Upon check-in, I was initially given the wrong room card, but the staff quickly came up to replace it and apologize. There was no trash bag in the room's trash can, and the bedside outlet wasn't working. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was quite good. There's a convenience store downstairs if you get hungry, and a really good mala hotpot restaurant run by a Chinese owner on the second floor of the hotel. The ocean view and night view from the window were also decent. It's also quite close to Okada by foot.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. Great location, staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and spacious allowing us to move around freely without feeling cramped

We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Its spacious enough for us to have a great stay Thank you

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying again. The location was excellent, especially with direct mall access, and the staff were always prompt in responding to our requests. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and reasonably priced for the area. The biggest areas for improvement would be the kitchen facilities and housekeeping. The kitchen is quite large, which initially gave us the impression that it would be well-equipped for longer stays, but it lacked several basic items needed for preparing meals, such as kitchen knives, scissors, serving plates andutensils, and other practical cooking tools. For guests staying multiple nights and planning to cook, this can be limiting. We also noticed that the floors were dusty upon arrival, our feet/socks became visibly dirty after walking around the apartment. Housekeeping did respond quickly when we requested additional cleaning, which we appreciated. Overall, the strengths of this property are its location, spacious accommodations, reasonable pricing, and responsive service. With a more fully equipped kitchen and improved attention to cleanliness before check-in, the experience would be even better for long-stay guests.

The staff are so kind! I truly feel at home. It's super clean, especially Roy, who is so nice. I even tried to tip him, but he wouldn't take it! 🤣 The blankets and pillows are seriously clean! It's easy to book a Grab even though the place is tucked away. It's super comfortable. I've been staying for almost a month now and I don't want to move to another hotel. 5 stars for this hotel! 🫶

We arrived at the location just past midnight. Initially, our driver had trouble finding it because he mentioned that there are many red doors near Pasay. However, when I informed him that it was located right beside a 7/11 store, he was able to locate it. Upon our arrival, we knocked on the gate, and a young man asked for the name on the booking. I provided my name, and he helped us carry our luggage upstairs. After that, he handed us a registration book and then gave us our room key. Once we entered the room, we found it to be nice and clean. It features air conditioning, a table, chairs, two sets of plates and cups, a sink, and a hot and cold shower. While the place is comfortable, it has an apartment-like feel, so I hope there's some soundproofing between the rooms. Overall, I think the place is good, and it's conveniently located near Terminal 2, only taking about 13 to 14 minutes to get there. If ever, we have another late night flights, I will book here again. Thank you! P.S - outside, there is 7/11 beside the building and sa harap meron mga nagtitinda ng sopas, and other budget meal po.

Initially, the staff were accommodating, helping me settle in and providing the essentials I needed. However, within an hour, their responsiveness declined significantly. For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety.

Very good hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and very relaxing, especially for travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels very homey. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and easy to approach throughout the stay. One of the best parts of staying here is definitely the spectacular view of NAIA. If you love planes and aviation, this place is perfect for you. Watching aircraft take off and land from the rooftop or window view feels so calming and exciting at the same time, especially during sunset and nighttime when the runway lights look beautiful. Another highlight is the cat around the property — super cute and mabait! It honestly added warmth and charm to the experience and made the stay feel even more welcoming. The location is also very convenient, especially for early flights or layovers. Overall, Rain Airport BNB offers great value for money, a peaceful stay, and a unique experience for plane lovers. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.
