„This is a gem of a place. The views from the balcony were always so pleasant and sunsets worth a million bucks. A walk down to the beach front and a plenty of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Przno is a more quiet neighborhood in Budva. Sveti Stefan is a 2 min walk from here. The apartment is super clean and well equipped and tastefully decorated. Marijana, the host is awesome and knows what true hospitality really means. Thank you so much Marijana!!! Definitely see you again!”

„This hotel is really good! The Wi-Fi in the room works EXCELLENTLY 👍 There's a hairdryer and a kettle. They provide any kind of crockery you need, even salad bowls 👍👍👍👍👍 They clean every day 👌 and change towels daily too 👌 They're also super helpful with any questions, like where to go or how to get around 😊😊😊😊 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The restaurant food is delicious 😋 I tried the beef 👌 pork 👌 fish 👌 and chicken 👌 I ordered various dishes and they were ALL tasty, plus the prices are lower than in other restaurants 👌”

The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.”

„The location is great - walking distance to Slovenska and Mogren beaches, old city and shops. A nice balcony to take breakfast on. Dedicated space to keep and hang clothes in both rooms. Shadowy parking. Picturesque garden with kiwi, lemons etc. The host takes care of local registration. All good!”

„Very cozy rooms, excellent hostess, everything you need is in the room, and the refrigerator, and the stove, in the bathroom there is both shampoo, and shower gel, and soap. The air conditioner works perfectly. The only minus is very difficult to find from the street, came at the address and didn't know where to go. There is a grocery store nearby (on the way to the beach on the right) there is a restaurant with affordable prices and large portions. Another plus- near the bus station, which is convenient for those who come by bus. The distance to the beach is also close, minutes 15-20 to go”

„The apartment was exactly as described on the website. It's newly renovated in a modern style. The furniture in the bedroom and living room is excellent – a comfortable bed, a large sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes. The air conditioning, internet, and plumbing all worked perfectly. The view from the window is amazing – directly overlooking the Adriatic Sea. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Boris was a great host; he even drove us to a supermarket where prices were much lower than in Sveti Stefan. Our stay was very comfortable, we didn't experience any inconveniences. There are several paths down to the sea, one of which had 315 steps. This was fine for us, but it might be an issue for some. The sea in Sveti Stefan is perfect – calm, clean, and azure. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming a lot. Thanks to Boris and the other staff for a wonderful stay.”

„Excellent receptionist welcoming! Two properties under Eden ownership. One has reception counter is hotel, while the other next to the hotel along the sidewalk is B&B. I took a room at the B&B, which every room has own balcony. The weather is so nice by sunshine and comfort breeze. I had two windows and balcony door opened. Superb, definitely better than keeping air-con all day long. Heads up for NO shampoo supply at the B&B house BTW.”
