This is very disappointing, because the pool was one of the reasons to choose Hotel Castle Salam. By the way, the pool is not heated and too cold to swim in in the winter. The 2 different elevators, one of which does not go to all floors (including the rooftop pool on the 9th floor), is very confusing. The staff is very friendly.”
