Sadly, I wasn't impressed with the level of cleanliness in the single room but the double room & bathroom were much. The view of the harbour from the room was outstanding. Lots of activities and Christmas parties taking place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really made the experience enjoyable.
The location was very convenient, close to major attractions and transportation. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I was a bit concerned as I approached the hotel, it didn't look great.
Once inside though that all changed, the whole place is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and the facilities are excellect.
My only negative is that the sauna wasn't working.
The best feature of this hotel though is it's staff, very friendly, efficient and happy to help.
Will be returning.

We booked this hotel for location and spa.
The hotel was lovely but the spa was dirty and lacking in spa experience facilities. I feel this should be sold as a hotel with a pool.
Disappointing spa experience for a 4* hotel and feel like this hotel has miss advertised the facilities.
The shutter to the spa was down before 6pm on Valentine’s day.
At check in we were told that you will get towels and robes at the spa and last entry to the spa was 8:30pm.
When we arrived at the spa area reception we were only given a towel and told robes are only for guests on a spa package, contradiction to what we were told at checking in at the hotel.
The pool area and changing rooms was very dirty. The pool side showers were out of order and looked like they had been for a while.
The area where the jacuzzi used to be had been boarded up and looked like it’s had been for a long time.
The pool was cold and also dirty.

I used Hilton's a lot on business in the past & Dover lived up to my high expectations. Booked 3 twin rooms for 3 nights for a reunion. Very happy with our stay & will book again. Friendly, attentive staff. Spotlessly clean rooms & bathrooms. Some of the comfiest beds we've slept in. A few issues with (cold) breakfast (resolved) & a great selection. Some of our party enjoyed the sauna. One downside - the single lift is very small & slow creating a bottleneck.

The hotel is decent. Would have been great if the room came with a mini fridge, slippers and bath robes as they do have swimming pool / sauna and jacuzzi. But all in all it’s a decent hotel for the price

Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła oraz nie przeszkadzała podczas pobytu w fotelu wszystko zostało załatwione sprawnie na pewno jeszcze kiedyś tam wrócę przy następnym odwiedzaniu ashford.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja trzy dni zwiedziłem cały Londyn gdyż hotel mieści się niedaleko stacji pociągów

A great find. The Rooms, the food and staff were excellent. Great for pets. Close to the shuttle port. We will stay here again. Only point I could make is that they need a better area for breakfast when travelling with a dog. The low tables with settees are not ideal for eating from.

Sam hotel potrzebuje nowej czynszu życia. Zamek farby, zmiana dywanów i mordenizacja łazienek i mebli. Nasz krzesło miał plamy. Oprócz tego wow urocze dziedziny moje dobroć, pracownicy przyjazne i pomocne, urocze dotyki jak woda i sok dostępny w lobby recepcyjnej ładnie urządzone. Uwielbiał salon gimnastyczny i basenowy również szczególnie jacuzzi bardzo ładnie. Sufit nad dachem potrzebuje uwagi, wiele parkingów bardzo dobrze i łóżka były super wygodne. Telewizje dobrze potrzebują większe i nowsze. Śniadanie bardzo miłe dzięki.

GGuest UserStayed in Room 265 near the elevator area and unfortunately the noise insulation was very poor. The fire door beside the lift slammed loudly throughout the night whenever guests passed by, making it almost impossible to sleep. The hotel should really install soft-closing hinges to reduce the noise for nearby rooms.

GGuest UserWe had a super trip to the hotel as a couple + a dog. We used the hotel as a base while exploring Kent, and it was perfectly located for that.
The rooms were indeed a bit dated, but this is a non issue for us. Large parking lot on site. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was good (though coffee could be better), staff was super friendly, and the wellness (gym, spa) facilities were a great bonus. We will for sure stay again if we are in the area.

GGuest UserPerfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

GGuest UserThe hotel itself needs a new lease of life. A lock of paint, change carpets and mordenise the bathrooms and furniture. Our chair had stains. Apart from that wow lovely grounds my goodness, staff friendly and helpful, lovely touches like the water and juice available in the reception lobby nice decorated. Loved the gym and pool area too especially the jacuzzi very nice. The ceiling above the roof needs attention, plenty of parking very good and the beds were super comfortable. The TVs well needs bigger and newer ones. Breakfast very nice thanks.

GGillianStayed one night for a local wedding. Excellent communications before arrival as I was at the wedding at check in time. Everything done over the phone and on arrival at night after the wedding the staff helped carry my luggage which I had left in my car in the grounds. The bed was very comfortable. Shower excellent as was breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. No complaints at all.

KKnight of oldI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The staff were mostly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, but there were some red stain in my bed sheet which is extremely gross. The location was also perfect, close to shops, dover port, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around easy.
