Am avut o experiență minunată la Hotel!Personalul s-a remarcat prin amabilitate, promptitudine și atenția la detalii, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim cu adevărat bineveniți. Serviciile au fost impecabile, de nota 10, de la recepție până la curățenie și facilități. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, variat și generos, cu preparate proaspete și de calitate. Un plus extraordinar: soția mea și-a sărbătorit ziua de naștere în timpul șederii, iar personalul hotelului a pregătit camera în mod special, cu o surpriză plăcută, fără niciun cost suplimentar — un gest care demonstrează profesionalismul și respectul față de oaspeți. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care caută confort, servicii de calitate și o atmosferă elegantă în Poiana Brașov!

Room was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city.

E un albergo abbastanza buono, non funzionava l'ascensore

Hotel, w którym zatrzymała się grupa, był bardzo zatłoczony. Śniadanie było pełne. Wyciszenie pokoju było fatalne; z wnętrza dobiegał irytujący ćwierkający hałas. Na dole odbywała się dyskoteka.

It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

Hotel jest całkiem dobry. Jest dostępna sauna, ale jest to sauna mieszana dla kobiet i mężczyzn. Sauna nie jest duża i może pomieścić trzy osoby. Więc miałem saunę z dwoma brzydkimi Niemcami. Na szczęście byli dość dżentelmeńscy i serwowali herbatę i wodę paniom od początku do końca.

這次訂了三個房間，房間寬敞舒適乾淨，浴室的水流量大洗澡非常舒服，早餐不錯，該有的都有，被子枕頭品質一般，燈光偏暗。有個驚喜是房間有一個大陽台，非常的舒服。特別令人贊歎的是酒店前台的工作人員，既專業又熱心，主動幫我們提行李。
