Lokalizacja jest dobra, ale wyposażenie pokoju hotelowego jest bardzo przeciętne. Godzina 16:00–18:00 to czas, w którym goście mogą wziąć prysznic/prysznic. Ciśnienie wody jest oczywiście niewystarczające, a prysznic nie wytwarza wody z przerwami. Ogólny stosunek ceny do wydajności jest taki wcale nie wysoki. W recepcji jest wielu pracowników, ale niewielu z nich rozumie angielski. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój typu twin, ale personel nalegał, aby było to łóżko typu king-size na niższym piętrze. Nie zgodzili się na jego zmianę, dopóki nie pokazałem potwierdzenia rezerwacji. Gościnność wymaga poprawy. Proaktywne przypomnienie o transferze z hotelu na lotnisko jest bardzo dobre, dziękuję!

Ideal for solo travelers and couples without babies. The place is squeaky clean but there is a shared shotlet bathroom. Still very clean. It’s located next to a busy road so I couldn’t sleep all night with the tricycles passing by and there was also a baby from one of the guests that was crying but not too much. If you like sleep and you’re a light sleeper don’t go there. The location is not great cos of this.

Nasz pobyt był niesamowity! Pokoje dosłownie 1 minuta od plaży. Pokoje były bardzo czyste, a personel bardzo miły i pomocny dla nas. Zarezerwowaliśmy wycieczkę łodzią po hotelu. Naprawdę sugerowalibyśmy wszystkim, aby wzięli udział w wycieczce z June jako kapitanem i Nico jako przewodnikiem… świetnie się bawiliśmy!

Obsługa jest świetna, przyjazna i pomocna. Śniadanie jest wliczone w cenę, ale nie jest sycące. Przy zameldowaniu w pokoju nie było wody. To miłe miejsce, chociaż wentylatory wymagają czyszczenia. A jeszcze lepiej, spalone. 😅

Enjoyed my stay here, enjoyed the time I spent in Puerto Princesa thanks to the owner of this place. It’s a very small town with limited resources but enjoyable nonetheless!

We stayed for 3nights and the location are nice and quiet, just expect the brownout/no power as it seems normal in Puerto Galera but they do have back up generator which is nice. The ambience of the surrounding, the pool and the bar are amazing. Overall, we are happy and definitely will go back to this resort.

staffs are accommodating and friendly owner is friendly and very responsive  very cozy and clean amenities are complete  bathroom can be improved but very aesthetic and clean close to maintown surely will book again

Очень красивый дом, приветливый хозяин, встретили в аэропорту, организовали нам экскурсию и трансфер в Эль Нидо. Вкусные завтраки с фруктами. Было максимально комфортно остановиться тут на пару ночей, спасибо!

Casalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day. We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better: 1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in. 2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient. 3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together. 4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable.
