Homestays w: Liaoning, China

The room was extremely clean, the room had a very pleasant smell, and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful. The bathtub was extremely spacious, and the water was contentiously hot. The shower was beautiful and the toilet was very high tech. The middle easten theme of the hotel was very nice. The ONLY problem with the room was that it didn't have any hooks to hang towels/robes.

The staff here are excellent. They made my stay wonderful. The only thing I wish is that they would’ve supplied coffee or tea in the room, but they did have it downstairs to purchase. The view was amazing. The place was quiet and very clean. I really needed to destress and this helped a lot.

Service was excellent and operator could communicate in both English and Chinese. Service desk was responsive during working hours. The locally sourced breakfasts were varied and delicious. It introduced me local eateries I wouldn't have known about. The room was clean and tidy; facilities were as advertised, and housekeeping is confirmed each day via WeChat. One of the best operators I've come across on this platform!

Gorgeous hotel, really tastefully decorated and furnished. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff, including a welcome basket with snacks! A great bath and super comfortable bed. One suggestion would be to have large bottles of refillable toiletries in the rooms, as opposed to disposable plastic bottles ☺️

The location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station. It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map. I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk. Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate. There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym. There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment. The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay. The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls. Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin. Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business. This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.) Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍

My old parents came from Korea. We - 6 people - wanted to have a great memory during their stay in Dalian. Its location was perfect, sitting at the heart of fishermen s warf, but it was right after rain that things were humid. I should admit that for the peak time and prime location, it is a reasonable price and I blame the wet weather for some smelly environment. Should avoid wet weather. It is already right at the sea. Also, the price is as much as other 5 stars that are not in this location. There are lots of insta spots in and out of the hotel, so it is whether to put yourself at the top location with a bit reasonable price or modernized hotels like Hilton and intercontinental that are farther away and a couple of bucks more expensive.

Staying with kids was a fantastic experience! The room was super spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was fresh and odorless. The staff were really friendly and attentive to our little ones. It was also easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. All the toiletries we needed were provided, and the hot water was consistent. We felt so safe and comfortable, and the whole family was very satisfied!

房間很好很大跟網上照片都一樣 ，住了三宿，每間都很漂亮，很有設計感，用品齊全不是便宜貨，設施也都有 智能馬桶，空調投影還有會員，床墊枕頭也很舒服，一看老闆就是用心了，入住期間有問題保潔隨時都在，客服還送了浴球，這個價格在瀋陽北站簡直太舒服了。

The facilities were great. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. There is a cinema projector system to watch shows and movies or listen to music with the sound system. Many movies were for free. My room was the same as the picture. I would give them an excellent score . They just need to add a table and chairs to make it perfect.
