The hotel is very new. Some of the staff are really enthusiastic, others are so-so, but the cleaning staff are quite good. The best things about this hotel are the spacious rooms, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, which makes checking in a breeze. It's also not far from the supermarket!

The apartment building is very clean and has a good environment. There are transportation and restaurants nearby, and it is very cost-effective.

The service was generally good, except for an issue we experienced with a staff member named Peter. Despite having a prepaid and pre-booked stay, we were threatened with cancellation because we requested to check in at 9:30 pm after receiving no response from the property. The automatic door was locked, there was no one at the check-in desk, and we had to ask another staff member to direct us to someone who could assist. Peter eventually came to help, stating he was doing so out of his busy schedule. I expressed that we would prefer to be checked in by the staff member assigned to that role, at which point he stated he would cancel our booking. When we asked on what grounds, he said he was the manager. It was an unusual and uncomfortable interaction, especially given that we were simply trying to check in to a stay we had already paid for.

The location of this hotel is good, with excellent restaurants within minutes of walking. The room is spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is a nice start to the day although if you are staying for more than 2-3 days, a change of menu and food options would be great. Overall, recommended!

Great Location. Room is a bit small and can also be cleaner. Hotel staff is able to locate the shirts that I forgot in the room however, hotel staff is not able to send the shirts back to me even as I was willing to pay. I had to arrange my own courier service to pick them up. Surprised that Hilton cannot provide this service.

This is a best hotel I have ever stayed during this time in the UK and Ireland. They offered an Incredible room with a small kitchen. I brought some foods from supermarket and grocery and tried to cook local dishes myself. Wonderful experience!! Interior is also very nice. Stylish design in urban city and quiet atmosphere in the park near here made my trip so special. I would like to be back with my family next time.

Dobra lokalizacja, jeśli szukasz noclegu blisko lotniska, ale szczerze żałuję, że nie spędziliśmy kolejnej nocy w małym pensjonacie Mourneview B&B niedaleko Carlingford i nie dojechaliśmy do Dublina. Hotel jest ogromny i pełen ludzi. Recepcjonista był miły, ale kolejka jest długa, a kiedy w końcu znajdziesz miejsce parkingowe, masz dość czekania. W holu jest klimatyzacja, ale nie w pokojach hotelowych. Czułem się jak w piekarniku, gdy tylko dotarłem do windy, a noc była długa, ponieważ w pokoju było ciepło, więc otworzyliśmy okna i usłyszeliśmy hałas ruchliwej autostrady na zewnątrz. Pokój był w porządku, ale potem znaleźliśmy gumę do żucia przyklejoną pod stołem. Śniadanie było najlepsze – bufet oferuje duży wybór dań.

Very clean, modern studio with a comfy bed, sofa and a well-equipped kitchen, including Nespresso machine, freezer fridge, combi microwave oven and dishwasher. Capsules, detergent and milk provided. Early check-in is possible for a top-up of €20. Really liked that it was steps away from the airport bus drop-off, a Tesco supermarket, a great bakery, and 10 minutes walk to Trinity College, Temple Bar district and day tour meeting points. It had a gym, guest laundry room and a cosy breakfast cafe/24hr bar - did not try the breakfast buffet since we were out very early everyday, but you could purchase it at €2 off each night before. Friendly reception staff. Would stay at this branch again if we're back in Dublin.

The bed took up most of the room, but the space was compact, clean, and served its purpose well. I must say, the bed was impressively large. It could probably fit three adults comfortably! 😂 The bathroom had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I'm not sure if items like a toothbrush were available on request, as I had my own and didn’t need to ask. The location is excellent, very close to St. Stephen’s Green and in a safe area. The little café kiosk in the lobby serves the best hot chocolate! I did experience some internet issues from nighttime until the next morning, but the person in charge addressed my concerns, so I can’t complain too much. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, offering cereals, a small selection of pastries, and hot items like eggs, hash browns, sausages, mushrooms, and toast. There were also fruits and yoghurt available and also hot drinks and orange juice.Personally, I found it good value for €20 as it likely would’ve cost more to go out and order just a pastry and a hot drink elsewhere outside the hotel. Overall, it was a quirky and good hotel. What you see is what you get, so before booking, do your own research.
