5-Star hotele w: Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

I requested a late check-out for my late flight the next day. They happily accommodated my request, which was a great help. I hadn't eaten Japanese food in a long time, so I went to the sushi restaurant they recommended, and it was delicious – I polished it all off! 😍

The public areas are beautiful, and the pool water is super clean. Even in February, it didn't feel cold. The staff thoughtfully helped set up towels and provided ice buckets. The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again.

Our stay at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of elegance, warmth and genuine hospitality. It was the perfect setting for spending quality time together, and every member of our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience. What truly elevated our stay was the outstanding level of service. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Adeel, Si, Yasin, Fiska, Jalal, Shaming, Fazal, Saidiya (Manager), Delawar, Mahesh (Chef), Manoosa, Chef Lithin, Sashi, Sajan, Alex and Amel. Every one of them was exceptionally helpful, attentive and welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team, who did a wonderful job keeping our rooms beautifully clean, fresh and comfortable every day. Their hard work and attention to detail certainly did not go unnoticed. The hotel facilities were wonderful. We especially loved the beautiful, clean swimming pool and the stunning sandy beach. The beach was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine and take in the peaceful surroundings. Everything was beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday atmosphere. The breakfast selection was superb, offering an impressive variety of fresh and delicious choices. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was excellent. A special thank you to Mahesh, Chef Lithin and the entire culinary team for making our dining experiences so enjoyable. We also loved the Shisha experience — beautifully presented, relaxing and perfectly suited to the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. It was lovely to sit back, unwind and enjoy the surroundings together. The hotel has a wonderful sense of luxury, tranquillity and sophistication, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming feel. Whether enjoying breakfast, relaxing by the pool, spending time on the beach or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings, we felt completely at ease. This was more than just a hotel stay — it was a beautiful experience filled with wonderful hospitality, exceptional service, great food, relaxation and memories that we will cherish. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, including the wonderful housekeeping staff, for looking after us so beautifully. We all had an incredible time and will absolutely be returning. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The front desk service was enthusiastic, and check-in was quick. The location is convenient, quiet, and well soundproofed, offering great value for money. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would choose to stay here again. This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, with no strange odors or clutter. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a very peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive, and the facilities were complete and functional. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation. It's excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Great location and friendly staff, but we weren't fans of the concept where you have to hand over your car keys and call someone for every trip between reception/restaurant/pool and your room (which is really quite far). You lose a part of your freedom this way. Unfortunately, this concept isn't mentioned on the website – we definitely wouldn't have chosen it if we had known. Also, when you're looking for peace and quiet in the desert, why have a large, noisy fountain in the restaurant that forces you to shout to hear each other? Why send a truck to dampen the sand (which creates noise and disturbs the view) at sunrise, precisely the most crucial moment of the day? Why place equipment (like routers) in the bedroom with a fan that continuously makes a disruptive noise? Customer-centricity is more than just friendliness...

Spent at this hotel 4 days, everything at this hotel is worth every penny. Good sized rooms, specious bathroom, clean all over, customer service is excellent, reception is very helpful and friendly, the cafe and restaurant area is excellent, the foods and beverages are also excellent. The pool is great and looks like fun but we didn't get the chance to use it due to the heat. The gym is ok, it can be a bit improved considering it's a 5 stars hotel, but it's more than enough for your average workout. Everything at this hotel is excellent. The only bad experience we had it was nothing to do with the hotel but our next door neighbour for only one night they were on the balcony at 2 am and talking loudly and laughing loudly too. I had to call the reception to get them quite and into a normal civilised hbehaviour. It's just luck, you get low class people in a high class place which it proves that you can't buy class. Would I book here again? Absolutely, in fact I'll book again at this hotel in a couple of months.

My experience at the Radisson Blu hotel, unfortunately, wasn't what I expected. I was anticipating a much better standard from a hotel bearing the Radisson Blu name, but from the moment I walked in, I felt the hotel was old and in clear need of renovation, both in terms of decor, furniture, and room details. What I disliked most was how cramped the rooms were; they didn't provide the sense of comfort or luxury I'd anticipated, especially considering the price and the hotel's brand. The furniture and design also seemed dated, and the overall atmosphere wasn't comfortable for me. I travel and stay in many hotels, and I understand that each hotel offers a different standard and experience. However, for me, this experience wasn't successful, and I didn't feel the hotel reflected the level I'd come to expect from Radisson Blu. I hope the management pays more attention to renovating the rooms, updating the furniture and decor, and improving the comfort level and spaciousness, as the location and name deserve a much better experience. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I didn't like the hotel and didn't feel comfortable in the rooms. I don't think I'll repeat my stay in its current state.

This hotel is popular with Chinese tour groups, so the breakfast menu conveniently includes Chinese options. The room decor is simple and stylish. Its location is fantastic, right between the Presidential Palace, the Louvre, and the Grand Mosque, making it easy to get around by taxi. Plus, there's a free YAS EXPRESS bus right outside the hotel that goes to all four Yas Island theme parks.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Abu Dhabi. We really enjoyed our stay, especially with the breakfast included and the theme park shuttle. Yas Island being so close was a huge plus!

Honestly, If there was a score of 1 Million, I will definitely do, such incredible people !! Hospitality is all about people, ofc, it is a great place, great pool, beach, etc etc etc But I wanna highlight the people here, we stayed there for our anniversary, and this was the best decision, they truly care and truly show the definition of M.O. Hospitality Room, breakfast, dining venues, activities by the beach, 2 great pools, everything is great ! I wanna say huge thank you to Olga the director of guest services, Hamza F.O, Haseeb from Vendome, Alex and his amazing bird friend, Ayesh from housekeeping, Dominic & Man from beach side, i hope I didn't forget anyone, see you all soon !
