The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.”

„Big comfortable room. Nice man at reception found a bath plug for me and showed me how to get a bus ticket. Unknown to Google Maps, Bandirma’s train station has long since closed, so it’s a bit hard to get out of. Maybe that’s why the hotel didn’t seem very busy.”

Open buffet breakfast and staff service were beautiful. I recommend. We stayed 1 night very happy. We will go back as soon as possible because we have no more accommodation.”

„The city is between Istanbul and Izmir. I stopped and I was happy for my stay. It was good specially with the Turkish hammam , free parking outside the hotel and good food . The only bad thing was the water of pool was a bit cold and WC in room smell bad. Thanks for hotel team.”
