmem gerekti) öğleden sonra bu restoran alanı cehennem gibi sıcak oluyor. Ve orada çalışmak zorunda kaldım. Demet hanım, bana, camları açın essin, ceryan yapsın, ya da odada çalışın, gibi haddini aşan, sanki karşısındaki çocukmuş gibi saçma sapan akıllar vermeye çalıştı. ( Cok ugrasip, biraz da kendisiyle tartışma yasadıktan sonra, odaya calisabilmem icin masa ve sandalye verildi. ) Ikinci sorun; Bir gece cok rüzgar olmuş ve çatıdaki bazı sistemler paneller hasar görmüş ( Sabah sıcak su olmasını engelleyen bir durum oluşmuş ). Biz sabah erken otelden çıkarken odada sıcak su olmadığını farketmedik çünkü duşa girmedik. Aksam 8 de denizden geldik, tuzlu su içindeyiz. 4 kadın arkadas 2 ayrı odada kalıyorduk. Banyoya mecburen girdik ve cok zorlanarak soguk sularla banyo yapmak zorunda kaldık. Ve Demet hanim, resepsiyonda beni gordugunde, soguk su saclara yaramış, güzel görünüyor gibi hadsiz bir espri yaptı. Ozetle, Ayvalık gibi bir yerde otelin varsa, restoranina, ortak alanina KLIMA koymak farzdır. Sıcak su konusu en olması gereken seydir otelde. Arıza gece olduysa, ne yapar eder, teknik servisleri ertesi gün vaktinde bulur, arızanı gün içinde onartırsın. Böyle bir rahatlık olmaz, olmamalı. Otel işletmecilerinin, hizmet sektorunun sadece param var otel açtım konusu olmadığını, insanların sınırlı zamanlarında iş ya da dinlenme icin bu otellere geldigini iyi idrak edip, kendilerini saglam bir iletişim egitiminden gecirmesi gerekiyor. Ama tekrar ediyorum, otel çalışanları, restoran, resepsiyon, house keeping, cok tatlı cok cici insanlardı.”

„A small hotel with only 4 or 5 rooms, very clean and friendly staff. We were upgraded for free to the suite which was nice and clean the rooms are basic and have no tv’s but we didn’t find this a problem nice views and close to everything we would definitely recommend a stay there”

„A very quiet hotel, in a quiet place, near the beach. Living on the 3rd floor, viewing towards the street, from the balcony in the morning, the sun rises over the sea. From the hotel 10 minutes to the nearest shop on foot, there are stops in the direction of the port and the direction of the city of Aivalik. The room has everything you need - a working air conditioner, hot water showers, washing facilities, a teapot. In the closet only 2 hangers (I think that is the norm in Turkey). The refrigerator didn't work, but you could use what was standing on the veranda for food. Stopped for two nights - there was no cleaning, the towels weren't changed. Maybe it was all possible to do on order, but I didn't have to. Wi-fi is available only in public places the area is large enough. Staff is friendly and responsive. To the mold and port, it was easy to walk, but in comfortable shoes. I recommend for a quiet rest and solo travel.”

„The hotel is located at the terminal where ferries from Istanbul come. There is a bus station, a promenade, a 1 km pier, shops, numerous cafes. The room is spacious, light, clean, equipped with everything necessary, there is a teapot, tea, in the bathroom for a shower.On the respiratory cooler and coffee machine. There I was met as an old friend. Breakfast is full: cheeses, olive, meat products, vegetables, cakes, Turkish tea. And the most important thing is the view from the restaurant on the sea and port from the 5th floor, beautiful.”

Waiting an hour - we left. Since then I have written a week to the hotel to return for breakfast - just no answer. By the way, before the settlement I wrote about parking - nobody answered. I have this for the first time. But if the guide reads it - then know, such behavior is not normal”

„Great place right off the main street of Ayvalik. There was some confusion with the booking, I thought I have booked the pink room and the owner gave us an upgrade to the other room which he had available which was nicer and bigger. Delicious breakfast and super nice owner. Doesn’t speak English but goes way and beyond to help you out - and as everyone uses google translate, so you won’t have problem understanding each other.”
