„We recently stayed for two nights at the Country Garden Seaview Suite by Nest Home. While the unit was clean and neat, there were several issues that affected our comfort: - The water heater was not working, which made showering inconvenient. - The sofa and cushions were wet upon arrival. Although a cleaner came and attempted to dry them with a hairdryer for about 10 minutes, the sofa remained soggy and had an unpleasant smell. - The room’s location facing a busy traffic junction made it difficult to rest. Noise from ambulances, car horns, and traffic persisted throughout the night, resulting in poor sleep quality. On a positive note, the room itself was tidy and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the combination of maintenance issues and noise disturbance significantly impacted the overall experience. We hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future guest stays.”

„This is my second time staying here. The environment and the room are still great, and I can even enjoy the view. However, the only downside is the access card issue. 😭 If a family is staying together, and one couple leaves first, the other couple will be stuck inside and go hungry! They can't even get food deliveries because there's no card. 😓 Even asking security to open the door doesn't work! Also, only one parking space is provided. Don't apartments usually come with two parking spaces when purchased? Getting around is truly inconvenient. Grabs always stop across the street, 😓 so we have to cross a road to get to them. The address is 100% correct, and even the drivers confirm it, but they still make us walk across the street ourselves.”

„Building is still new so do expect to have construction with drilling, hammering sounds as early as 8:30am onwards. Parking is all the way up to Level 8 unlike other providers whereby you can park at a lower level.”

„Had a really nice stay here! We stayed in the 2-bedroom Seaview Suite with the Coco Signature theme and honestly loved how aesthetic the whole place was. Definitely a very nice spot for taking photos! The room was really spacious and the seaview from the balcony was my favourite part. It’s such a nice place to just sit, chill and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms were spacious with comfortable queen-size beds, and the pillows were SO soft and fluffy — literally felt like sleeping on clouds 😂 The living room was cosy too, with a comfy sofa, aircon and a TV box with lots of movies to watch. They even provided a card game, which was a nice little touch. The dining area was also really cute with a fake candle on the table, so you could even have a little candlelight dinner/date night there. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. They provided utensils, microwave, kettle, water dispenser, big fridge and washing machine. I also really appreciated the small details like trash bags, dish soap, sponge and a bottle brush — especially useful if you’re travelling with a baby and need to wash bottles. There’s also a laundry basket and fire extinguisher provided. Cleanliness was honestly 10/10 for me. The whole suite was very clean and tidy when we arrived, including the balcony. I couldn’t spot any dirt, dust or stains. Bathroom was clean and dry, bedsheets were clean and neat, and the towels were nicely rolled and placed on the bed. Everything was in good condition and there was no weird smell. There’s no front desk, but communication with the owner through WhatsApp was easy. The owner was friendly and quick to reply, and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They also helped us with directions to the swimming pool and gym. Location-wise, there are lots of food places, marts and a Starbucks nearby, and getting Grab was easy. The beach area is nice and chill for walking around and relaxing, although swimming in the sea isn’t recommended because of crocodile warnings. A few things could be improved though. The swimming pool water wasn’t as clear as I expected and there was some seaweed in it. Also, if you’re travelling with a baby, moving around the property can be a little tiring because of the doors and lift access between the guardhouse and the lift area. It would be much easier if you have your own vehicle as you can park closer to the lift. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. The place is spacious, clean, aesthetic and honestly quite reasonably priced. The seaview and the Coco theme were definitely the highlights for me. I would stay here again and would recommend it especially for families because of the space, but it’s also really nice for couples who want a cosy and pretty place for a short getaway. Definitely a solid 4/5 from me! ❤️”

„This Space Residency is a new building that hasn't been built long, so it's clean and quiet. The owner is kind and responds quickly. You can also use amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, karaoke, and dance room on the 12th floor. KSL City Mall and many food courts are nearby, you can easily find shops, beauty, and spas around this building. However, CNY is approaching, so the sound of fireworks is often heard from morning until late at night. If you stay at this accommodation during a major holiday, you should be able to tolerate this kind of noise.”
