„お部屋、大浴場はもちろんですが各所の清掃が行き届いていてとても快適でした。何よりも、ホスピタリティの高さは、最近の宿泊施設ではなかなかない程のものでした。Front、Restaurant、Shop、館内で作業なさっていた清掃の方々、全てのホテリアのみなさんのServiceのみならず、いつでも素敵な挨拶でとても気持ちの良い滞在となりました。 病気の母とのとても素敵な旅になり、家族一同、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。必ずまた帰りたいと感じます😊”

„Od momentu zameldowania aż do momentu przedstawienia się byliśmy traktowani bardzo dobrze. W pokoju znajdował się także list, który sprawił, że poczułam się naprawdę ciepło i przyjemnie☺️ W gorącym źródle można było też okłady błotne, a atmosfera była wspaniała. Ryż był także delikatnie przyprawiony, więc nasi zagraniczni przyjaciele byli zadowoleni. Odniosłam wrażenie, że cały personel był uważny i kompetentny w kwestii obsługi. Koniecznie odwiedźcie to miejsce, będąc w Kirishimie!”

„My sincerest gratitude to the professional service and helpfulness of the front desk staff in particular the Div. Manager, Mr. Atsuyoshi Kubota, who patiently search for available medical service during late hours for treating my wife's injury and also voluntarily arrange a staff to accompany us to the hospital. Ram Kumar, the accompanying staff, is instrumemental in our communication to the medical personnels and he is so kind to arrange late dinner for us at the hotel's discretion. They not only demonstrate the highest level of professionalism but also their genuine care of the well being of the customers. Once again, big big thanks to Mr. Kubota and his team of beautiful people. By the way, good breakfast and dinner, both in terms of the menu as well as service and venue.”

„마야가하역에서 무료 셔틀 버스가 있고, 이부스키 사라쿠회관까지도 왕복 셔틀이 있습니다. 진짜 시설도 너무 깔끔하고, 친절합니다.:) 일본인분들이 많았고, 한국인은 저희 1팀이였지만 진짜 좋은 곳입니다! 무조건 추천 조식, 석식, 온천 다 완벽했던 곳입니다💗 일본 료칸 제대로 즐기고, 바다뷰까지 최고였습니다.”

„Do gorących źródeł znajdujących się na terenie obiektu można wchodzić dowolnie często. Nie mogłem się tego doczekać, ale kiedy przyjechałem, powiedziano mi, że źródło gorących źródeł wyschło, więc nie mogłem wejść. Zestaw do grillowania jest również drogi i kosztuje 4000 jenów. Klimatyzator w pokoju nie działał nawet po włączeniu go na najwyższą moc. (10) Nie chcę, żebyś czuł to samo Proszę zapoznać się z opiniami.”

„首先 我要非常感謝酒店提供的協助 我在旅途中扭傷了腳 酒店提供了醫院地址協助 在退房的那天 我提出希望可以穿走酒店的拖鞋並願意支付費用 但酒店方面並沒有收取任何費用 另外我的孩子遺留了一件重要的玩具在房間 酒店方面提出非常及時積極的協助 並幫忙寄回 另外在設施方面 也是無可挑剔 酒店提供借用厚外套防寒 也有借用小孩玩具 房間內所有設備都非常齊全 無可挑剔 餐飲份量對我們來說多了一個雙倍的份量 非常難忘的體驗 兩日的住宿兩日不同的餐飲 房內獨立溫泉 浴室有提供面膜 設有收費營火 價錢合理 也有煙火可以購買”

„屋主非常非常友善，入住當天晚上在西之表吃飯後，下著傾盆大雨駕車回民宿，用了 多一倍時間才回到，到達時已是11點多，屋主已睡著了，我們按鈴吵醒她拿鎖匙，真的非常非常抱歉，但屋主沒發脾氣，還清楚告知我們要注意的事情，真的很專業態度，非常欣賞，大家有機會到種子島是非常值得考慮的一家住宿。”

„絶景が望める良いお宿でした。スタンダードルームでしたが十分な広さでした。建物はかなり古いですが昭和の良い時代感があります。 伊勢えび料理も美味しかったです。 お部屋からの景色が大変気に入りましたので、また訪れたいです。”

„We absolutely loved this stay and would recommend it to all travellers! We booked the corner room. The room was well illuminated by natural light during the day and we could see the river from our room. At night we could even hear the water flowing. There were two western single beds but we asked for futons for the full Japanese experience and loved it! The room was spacious and clean. There was a bathtub in the bathroom but we used the public bath (male and female separated) which was amazing. The public bath was quiet and spacious and there was a sauna room. Breakfast was served during 7am -830am with a well set table as shown in the picture. The staff was super kind. Just note that the walls were thin and you should expect some noise but people here are generally used to keeping their voice down. Another highlight is that you can take the bus of both the red and blue lines at the bus stop right in front of the hotel. (The blue line is for Shiratani Unsuikyo.). It is very convenient if you are not driving. The hotel is around 25 mins away from the ferry port and the walk there was pleasant and not difficult to find. Yet another great thing about this place is that you can rent mountaineering gear here at a cheap price, including shoes and rain protection. We rented the shoes here at 1,xxx yen per person (forgot the exact price) and they were very useful. It was raining for almost the whole 5h hike for us and the shoes offered a good grip and were sufficiently waterproof. You can also find little souvenirs at their shop. Honestly, it's impeccable!”
