„Obiekt znajduje się na ulicy, ale jest cichy, a widoki są piękne i panuje w nim miła atmosfera. Czuję się zrelaksowany i komfortowo, gdy wchodzę. Pierwotnie zarezerwowałem pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, ale klimatyzacja w pokoju wiała mi prosto w głowę. Później przeniosłam się do pokoju dla rodziców z dziećmi na pierwszym piętrze. Widok był dobry, ale w kącie pokoju była wilgoć i przeciekała woda, ściana łuszczyła się, w łazience czuć było stęchły zapach, a wieszak na ręczniki był zepsuty. Zaleca się umieszczenie w łazience kosza na brudne ubrania oraz zwrócenie uwagi na kontrolę i konserwację urządzeń i sprzętu w pomieszczeniu.”

„Niesamowite przeżycie! Personel hotelu był bardzo miły i pomocny (nawet pomimo bariery językowej). Otrzymałem instrukcje dotyczące wędrówki na górę Hua, zostałem odebrany z centrum turystycznego, a nawet odwieziony na stację, aby następnego dnia wsiąść do pociągu. Po wędrówce można było zjeść pyszne lokalne posiłki bezpośrednio w hotelu, co było również świetne, biorąc pod uwagę, że w okolicy nie ma zbyt wielu restauracji. Gorąco polecam ten hotel.”

„Exceptional stay with stunning views and top-notch service! I had a wonderful experience staying at Jian Shan Xi Mei Su. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The service was outstanding—the staff were incredibly hospitable, warm, and friendly throughout our visit. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. On top of that, the view from the property is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Huashan area. It’s a perfect blend of great service and a peaceful atmosphere!”

„We chose to book this hotel due to the positive reviews. The free services (pick-up and drop-off) made everything seem sweeter. When we dropped off at Huashanbei Railway Station, the boss messaged me that the car was waiting for us. True enough, we spotted the car easily. The boss even helped to put our luggage in the car. Throughout the short journey to the hotel, communication was hard because we do not speak Mandarin and he does not speak English. When we reached, we were brought to a front desk where we were charged for our next day trip to Mount Hua. The lady at the front desk quickly checked us in, gave us the room card & booked our tickets. The boss then brought us to our room (about 50m walk from the front desk) and showed us the amenities. The hotel on the outside does not look too outstanding. But on the inside, EVERYTHING is wonderful. We got room 8201 with a huge window facing the small lane. No privacy is not a problem as we get to see locals doing their daily life. As we are Muslims, the boss suggested a Muslim restaurant nearby. We did not go due to being too tired. The next day, our journey to Mount Hua was seamless. Everything was arranged, we were dropped off at the bus area and they explained to us clearly. They even waited for us to have our breakfast first before dropping us. We are so happy with the service, watching the locals quietly go on with their lives, that we decided to extend one more night. Extending is easy because there is a vacancy for the room we are in. And changing our train tickets is easy too. We are now typing out this review in front of the big window, relaxing. We love and enjoy everything about the hotel. The good & efficient service, the clean & warm room, the clean toilet with bidet, the clean bathroom with 24 hours hot water to shower, the wash basin with lighted mirror, the beautiful view we get for this room. So much love. Too much that we are sad we have to go back to Xi'an tomorrow. Highly recommended. Will be booking this hotel when we decide to hike Mount Hua again. Thank you so much for everything you & your staff have done for us during our stay. We really appreciate it and will remember this sweet moment for the rest of our lives.”

„Nie potrafię opisać, jak wspaniały był ten obiekt. Zajmowaliśmy apartament rodzinny z dwiema sypialniami, wszystkie pięknie i niepowtarzalnie zaprojektowane – jedno dziecko spało w gnieździe! Lokalizacja i dojazd były spektakularne. Obiekt położony jest w sercu tętniącej życiem muzułmańskiej dzielnicy Xi’an, przy wąskiej uliczce pełnej kolorowych straganów z jedzeniem i sklepów. Aby dotrzeć do obiektu, trzeba zejść wąskim korytarzem od głównej ulicy. Obawialiśmy się, co nas tam czeka – to nie jest typowy hotel. Gospodarz spotkał nas jednak na ulicy i pomógł nam zanieść bagaże do apartamentu. Pokoje były nieskazitelnie czyste, a łóżka wygodne. Wszystko było ręcznie robione i indywidualnie urządzone. Gospodarz był niezwykle pomocny. Ucieleśnieniem tego było zepsucie się mojej walizki w drodze do hotelu (trzeba iść 3 minuty pieszo)… dał mi jedną ze swoich walizek, której nie użył. Dzielnica jest bardzo głośna i tętniąca życiem, ale pokoje są bardzo ciche – położone z dala od głównej ulicy. Podejrzewam, że nie doświadczylibyśmy tej wspaniałej części Xi’an, gdybyśmy nie trafili na ten obiekt. To naprawdę sprawiło, że nasza podróż była jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowa. Jeśli jesteś podróżnikiem, który lubi nudne hotele biznesowe, to nie jest to miejsce dla Ciebie. Ale jeśli lubisz podróże i pobyty w nietypowych miejscach, z niezwykle życzliwymi i pomocnymi gospodarzami, nasza rodzina poleca Solitude Art Inn bez żadnych zastrzeżeń.”

„Quiet and well equipped room with a very beautiful view. Not too hard matresses, we slept very well. Free laundry. Very nice owners family, service is wonderful. The daughter was learning English. I suggest she keeps doing so as this would be a massive competitive advantage. Great free shuttle service. Good food. The only remark I would make, as I already told them, is to build a door to separate the smokers quarters from the non-smoking bedrooms, as the smell is very annoying notably for foreign visitors. However, giving 10 as we would come back for sure!”

„The environment is beautiful and pleasant, which is not much to say. Service is to add points, because there is a shortage of materials in the mountains, and the waiter wants to eat supper at night to bring his treasure snacks. The meals are all local characteristics, free of the greasyness of the city. We have prepared cakes and blessings on our 10th wedding anniversary ～ Forgot to take the charging cable and send the unsplit line. „Lovely homestay managed by an amazing family. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and quiet AC. It’s just 10 minutes away from the Terra-cotta army museum, I would say if you just came to Xi’An for that then the place is perfect but if you want to go out to the city, especially in the evening it’s quite far (40 minutes journey one way).”

„We enjoyed staying at this wonderful hotel. The whole family takes care of guests which is very impressive. Their rooms are spacious and very relaxing. There is a large terrace with incredible views that we liked the most. They were also extremely helpful with arranging park tickets under a short notice.”
