I was a little disappointed because I had to wait over an hour during check-in. The staff made me wait for so long without explaining the reason. I waited too long and had to ask them again, only to be told that the room wasn't ready and was still being cleaned.The reception staff should be more enthusiastic in providing service.

Hôtel très propre. Nourriture excellente. Personnel très sympathique et toujours disponible. Plage à proximité (~10mn à pieds),, également très propre. Suggestion : un petit plan de l’hôtel serait utile pour se repérer plus facilement (emplacement du spa, existence et accès à la mini salle de jeux, etc.), ainsi qu’une meilleure information sur les services inclus et ceux qui ne le sont pas.

GGuest UserLovely spacious and very clean room, good bedding. The staff is attentive, very welcoming, smiling and warm. The breakfast and dinner buffets are varied and good, there is something for everyone! (especially the dessert buffet -:) We had a very pleasant week.

WWuchuyoudangdefenglingdangThe hotel environment is great, quiet and beautiful. I booked a simple suite, which is good in size, and the bed and sofa are very comfortable. The air conditioner is a bit old and makes a little noise occasionally. The hotel's dining is also good, with a rich variety of food, and there is a band playing every night, which is very good and worth recommending!
