Great airport hotel with comfortable rooms Stayed here as it’s very close to Kunming Changshui International Airport, which made it super convenient for an early flight. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and overall it was a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The only thing to note is that it’s quite far out if you’re planning to visit Kunming Old Town or the city centre, so it’s best suited for airport stays or short stopovers. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, could be better quality of food that’s all. Also had free laundry and use of the gym. Overall, a really good option if you need somewhere comfortable near the airport.

The hotel room was spotless and very quiet at night, which is a huge plus for anyone who values good sleep – highly recommend it! The front desk staff was lovely; the lady at reception paid close attention to the notes I left on Trip.com and even gave me an eye mask. The location is super convenient for transport on weekends, and dining is a breeze with all sorts of malls downstairs and the old street right next door. Breakfast was also fantastic with a great variety of choices. I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming.

We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. Największą zaletą tego obiektu jest niezwykle miły gospodarz. Bardzo pomocny w wielu sprawach. Na początku znalezienie lokalizacji było trudne, ale gospodarz nas pokierował. Taksówki nie podjeżdżają pod same drzwi, ale bez obaw – gospodarz już czekał, aby pomóc wnieść bagaże. Obiekt znajduje się przy wejściu do Starego Miasta w Lijiang, na wzgórzu z niesamowitym widokiem. Blisko sklepów i restauracji. Po przyjeździe zostaniesz powitany ciastem kwiatowym i herbatą Pu'er. Otrzymasz pomoc we wszystkich kwestiach związanych z pobytem w Lijiang. Łóżko jest wygodne do spania. Budynek jest w stylu antycznym, przypominającym starożytne Chiny, co bardzo mi się podoba. Jedynym minusem jest to, że ścianki działowe między pokojami nie są zbyt dźwiękoszczelne, ale gospodarze oferują rozwiązania tego problemu. Świetne miejsce na wakacje w Lijiang. Na pewno tu wrócę.

10/10 will book this hotel again in Kunming!! The location is right smack in the city centre, easy to get around to Nanpibg street by foot (10 mins walk), shuncheng shopping mall. A lot of eateries nearby, no need to worry about it. The hospitality of the staff is also amazing as well, making our stay unforgettable.

Excellent hotel service from from desk to housekeeper. Clean and cozy room, free airport pickup was easy to arrange, free gift upon check in was warm, free night snacks beyond my expectation. The female front desk receptionist very helpful and patiently to solve all my queries as a foreigner. Thumbs up to this hotel👏👏👏

房間設施很新，環境也很好，衞生打掃的很乾凈。最關鍵老闆還有前台姐姐人都特別好，老闆不但泡茶給我們喝，還給我們推薦了哪些店好吃，甚至專門打視頻問她女兒可以點外賣的店哪些好吃。而且非常住這家酒店非常方便，晚上打包回來的還可以放在酒店冰箱裏，要吃的時候還有微波爐可以加熱。老闆人特別細心，看到我們晚上拎了西瓜汁讓放冰箱，還告訴我們西瓜汁隔夜喝了會拉肚子。前台姐姐們也特別好，打包回來的食物會主動幫你加熱好，早上準備去高鐵站點了外賣，也是前台姐姐幫忙接了放大廳的。

Jest pięknie urządzony, panuje w nim ciepła i przyjazna atmosfera. Udogodnienia są kompletne, co czyni go idealnym miejscem na relaks. Cały personel był niezwykle przyjazny, zawsze uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Porozumiewali się płynnie po angielsku, udzielając informacji i rekomendacji dotyczących pobliskich atrakcji. Co ważne, profesjonalnie zanieśli mój bagaż i dostarczyli go do pokoju. Naprawdę odczułem ich troskliwość i serdeczną gościnność. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, tuż przy wejściu do starej wioski, co sprawia, że ​​jest niezwykle dogodna do zwiedzania. Niezależnie od tego, czy chcesz odwiedzić starożytne miasto Lijiang, sklepy, kawiarnie, czy różne miejsca do robienia zdjęć, wszystko jest łatwo dostępne. Hotel is really close to the airport. Very convenient pick up and drop off service from the hotel. The rooms are large and clean, free water, coffee, tea. Breakfast said to be included but I did not see any, perhaps too early. Slept well had good shower and was in the airline lounge within an hour from waking up.
