"We found this hotel room are quite nice, the facilities are all up to quality for this range of hotel. There are a lot of cafe, shops, supermarket near by. We also used a self-service laundry near by. Location wise, it is very close to the Metro to the train station. To get the tourism centre - Plaza Isabel La Católica, there is much direct bus, there are about about 15 mins walk. Or there is a bus 11 which is take some times. But there are a lot shops to explore alone the different routes. Overall, we are quite enjoy the stay here."

"Enjoyable and pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Great location, near the train station and walkable to the city centre and tourist attractions. Check in and out were smooth and fast, service staff were excellent. Room is of acceptable size, clean and bed is comfortable. Quiet stay. Highly recommended."

"I have no idea who fault it was. I requested a on site parking lot 3 months ahead but never got response from hotel directly. The only response was from Trip.com tell me that hotel will take care of it. When check in, I was told that on site parking lot is full, I have to park my car at a public parking garage 2 minutes driving ( 6 minutes walk)."

"Nasz pobyt w hotelu był fantastyczny! Usługa, zwłaszcza od Maria, Cristina, Ricki i innego pożytecznego dżentelmena, którego imię nie złapałem, sprawiła, że poczuliśmy się całkowicie w domu. Nasz pokój był nowy, czysty i przestronny, zapewniając spokojny wycofanie się. Tylko krótki 5-minute spacer do Pałacu Alhambra, lokalizacja jest idealna. On sprawił, że czuliśmy się naprawdę ciepło w Granadzie. Chociaż powiedział, że nadal bada i uczy (prawdziwy pokorny), to co zrobił jest prawie doskonałe. Warto również wspomnieć, że śniadanie hotelu jest miłe, a środowisko jest zimne i przytulne. Jeśli dostaniesz trochę czasu, spa w hotelu jest warta próby. "This hotel was so perfect that I regret giving it only 5 stars! I was a little worried because there were no Korean reviews, but the friendly staff and service made it a wonderful stay in Granada. My room was ready for me upon arrival, so I had a comfortable stay. The welcome cava and snacks, and even the flowers in the room were all so touching😍 I was able to relieve my travel fatigue while at the spa, and the breakfast, rooftop bar, and outdoor cafe were all great. The location is also great, near the cathedral. If you come to Granada, be sure to stay at Seda Club!"

"Hotel jest przytulny i piękny. Pokój jest bardzo dobry dla dwóch osób i bardzo czysty. Personel hotelu jest bardzo przyjazny. Można zaparkować na parkingu lub w pobliżu hotelu. Jest mnóstwo miejsc parkingowych, a jeśli przejdziesz się kilka razy, możesz zostawić samochód. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, około 15 minut spacerem od centrum miasta, a jeśli nie masz takiej możliwości, możesz skorzystać z autobusu. Aby dostać się do centrum miasta, zaledwie przecznicę od hotelu (około 5 minut), znajduje się przystanek autobusowy (linia 8 dowozi do centrum), a aby wrócić, ten sam autobus zatrzymuje się tuż przed hotelem. W pobliżu hotelu znajduje się również kilka barów i lokali rozrywkowych, jeśli nie chcesz się nigdzie wybierać. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotel jest bardzo dobry; polecam go na pobyt w Granadzie!"

"A beautifully renovated old house with a garden in the centre of Granada, on a cobbled street with restricted access to vehicles. Perfectly situated for visiting the myriad of tapas bars and shops in the surrounding area and a short taxi ride from the Alhambra. We spent two nights here in a third-floor room in the eves with sloping roof and skylight windows, perhaps not the easiest for a couple in their seventies to open and close the blinds with a pole and fortunately my tall husband managed to avoid banging his head! The fourth floor terrace was shut and obviously in the process of being repaired. The staff were charming, helpful, and friendly and an added advantage was the valet parking service (beware trusting the Sat Nav as it tried to take us up one-way streets). Sadly, there were a few minor niggles. The room safe didn’t work four times out of five and we had to leave valuables at reception. The bathroom fittings were modern and impressive but the plug in the washbasin (in a separate cupboard) could not stay closed, the shower screen on the bath was too short and you ended up flooding the floor as the water pressure was very high (no complaints about the hot water though, really quick and plentiful). The knob to fill the bath appeared to be completely stuck. There were coffee and tea-making facilities in the room, but the kettle had a very short lead and we had to plug it in on the floor. Most annoying was the fact that in a two-person room there were only two sachets of coffee – one ordinary and one decaf and only one sachet of sugar – the first morning we thought this might have been an oversight but there was no change on the second day! On arrival we found two very small bottles of complimentary water, this was not available on the second day (though the room rate was the same), presumably to make you purchase very expensive bottles from the mini-bar. And talking about coffee, don’t have breakfast if you can’t function without your daily caffeine hit! The coffee in the machine was really horrible, incredibly weak and tasted sweet (even without sugar), the waiter said the decaf would be better if he brought it from the kitchen, but this was still weak and sweet. There are many bars around the hotel serving proper coffee with breakfast. We did not eat in the restaurant as the menu did not appeal and the option was not there on the second night as there was an all-day corporate event on."
