„Niesamowite przeżycie! Personel hotelu był bardzo miły i pomocny (nawet pomimo bariery językowej). Otrzymałem instrukcje dotyczące wędrówki na górę Hua, zostałem odebrany z centrum turystycznego, a nawet odwieziony na stację, aby następnego dnia wsiąść do pociągu. „Nie potrafię opisać, jak wspaniały był ten obiekt. Zajmowaliśmy apartament rodzinny z dwiema sypialniami, wszystkie pięknie i niepowtarzalnie zaprojektowane – jedno dziecko spało w gnieździe! Lokalizacja i dojazd były spektakularne. Obiekt położony jest w sercu tętniącej życiem muzułmańskiej dzielnicy Xi’an, przy wąskiej uliczce pełnej kolorowych straganów z jedzeniem i sklepów. Aby dotrzeć do obiektu, trzeba zejść wąskim korytarzem od głównej ulicy. Obawialiśmy się, co nas tam czeka – to nie jest typowy hotel. Gospodarz spotkał nas jednak na ulicy i pomógł nam zanieść bagaże do apartamentu. Pokoje były nieskazitelnie czyste, a łóżka wygodne. Wszystko było ręcznie robione i indywidualnie urządzone. Gospodarz był niezwykle pomocny. Ucieleśnieniem tego było zepsucie się mojej walizki w drodze do hotelu (trzeba iść 3 minuty pieszo)… dał mi jedną ze swoich walizek, której nie użył. Dzielnica jest bardzo głośna i tętniąca życiem, ale pokoje są bardzo ciche – położone z dala od głównej ulicy. Podejrzewam, że nie doświadczylibyśmy tej wspaniałej części Xi’an, gdybyśmy nie trafili na ten obiekt. To naprawdę sprawiło, że nasza podróż była jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowa. Jeśli jesteś podróżnikiem, który lubi nudne hotele biznesowe, to nie jest to miejsce dla Ciebie. „This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Xi'an! We stayed in two other good hotels before this, but Ling Hotel was definitely the most delightful. The hotel is located north of the old city and is a bit hidden, but taking the direct elevator to the 16th-floor lobby for check-in was an absolute revelation. The public areas are wonderfully designed, with great attention to detail and a high-quality feel! The room details were also excellent. The sofa was very comfortable, and the TV was large, though the lighting was a bit dim. The LE LABO toiletries and Dyson hairdryer were definite bonuses. But the biggest surprise was the hotel's rooftop observation deck and swimming pool. The observation deck offers a complete view of the Drum Tower and the central axis, and the pool view is also perfect, especially at night when it's lit up! The most, most, MOST delightful thing was the small gift we received at check-out. They specially carved a small seal for my child! Even though we only stayed for one day, they managed to craft such an exquisite seal. This gift was truly thoughtful. Thank you to all the hotel staff! Thank you for your considerate service! My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast and late-night snack options could be improved.”

„Lovely homestay managed by an amazing family. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and quiet AC. It’s just 10 minutes away from the Terra-cotta army museum, I would say if you just came to Xi’An for that then the place is perfect but if you want to go out to the city, especially in the evening it’s quite far (40 minutes journey one way).”

Originally, it was a birthday to relax and play, thinking that this place must not have cakes, thinking about forgetting, I didn't expect the store to still put the beautiful pink mousse cake in front of me in the heavy rain, really was a surprise, a hard poke in my heart. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. On top of that, the view from the property is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect backdrop for a relaxing trip. The homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.

