„Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning. 1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use. 2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical. 3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom. 4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved. 5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night. 6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating. 7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup. On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved. The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations.”

„The unit was clean and well maintained. However, the elevator was quite busy, especially during check out time, which caused some inconvenience. The cleanliness of the swimming pool could be improved, as it did not appear to be properly maintained. The ping pong rackets and the cue sticks were worn out and should be replaced to enhance the overall experience and darts were missing. Additionally, One of the air conditioning units in the game room was also broken and needs repair. Overall, while the unit was satisfactory, several facilities require attention and improvement.”

„To spontaniczna podróż, że zarezerwowaliśmy pokój przed sprawdzaniem recenzji Google. Jednak wiemy o różnych sposobach check in. Najwyraźniej jest pod awanjiwa zarządzanie stylu *air-bnb* pokoi, który jest tym samym hotelem jak Pina. Po pierwsze, Jeśli jest wybór, mogę pokierować książkę od sosn , próbowaliśmy raz pod brzegiem & szwajcarski ogród to samo jeszcze nie zapomniane podróż 😅 Powiedziałbym, że hotel opłaty ceny zapewnią dać najlepsze usługi może . Uważamy, że szczęśliwy jest, że osoba odpowiedzialna za awanjiwa jest miła i odpowiedzialna. Mamy kilka hicupsów na czek i ustaliliśmy, aby zmienić inny pokój, jak u można zobaczyć zdjęcia z frm katastrofa pierwszego pomieszczenia, które otrzymaliśmy powiedziałem PIC tylko łóżko i zlewozmywak jest czysty inni są wszystkie pyszne 😵💫 Przemieniliśmy się w inne lepsze pokoje stanowe również z niektórym plamą na stole n szafki, więc musiałem się oczyścić, zanim włożyłem coś. Nie jest tak źle, ale powiem im nie an airbnb guest . 😅 i czuje się naprawdę dziwnie, gdy u zostaje w hotelu, ale jak tak dziwne u nie może parkować w tej samej jednostce i u po prostu nie czuje u są daleko na wycieczkę, jak miejsce u check in jak nasz sąsiad dom نوعاً ما czuje .”

„Overall good, clean, large space, from the apartment window, you can see the sea, the location is convenient, not far from the main food tourist location, if you come to Melaka next time, you will also enter.”

„This Dormitory hostel is one of my favourite places to stay in Melaka. The capsule rooms are simple yet comfortable, with excellent cleanliness, and bath towels are provided for added convenience. The self-check-in process via WhatsApp is smooth and hassle-free. The common area is cozy and well-maintained, offering basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a peaceful, pleasant, and great value-for-money accommodation that I would happily stay at again.”

„Spacious room with sea view and well-maintained and equipped. TV, air-conds, fans, lights, hair dryer, fridge, washer, kettle, cooker, and microwave functioned well. Basic kitchenware and tableware. Very comfy 2 queen beds. There's an extra futon, but we didn't use it because nobody wanna sleep on the floor 🙂↔️a sofa bed too. We requested a missing towel, and extra toilet paper delivered quickly to our room. Regarding the swimming pool, a hundred guests were wearing normal clothes into the pool 😅. No proper suits. Easy self check in and out. I am satisfied staying at this unit because of the responsive service. Good.”

„Perfect place to stay! Near to town centre but not walking distance. Easy to find food nearby. Very clean and tidy apartment and toilets. Provide extra tissues and garbage bag. Also provide 2 extra foldable matress and pillow. Hair dryer, iron, washing machine (but couldn't find the detergent, sokay because i didn't use it) also provided. Easy to check in and got 2 key cards. Customer service also tiptop, easy to reach and fast reply. Refundable deposit also received at the same day. Very very very recomended to stay here.”
