„The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area.”

„Hi The stay was pleasant. The unit was good when we entered, the air conditioning was working well. We did not use the kitchen utensils as we brought our own water heater. Except for the temporary blackout, the master bedroom bathroom shower drainage was choke, water drained very-very slow.. Overall we enjoyed the stay with a good view from the balcony. If you are looking for relaxation, luxury, and convenience, the IWH Sunway Onsen Apartment is the place to be. Here is why I can’t stop raving about it: • The Private Onsen: This is the absolute highlight. Having a private hot spring tub right on the balcony is an experience you usually pay premium hotel prices for. Soaking in the natural geothermal water while looking out at the majestic limestone hills was incredibly rejuvenating. It is the perfect way to unwind. • The View: Waking up to the view of the greenery and the misty hills is breathtaking. It feels like a retreat far away from the city, yet it is so accessible. • The Apartment: The unit managed by IWH was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The beds were hotel-quality comfortable (I slept like a baby!), and the amenities provided—from high-speed WiFi to the kitchenette—made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. • Location: You are practically right next door to the Sunway Lost World of Tambun. It’s incredibly convenient if you are visiting the theme park. Plus, there are plenty of food options and a grocery store nearby. • The Service: The IWH team was fantastic. Check-in was seamless, the instructions were clear, and they were very responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this to couples looking for a romantic getaway or families wanting a fun, relaxing trip. I am already planning my next trip back! My personal rating : 11 / 10”

„Nice coliving selections, a bit cramped with 6 of us and luggages in a room. Good cleanliness. Quite thoughtful by providing earplugs as there’s some noise coming from downstairs outside room windows at night. Water dispenser and smart self check in kiosk provided at the lobby smooth the whole experience.”

„The room was awesome! The view so nice. Can see whole lost world of tambun from balcony. The amenities all good except cannot cook so cooking utensils is nkt provided. But pinggang, mangkuk sudu all ada. In term of amenities, all satisfied.”

„Great place ! Good for relax . Receive warm welcome from the receptionist and the service staff . The staff picked us up from the carpark and help to check-in. Check-in process fast n smooth ,and serve with ice cream . The staff all are friendly . Room is clean and spacious with the amenities and gym,pool facilities. Like the quietness, spacious and friendly environment. They also provide us with a complimentary breakfast., simple local food. Overall stay is good but the area is still new,not develop yet hence the outside road abit bad, and try not to open the door which the flies will fly in”

„The place is clean and overlooking the park. The space is just right for 8 of us. Easy check in. Thanks for allocating two parking spaces near the lift entrance. Will be great to have bathroom slippers. The bathroom floor is a little slippery for seniors like me. Please check the water heater, the hot water supply is not consistent.”
