All good , breakfast quality to be improved. Reception staff lack of training. Lot of misguidance .. not informative at all

hello, I visit tirupati every year since last 4yrs. and everytime I always make it a point to stay in best western hotel. the staff, people at reception are wonderful. the room is just right. small renovation required here and there in the room but still the price and comfort the hotel provides is just fabulous. I highly recommend people who are visiting tirupati for a day or 2 for darshan best western is the right place for you to stay.

Rita, Shrikrishna, Samaresh, Priyanka & Rajiv were very forthcoming in supporting on all the needs. Mr Sunil Jain from Rajoo Engineers was kind enough to enable this fulfilling stay.

Always good our second time i lost my wallet somewhere but I got it back i forgot that for 24 h but i got it back that's wonderful hotel ☺️

Miałem przyjemny nocleg w Grand Vijayawada przez GRT Hotele w Labbipet. Lokalizacja jest bardzo wygodna i blisko głównych obszarów Vijayawada, co ułatwiło podróżowanie. Pokoje były eleganckie i dobrze utrzymane, a całkowita czystość była imponująca. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful throughout the stay. It would be even better if the hotel could show some local cultural artworks or crafts to give guests a stronger feeling of the region. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay

Best hotel in the Gajuwaka region, we had a comfortable stay here. Good & professional front office team & they (Ms.Indhu sri) helped me a lot before 1 hour of my journey time by providing food,late check out and printing of some needful travel documents. This hotel has a good and hygienic restaurant with Excellent staff I promote restaurant Manager Mr.Rama Swamy & Supervisor Ramu they took care of me by providing food as per my selection in a polite manner. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Very polite and courteous staff. Good quality breakfast. Spacious room with sufficient amenities The housekeeping staff is very efficient and helpful. Value for money. I will suggest this hotel in Vishakhapatnam for a stay.
