Excellent hotel location, slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, yet close and convenient enough. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the center, with a tricycle constantly running. The grounds are magnificent, with a beautiful, well-kept garden and a private beach that is regularly cleaned and maintained. Free SUP boards are available! The breakfasts are decent and quite varied. Upon request (for an additional fee), the hotel arranged our room for our anniversary. Overall, only positive impressions. Everything was superb!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Comfort, cleanliness, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay!

The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. Excellent customer service! The manager Richard and the supervisor in the restaurant Jocelyn were very friendly and attentive to our needs. All staff from the manager to the front desk CJ, Anne and Ezra and the cleaning crew were all amazing! We will definitely come back and recommend the place to family and friends😊

Room was very big!!! Its also super clean but the lighting of the room can be much more brighter. The staffs in the kitchen are superb! Love their accommodation. I super love the beach view especially when having breakfast ❤️ My only con was that I lost something here when they cleaned the room (idk why they cleaned the vanity. That’s weird). The night it got lost I reported it and they said that they will replace it, but then the morning came and I called for an update, they said that they have nothing to do with it. 🫠 It made me go nuts so we switched hotel after this. Ps the item that got lost was an essential and u cant find that in siargao. Also, there are bedbugs on our first night but they were quick to respond regarding the issue.

To były najlepsze wakacje w życiu! Ich personel jest po prostu niesamowity, zawsze chętny do pomocy i zapewnienia nam komfortowego, wygodnego i łatwego pobytu. Lokalizacja jest po prostu idealna. Wszystkie główne punkty i restauracje są blisko, więc wystarczyło nam dojść pieszo, bez potrzeby korzystania ze skutera czy tuk-tuka. Filipińczycy są wspaniali, byliśmy już wcześniej w Coron, ale po wizycie w Siargao jesteśmy pewni, że musimy tu wrócić. Jeśli chcesz odwiedzić Siargao, bez wahania wybierz ośrodek Isla Cabana.

cheaper compared to other accommodations of the same type; not flashy but very cozy and peaceful. location is near attractions and nice restaurants. staff are very friendly and helpful too :)