The place is right in Muslim quarters. It can get a bit noisy at night but we were ok with that. The service was good and even helped with a few recommendations. The only downside is the water heater which take a while to heat because there are 4 of us taking bath. Highly recommend for those food lovers. 😝🤩

Listening to the rain outside while soaking in a warm tub indoors – it was incredibly stress-relieving! It's been raining so much lately, I felt like I was about to grow mold. This weekend, I finally got to experience the hot spring getaway I'd been dreaming of. As soon as I opened the door, I was amazed – the room had a beautiful Tang Dynasty-inspired elegance! Wooden window lattices, gauze curtains, a tea ceremony setup, and even the hot tub was tucked away behind bamboo screens. The best part? Outside, it was gently raining. I was soaking in my private, steamy hot spring, with the window cracked open. The cool air, carrying the sound of the rain, drifted in, chilling my face while my body was warm to the core. This is exactly what a rainy day should feel like! The pool water was genuine hot spring water, smooth and silky; my skin felt so much softer after soaking. The room also came with rose petals and aromatherapy scents. After soaking until I had a light sweat, I wrapped myself in a bathrobe and had a hot cup of tea. It felt like all the week's fatigue was washed away by the rain. I have to say, rainy day + private hot spring + ancient aesthetic = triple the healing! If you've been feeling cooped up by the rain lately, ladies, you really should try the joy of 'escaping into your own little world' like this.

The transportation is super convenient; the owner personally picked us up and dropped us off at both the high-speed train station and scenic spots. The room was also very spacious with good facilities. The food ordered at the B&B was delicious, and ordering takeout was also very easy. The only downside was that the sunrise was a bit shy, peeking out only partially.

Location is great, not a huge fan of staff smoking at reception area. Unfortunately the doof doof music from several live venues out the front made it terrible. Nearly 2am on weekend and midnight on weekday. It literally thumped through the bed and I was lucky to get a couple of hours sleep even with ear plugs and playing music on a speaker. Unless you can sleep through anything I'd recommend finding something else in the area

Only smaller room has access to lift 🛗 bigger room is on different building and NO lift 🛗 At 12pm exactly I walk inside the hallway, to their receptionist for check in (normal check in was at 2pm actually, I missed that time frame). I have expected that my room will have no lift, but thank goodness when the receptionist opening the door behind the counter I saw a lift and I asked about it. He told me that not all room have access to it, and mine specifically is on different building with stairs, and I’m on the fifth floor with balcony 🫣 He kindly asked us whether we want to change our room and he also invite us to show each room available for the lift and for the other building, oh my gosh, I cannot tell you how struggling it was to climb to the fifth floor, we only managed to the 4th one to see the room, and gave up. We chose room 5003 as it has a large windows with unobstructed view, albeit a bit smaller than what we ordered, but the lift access make it worth it. And also if you’re on a heavier side like I am and not used to walk a lot, just bare in mind, didi are not allowed on this street, they’re motorcycles you can pay to sent you inside, but the price varies. We also only used the bicycle until their park station and has to walk inside the street another 500m +- I tried to used taobao but my item kept on failing to deliver 😭 but thank god I can return and refund all of them. All in all this has taught me a lesson to choose hotel that didi can drive literally up until the front entrance of the hotel. I’m not build to walk a lot 😭 and literally carrying 5kg of rice in my bagpack too along with how many litres of drinks. But the hotel is nice, they treat us well, and very whenever I WeChat they will make sure to reply promptly. The cleanliness can be improved, and the amenities are a little bit outdated. There’s foreign hairs from mopping I think, so we just wipe the floors with clean towel again.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it’s close to the Huashan scenic area, making it perfect if you plan to visit the mountain. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful environment, this accommodation is an excellent choice. The place feels homely and welcoming. They provide free shuttle services to the Huashan ticket office and the train station, which is very convenient. The common area on the first floor is also very relaxing. Tip: Call the accommodation in advance to arrange a pick-up from the train station. Didi taxi drivers at the station tried to overcharge me, so the free shuttle is a much better option. There is also a small strip mall near the Huashan ticket office with more shops and restaurants if you need anything.

The hostess was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She drove us to and from the train station in her shuttle and dropped us off right at the scenic area entrance. She also helped us plan our hiking route and purchase the most suitable ticket package. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views outside the window. The guesthouse is very close to the scenic area, and the large terrace is stunning. The food at the guesthouse was delicious, generously portioned, and well-priced. Highly recommended!
